Iphone shuts down itunes

Hi, just wondering if anyone knew how to fix the following problem.
Everytime I connect my iPhone4 to my iTunes to sync itunes, or the computer, closes itunes. Does anyone have a fix? Thanks.

Your only option is to connect your iPhone to your computer via USB (as the diagram indicates) and restore using iTunes.

If you didn't see anything at all your phone has defective hardware. Connect to the charger again, and while connected hold both buttons. If the phone comes back on, but goes off when you disconnect the charger, you have a bad battery. If it doesn't come on at all you have a hardware failure of the phone. If you see any instructions on the screen, such as an image of a phone connecting to iTunes, follow them; your phone may need to be restored.

My Iphone is shuting down randomly automatically .and some time it not come automatically ,
when i connected my Iphone to iTunes ,iTunes asked me to restored the Iphone to default just like a Brand new Iphone , i did but still my Iphone shutting down randomly ..
Could you please provide some tips/solution , why it is shutting down
Is it Software problem ?

If you restore it as New it is most likely a hardware problem. Take it to an Apple store and they will replace it, as all iPhone 5's are still in warranty.

IPhone shuts down when phoning

Hello,
when the battery goes to about 50%, my iPhone shuts down when I make a call (or receive) one. When I turn it on again (without charger) and try to make another call, it shuts down again There is no low battery warning!
But I can use it for hours surfing the internet (WIFI or EDGE), playing music etc. I also tried to use (internet & music) it, till it shuts down and charge it for at least 6 hours. This doesn't help as well.
Can I do anything else or do I have to replace it?
Firmware is the latest 1.1.1

Sorry to hear you are having so much trouble.
2 things to do before you seek service.
1. Reboot the iPhone on your own. Hold down the button on the top and wait until you get the red bar telling you to slide to turn it off. Power down, reboot and see if the problem persists.
2. If that doesn't work, Reset iPhone. Press and hold the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
3. Final option is to restore the iPhone in iTunes. You'll lose some data, but if you back up first, you'll obviously be ok.
An Apple genius will ask if you have tried these steps before proceeding. Good luck.

I have Windows 7. When I try to print an album cover on a CD I burned, I get an error message that there is a problem and it shuts down iTunes and says will notify me once the problem is fixed

I have iTunes version 11.3.1.2 and a Windows 7 Professional aith Service Pack 1. When I try to print a CD cover from a disc I burned, I get an error message that stops the printing task and shuts down iTunes and tells me once the problem is found they will notify me. When this happened before I got sent a message from Apple that I needed to install a new verion of iTunes. I believe I now have the latest iTunes version. So why can't I print?
Is this the problem below? Does the graphics driver cause the problem?

Is the software on the iPod up to date too?
Have you tried connecting via a different USB port?
Also, try resetting the iPod while it is connected to the computer...

Data Execution Prevention shutting down iTunes even with exception added

Well, was having this problem, it miraculously fixed itself for like a day but now it is happening again. Data Exectuion Prevention for Windows keeps shutting down iTunes. I have gone into the DEP settings and added an exception for it to not apply to iTunes but it is still happening every time I open iTunes. Today I downloaded and installed the new version of iTunes, hoping that would make a difference, but it is still happening. Also, since I installed that version about an hour ago, iTunes keeps opening itself without me telling it to--every five minutes I see it opening without me doing anything and then immediately being closed by DEP. I am getting very frustrated. Thanks in advance for any help.

I had the same issue after my recent update of iTunes. I didn't update Quicktime 'cuz I don't use it much (or at all). On another thread discussing the same issue, I saw that the Quicktime installation can affect iTunes. So I downloaded the latest Quicktime, installed, redooted - issue fixed (for now).

Sounds like you have a battry issue but don't want to believe it.
If a car was running fine on one tank of gas, then you filled it up with another tank of gas and it began to run funny, one might suspect that tank of gas. But let's just say coincidence blew a valve-- would you think the new tank of gas was the culprit?
BUT WAIT!! It just might have been! The gas could have been of higher octane and put more more strain on the valves; you know, like going from 87 octane (OS6) to 93 octane (OS7) and showing you the engine was on the edge of compromise.
Sometimes you have to go with common sense. If everything else is ruled out, it must be the battery. And if it runs fine one moment in OS6 but immediately ***** in OS7, I'd believe my battery was suspect-- though comfy-- in OS6 but the OS7 showed its true power.
Moreover, if you had the answer-- or didn't want to believe someone's more competent advice-- why did you even call? You've already shown that you don't know much when you asked if you could go backwards after setting up the new OS as a new phone.
Additonally, if you're such the know-it-all, but yourself the $29 battery and put it in yourself. It's a piece of cake.

Camera app won't start, it crashes and iphone shuts down!

I have this problem for the last week, everytime i try to open my camera app, it stands for a second showing me a pixelate screen, than Boom, the iphone shuts down
Even if i try to open with Instagram of Powercam or any app who uses camera, it still crashes, I have iOS 5.1 and firmware 2.0.10
What can i do to solve this problem, cause it`s really annoying.

When ever I shut down iTunes my computer slows down considerably. When I check windows task manager under processes it shows iTunes to be still active and taking up about 90% of my system resources. When your mailboxes were moved to Office 365, your directory should have been updated so it pointed to the mailboxes in Office 365, not to your local Exchange 2003 mailboxes. Just thinking this through, I think your consultant didn't do a complete
job. With the Exchange 2013 PowerShell tools, you should be able to update your 500 accounts so they point to the proper system for the mailboxes.

I can not use it outdoors to take pictures of my children etc. Should it really be this way? Many of my friends have the same problems and are really annoyed.
