IPhone security copy in iCloud never worked
Dear iCommunity!
I bought my new iPhone 5 64 Gb in Dec 2012.
I've tried to make the security copy in iCloud several times but with no success, even following all Apple instructions such as:
Wifi connection properly functioning
Device connected to electrical source
Device turned Off
Can anyone of my iCommunitymates help me solve this problem?

Iphone 6 backup to iCloud not working
Initially I had the issue where my phone was restoring from iCloud for 2 weeks and never finished. I was unable to do the upgrade to 8.1 because of this, so I canceled the restore and tried to do a backup to iCloud. I let it run (Estimating time remaining...) for a long time, like 30 minutes or something. Each time I tried this it would error off saying it couldn't finish the operation. One time it said it was going to take 2 days to complete the backup, but then it errors off as just mentioned. So I did a google search for "iPhone 6 backup to iCloud not working" and found a link to the forums for the incessant restore issue, it said to do a manual backup through iTunes, then immediately do a restore, then do the upgrade to 8.1.
However, I still have the issue of the backup taking forever.
Anyone encounter this issue and find a fix?

I can't create a security copy into iCloud
When I upgraded to iOS 5, I enabled iCloud backup. The first security backup was created succesfully but it almost used all the available space. The next day, when the iPad tried to create the iCloud backup, it warned me that there was not enough space. So I decided to stop using iCloud. I canceled the security copy on iCloud.
But now, my computer is being repaired at an apple service center in my country. I left my computer there, came home, bought more space on iCloud, and tried to create a new backup. Right now I need that backup urgently, I need to be certain that everything I do on my iPad goes straight to the cloud. Problem is that every single time the backup starts, even though it manages to copy a few items, it fails in the end. So, right now, I have almost free 25 GB and no security back up. Some people said that iCloud had to be enabled from the computer iTunes. I had already done that a month ago, and I tried doing it today again from another computer (not mine, mine is at the service center). It didn't work.
I read somewhere in support files from Apple that I should erase any incomplete security copies from the iCloud. I've tried that twice. Still not getting any results.
Any thoughts? Please, this is urgent. I want to be able to use iCloud, but it's been all frustration right now.
I'm also interested on keeping a security copy both on iCloud and my computer? Is that possible?What happens when you try? We are not psychic.

How to recover the security copy from iCloud
When I set up my new iPhone I couldn't do it with my set up kept on iCloud because the version of IOS was different, so I started like new one and then I update the version of IOS. Now I don't know how to recover my security copy on iCloud. Could you please help me?
Go to Settings>General>Reset, tap Erase All Content and Settings, go back through the setup screens on the phone and when given the option, choose Restore from iCloud Backup.

IPhone Upgrade to 2.0 never worked on my Dell Laptop
I wanted to let other users know that the iPhone Upgrade to 2.0 never worked on my Dell laptop. After trying it many times and restoring, I finally used a MacBook to install the upgrade. After doing this, I restored my iPhone settings and data with my Dell laptop.
BTW, I backed up on both laptop before the upgrade.I had a similar issue when I upgraded last night to 2.0.1...everything went fine no issues last night that I could see...though I didn't make a single call until this morning after doing the upgrade...went to call in to work this morning and couldn't hear them they couldn't hear me and there was no sound whatsoever...turns out that somehow the 2.0.1 update caused my iPhone to go into a staus where it though it had my headphones in all the time...this resolved by following the information on this support document ( http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1630?viewlocale=en_US ) finally was a reset of the iPhone (step #7) that seemed to resolve it for me...you might want to try this too.

IPHONE 6 - IOS 8 - ICLOUD NOT WORKING

i just bought the iphone 6, tried to set it up the normal way, just like we all do.
Could not log in to my iCloud account..... so i had to skip that first. All set, dit id through my mac, restored my back up, voila, all fine.
Then i went to my iCloud account in settings, could not log in through wifi (SEEMS TO WORK THROUGH 4G ONLY?). So, none of my iCloud contacts went on my phone, i just can't use iCloud.. my entire iphone freezes when i use iclous over wifi. When i try to log in; VERIFICATION FAILED, The connection to iCloud timed out."
so here i am... how do i fix this..
maybe cause i live the netherlands, and apple releases the phone here in a couple of days... but then i have the same problem on my iphone 5s......................

Right click the printer in System Prefences - Print & Scan and use Reset Printing System... and then reinstall the printer, should take less than 5 minutes. Here is a photo showing how to Reset Printing System....

HelloI have had the HP1510 since december this year. The copy function has never worked. When I press the copy button nothing happens. When I press colour and black and white it does print a test page. The printer IS CONNECTED TO A WALL SOCKET. It has been cleaned and has new cartridges. Can you help?
Welcome to the HP Community , I saw your post about your Deskjet 1510 that is unable to produce copies, and wanted to reach out. I would suggest trying a power reset as your last resort to getting the copies to work. If a reset does not help, try another wall outlet. If the copies still do not work, chances are the scanner mechanism has failed internally. I'd then suggest contacting HP to inquire about a printer replacement, or trade in. I will include their contact details below for you. Turn the printer on.
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the unit.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the rear of the unit.
If the printer does not turn on by itself, press the Power button to turn it on. Step 1. Open link: www.hp.com/contacthp/
Step 2. Enter Product number or select to auto detect
Step 3. Scroll down to "Still need help? Complete the form to select your contact options"
Step 4. Scroll down and click on: HP contact options - click on Get phone number

First man up and admit, that itunes does not suggest, but tells you that update is available and you made a
decision to download and update. Once you man up - think if you still under warranty. If that is not security
software according to the link provided, it is hardware. So second try another network, may be your network
has additional security or firewall. And third decide if it worth to you pay 149 for that phone or get it replaced.

I used to have mobileme which never really worked properly, and now i would like to use Icloud which work between my Iphone and Ipad, however when i synch with my macbookpro, it does not synchronize properly. Can u please help me?

I just purchased this movie on Thursday, May 15, so just a few days ago. I have never had any trouble whatsoever since I have been in Vietnam. I have downloaded several movies and even music and they have all synced to my respected Apple products except for this purchase.

Hey You all .... Please give me a hand over here .... My Ipad is suddenly blocked ..... Using another computer I signed into my appleid account and checked all the categories to make sure I did not have pending messages .. I even reset my password, security questions, etc but did not see anything related to iCloud security copy or anything of that sort .... Again ... my Ipad is frozzen .... anyone has a tip or even better a solution?

Follow these steps to log into your iCloud account on your computer and deactivate "Find my iPhone" on your device:
Remove an iOS device or Mac on which you can’t turn off Find My iPhone
If you can’t turn off Find My iPhone on the device, turn off the device so it goes offline, then remove it from Find My iPhone on iCloud.com.
Note: You can also remove your iOS device by first erasing it—just follow the instructions below for removing an iOS device you don’t have. You can later restore the device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.
Turn off the device you want to remove.
Sign in to icloud.com/#find on another computer with your Apple ID (the one you use with iCloud). If you’re using another iCloud app, click the app’s name at the top of the iCloud.com window, then click Find My iPhone.
Click All Devices, select the offline device, then click Remove from Account. If you don’t see Remove from Account, click All Devices again, then click the Delete button next to the device. If the device comes online again, it will reappear in Find My iPhone. ICloud account broken? email never worked.
I have a very old account from my days before iCloud. I have the feeling that during the transition period some error accured. iCloud email never worked for my account.
If I try to activate iCloud email on my iPhone (iOS 7) i get a error message "Cannot get Mail - user name or password is incorrect". However all other services like Calendar and iMessage still sync, so the user and password can't be the problem.
If I log onto iCloud.com I get a message: "Can't load Mail - There was a problem loading the application"
I considered making a new account, but all my iTunes purchases were made with this account and using a different account for app store is really messy.

Iphone 3gs rebooting indefinitely after restoring from security copy
I sent my iphone 3gs for reparing and the system was restored.
When I sync it with the last security copy made it begins rebooting indefinitely in the end of the process. I tried with an older security copy and it works fine, but it's just too old and I'm loosing lots of stuff. So it seems that my last security copy is broken.
Does anyone know how can I handle this?

Any of the security copies of iCloud is compatible with the iOS version (6.0.1) of this iphone
Well I recieved new iPhone 5 due to some warranty issues with the other one, so i just finished charging it the 8 hours, and now, I'm trying to re-establish my iCloud security copy, but it tells me that they are not compatible, because the version of the copy is 6.1.4, and the new device is 6.0.1

You will want to restore the iPhone and update it to the latest version so you can restore from your backup. The article below will assist with that process.

Another way to do this is update the phone and then erase all contents and settings to get it to the same place.
