Iphone sending iMessage to all but one of my contacts, what's going on here?

So my friend and I can't seem to send iMessages between our Iphones. I have tried to delete their contact information and delete all the past conversations we have had and re-added them to my contact list. They can send me iMessages just fine. I should also note that I am the only one on their contact list that seems to have this issue. They are able to recieve iMessages from everyone else. When they were living in Australia we did not have any of this issues. However, since they have returned to Canada and set up their plan, suddenly I can only send them text messages. We do not have this issue with anyone one else on our contact lists, this is an issue that exhists only between our two phones. How can this issue be fixed?

Does anyone in the community know the answer to this ?
Alternatively - which email address should I direct this to to get an answer from Apple?

OWA - Send email to all but one recipient in a group

This is an unusual question from a customer.
Some of their employees are using Outlook and some are using OWA. Both are connecting to Office 365 hosted exchange.
When in Outlook and you have added a group to your To field, you can click a + button (in front of the group listing in your To field) which then adds each individual user from the group to the To field. This allows the sender to remove some of
the recipients from the To field. They would like to do the same thing in OWA, but I have not been able to find this feature. Does anyone know if this is available in OWA or not?

Based on my knowledge, I am not sure whether the OWA for Office 365 has this feature. But OWA 2013 which is similar with OWA for Office 365 doesn't support
Distribution Group Expansion feature which can expand DGs before sending to see all members. It is only available in Outlook. Here is an article about Outlook vs. OWA 2013 features comparison table in the following article:

WHAT DID I DO

It happens sometimes. Delete the current copies, don't hide from iTunes in the cloud if prompted, close iTunes, reopen, download from iTunes Store > Quicklinks > Purchased > Music > Not on this computer.
While downloading click the download icon and uncheck Enable simultaneous downloads. You may find it more reliable that way.

When I'm trying to sync my iPad with iTunes on my MacBook Pro, i keep getting a message that certain recent purchases (TV shows) won't sync because the computer is not authorized. But, it IS authorized! What's going on here??

I've recently upgraded my iPad to OS 5 and I am running iTunes 10 on my MacBook Pro. For some unexplainable reason, I'm now getting a message that items (mainly TV shows I've purchased through iTunes) are not able to be downloaded because the computer is "not authorized." But the computer IS authorized. I follow the instructions to "authorize" it and, of course, I'm then told that the computer is already authorized! Still, the downloads won't sync.
Can anyone help me out with this?

I have the same problem. It is only with tv shows and only with programs I have downloaded after the software update.
Apple support sent me the above link too....but it doesn't solve the problem...my computer is authorized and the content is in my library and will play on my Mac air, but it will not sync the tv shows, it keeps saying my computer isn't authorized for it.

I get that every once in a while on my 3GS, and that's what I do to get rid of it. Probably not a bad idea to power down the phone every so often, anyway, gets rid of any crud waiting to cause a bug.

My iMessage won't send pictures or videos to one of my contacts. Can someone please help? I've already turned my device on and off, but it still won't work. It happened after the last update.. when I send a picture or video, it would show as sent, but then have the red exclamation icon and say message not delivered. I would try and deliver multiple times but it just won't work.

It depends if the contact is not an apple product it will not work at all ..iMessage is only used for apple products.Just check.Well you should know if the contact is an apple user or not so yeah thats all really.But if it's it that important f.of a pic download a texting app it helps alot.

Please tell me there is an easy fix to this problem!! I already had to go through contact-by-contact when I bought this phone and added contacts from my Blackberry and MS Outlook on the phone. Many duplicated at that time and Apple said the only fix was to go through each one and decide to keep or delete. I really don't want to do that again!

I had this problem while I had iOS 5.1.1 installed for many months. Fortunately I only have about 150 contacts and only about half of them duplicated. I found that my problem was the way thing were set up in Outlook. I removed all of the duplicates and corrected everything in Outlook contacts (ignoring the address book) and have not had the problem since, Hope this helps.

Why did Reminder delete all but one list?

I launched Reminders to find 7 or my 8 to do lists were all gone. It still seems to be connected to my icloud account? Why would all but one just dissapear?

On your iOS5 device go to Settings, then Mail, Contacts, Calendars.
Scroll down to Calendars, then Sync, and set a timeframe from the list that works best for you.

Purchased album but all but one track will play!

I purchased and downloaded an album from the iTunes store. However, when I went to play it, all but one track would play.
I "checked for purchased music" but it said everything had been downloaded - what is wrong that it won't play this track?!

I got this from Dan F in another thread:
Delete the song from iTunes library and choose move to trash.
Take it out of the trash and put it on the desktop.
Click on it, and it opens iTunes and plays.
If that doesn't help, best thing you can do is email the iTunes team:

They should be able to let you re-download it. Good luck.

I noticed the same problem after upgrading a few iPhones to IOS 8, all use the same Apple ID. However, I now notice when I go into Message and instead of selecting a person from my contact list, I start typing their name which brings up a list of people, some of which are not in my contact list and are on one of the other iPhones. There's a circle/exclamation point next to the name which I click on, and one of the options is to "Remove from Recent". How did these names get from one phone to another and how do I remove all "recents"? They do not appear in my contact list. Anyone see this?

It sounds like no matter what contact you put into the 'To' field, a different name appears, but the email makes it to the intended recipient. I would recommend a few things here. First, close all the open apps on the device:
iOS: Force an app to close

Double-click the Home button.
Swipe left or right until you have located the app you wish to close.
Swipe the app up to close it.
When you have done that restart the phone:
iOS: Turning off and on (restarting) and resetting

Thanks for the answer. I am not new to IOS software but I don't really ever bother with it, have discovered how little I take advantage of the i-phones capability, in reality I still only really use it to phone, text, check emails, listen to music and look on internet. I'm not keen on jailbreaking it as I don't trust it to work so normally just update and leave it at that. Only reason I wanted to downgrade was because the update had stopped my bluetooth working but Kilted Tim solved that problem for me so am now not interested in downgrading software. I quite liked the things that IOS 5.1 gave me but wasn't happy with fact that bluetooth stopped working in car as it caused me problems. One day I might try and work out exactly what I-phones can do but on the basis that it's a phone all I really want it to do is phone, if that bit works I'm happy.
