I tried to download an app that will allow me to have different color keyboards and a message popped up saying my Apple ID had been disabled . I went to the apple and talked to someone on how to fix it but it hadn't been working . Then I told my girlfriend who owns an IPhone 5 about the app I wanted . As soon as she entered her password to download it she also saw the same thing . Her Apple ID has been disabled . Can anyone help please . We have tried multiple time to reset our password for I cloud and apple And nothing is working !
Hi Nico , Contact your bank they may have disabled your credit/ debit card because of an unusual amount of small purchaches of APPS , ALBUMS etc....... Has your name been changed if so create a new Apple ID and RELAX. BANKS TREAT THIS AS FRAUD they may need you to confirm you purchased them APPS.

When i try to purchase or update it says "Your Apple ID has been disabled." I have contacted Apple 3 times and they told me to change my password each time and i told them i tried that, but it didn't work.They said they would try to fix it and they never contacted me after that. Hi, I am unable to sign in to my iCloud account. When i sign in, it says Your apple ID has been disabled due to security reasons. Kindly reset your password to log in. Depending on why it's been disabled you might be able to re-enable it via this page : http://appleid.apple.com, then 'reset your password'
Or you might need to contact Apple : http://www.apple.com/support/itunes/contact/ - click on Contact iTunes Store Support on the right-hand side of the page
If it then works on your computer's iTunes but not your phone/iPad then try logging out of your account on the phone/iPad by tapping on your id in Settings > Store (Settings > iTunes & App Stores on iOS 6) and then log back in and see if that 'refreshes' the account on it -

On my I Pad I am getting a message tha says "Your Apple ID has been disabled". Nothing else. I have not tried to log in so I don't know why this is happening. How do I get it enabled?

I ended up having them call me then was able to give them 1 of my secret questions right and they reset things so I could reset all my secret questions.
Try going into contact support and see if you can schedule a call. There seems to be some issues with peoples' id's and this update. iTunes thought that I'd never bought anything from my computer or device before, and I clearly had, so it's like it got confused. THen I tried to get my questions reset, but the mail never came, which is why I just got a phone call because I felt it was 'real person' time.
