Iphone safari anchor doesnt work

have problem with safari. It doesnt show the anchor of my website.

all browsers like firefox, opera iexplorer work fine.
please help
is it just on some handsets?
as my girlfirends and my mums both make the noise when unlocked and locked.

Usually the issue is caused by hardware, especially if there is an indication of machine failure in the crash log or other screen image text.
A working last model MacBook (mid-2010) would be a better 'first mac' to have.
Hopefully you can sort it out.
If not, there likely are fair parts in it.

you could try forcing it into recovery mode by turning it off, hold the home button and plug it into iTunes at the same time, keep holding the home button until iTunes says its detected a device that needs to be updated or restored. Then restore.

On my iPhone Safari won't work properly.
Hello there. When I search for images using safari and tap on them the screen turns black. Also in the bottom right corner it says that only one tab is opened, however, more tabs are opened.

Self-made iPhone 4 accesoiry doesnt work
I have made my own iPhone 4 accesoiry. It's a charger that works with 4 AA batteries.
This is how it's made:
4 AA batteries -----> 7805CT Voltage Regulator -----> Female USB Jack
I have measured the outbut of the usb jack and it was 5V 1A (just like the iphone needs).
I have measured the usb port of my iMac too and that was also 5V and 1A.
But when i connect my accesoiry to my iphone 4 it says : "Charging is not supported with this accesoiry"
Everything is connected the right way because i can charge my PSP with it.
Is this something in the iPhone 4 system? How can i solve it?I reply here again because the boxes were becoming too small. I just wired everything up with crocodile wires (or how that's called) and some inprovising because i didn't had enough of them. It didn't work but it was a complex wiring :

Basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide is reset, restart, restore (first from backup then as new). Try each of these in order until the issue is resolved.
Warranty and support are only valid in the country of origin. As your device is from the US, it would require either shipping the device to someone you know in the US to take to Apple or returning to the US yourself and taking it to Apple. Apple will not accept shipments from outside the US and will not return them to addresses outside the US. -
