Iphone software problems in itunes!! someone please help me!
For some reason when I go to load the newest iphone software through itunes, it keeps exceeding the download... the new update says its 152.3 MB, but once it reaches that amount, it just keeps on going! 217 + MB and more,, until it stops and times out... why does this happen? or how if that? its only a 152.3 MB download,..how could it possibly keep going? I'm lost and all I want is my WIFI itunes on the iphone..but this update is not working for me and its frustrating..heres a screen shot of what i see.
Apparently that's happened a few times to people, including myself.
If you cancel the download, delete it, and then go back to the Summary page and hit "Check for Updates" it should start again with no problems and finish correctly.

Close All Open Apps... Sign Out of your Account... Perform a Reset... Try again...
Reset ( No Data will be Lost )
Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
Wait for the Apple logo to Appear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds... ( But can take Longer...)
Release the Buttons...
If no joy...
Reset all settings
Settings > General > Reset > Reset all Settings.
This will return all iDevice settings to factory defaults... you will not lose any data.... But you will have to re-enter all of the device settings.
If the issue persists...
Connect to iTunes on the computer you usually Sync with and Restore

When I was using my SanDisk Cruzer 4GB today I ran into some problems.
I was using it normally as I have been doing for 1 year and suddenly this message came up:
"Because your USB device is drawing too much power it has been disabled." Then my USB crashed...
I have tried plugging it back in, and it didn't work, I have tried Safe Boot-ing my computer, but still no result, nothing works.
When I plug my mouse into the same slot, but that does work. So do my USB headphones.
Can someone please help me, and don't suggest buying a new USB stick.
P.S. I need help A.S.A.P because I need to have a school project done and my work is on my SanDisk Cruzer 4GB.
LucasIt sounds like it is hosed. I hope you have a backup. The only thing I can suggest is to test it in a different computer.

Airport problems! can someone please help?
i've had an ibook G4 for several months now. it has been working perfectly with my belkin router up until the last month. it seems like i can rarely ever connect to the internet at home with airport like i normally would. and when i do mange to connect, it seems to go away after i open it from sleep. i've been using it at school more recently and i'm wondering if this has anything to do with it. i've tried messing around with the network settings but nothing seems to work. i have it set to connect automatically right now. i also installed adobe cs2 recently, but i can't imagine this would affect how airport works. i'm going crazy because i hate not being able to use it to get on the internet when i'm at home. can someone please help me?! thanks!

You will not lose anything. It does exactly what it says it puts the native apps in the same place they were when you got the phone i.e. it rearranges your home screen layout. read page 20 of the manual

How are you trying to do the software update/install? If wireless you simply go to Settings > General > Software Update, and if by iTunes, select Software Updat in the Summary window. You then select Download and Install and the update will download. After downloading, you will see the message, Preparing Update, and then it will say Verifying Update, and then you will have a button to Install Update.
IF you are not seeing any of this, exactly what are you doing and what messages are you getting? -
my ipad was working perfectly fne until i decided to syn i with my cumputor to get new music so i do that and it seems to be downloading normaly. so i had to leave the ouse for a few hours and when i unplug it the screen just says to connect to itunes like when you first get it. so i am trying to do that but nothings happening. itunes wont connect with my ipad. does anyone know what the problem is please help

I recently started using iTunes because I bought an ipod touch. When I purchased my ipod and connected it to itunes I had to get the updated version of iTunes which was 7.6 at the time. I had trouble installing it because of bonjour but somehow I managed to install iTunes without this service. Anyway iTunes 8 came out and I decided I would download it, I never had a problem with connecting my ipod until I updated and now it says "this ipod cannot be used because the Apple Mobile Device service is not started" when connected. I looked up the problem and I everybody said to uninstall iTunes and try a reinstall, well now im back to the problem with bonjour and it wont let me install. Can anyone help please

3 main problems with itunes match, please help

i have 3 main probs on itunes match. first its that the album art on my IOS Device isn't appearing, only on my Mac. I dont know if thats going to change
the other one is that i have 2 beatles songs from the album 1, and the art cover appears to be the Abbey Road album
the other problem its that on my ipad, i have an album divided by 2. on my coputer its fine

Can't sync my iPhone or iPod to itunes anymore- please help!
These had been working fine, but now when I connect either decive to the USB ports on my computer, I hear the "beep" but itunes does not start up atuomatically and when I open it it does not acknowlege the devices. I just uploaded the latest iTunes update but it was doing this before and the update did not seem to help. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated as I just bought my wife an iPad as a birthday surprise and now I'm worried we won't be able to connect it to iTunes. Someone Please help me! Restart issue.
I own a new Macbook and have been using it non stop. It's been a great machine! I still own a ibook G4 1.2 with 30GB HD. I haven't used it in a while. Last week I started it up and it woudln't get past the initial spinwheel. I used the Hardware test to check it out. Everything passed. I restarted it and it wood start up, but then tell me I had to restart it. It oes to a grey screen and tells me o restart everytime I turn it on. I have imortant info on the ibook. I tried using the macbook to get my old files, but the ibook won't show up. Any thoughs? I tried reseting the PRAM to no avail. It only has the stock 26 Ram, could that be the problem? It never gave me any problems beore. Someone please help me.

My iphone 4 won't connect to my mac book, it says that I need to install to latest version of itunes 11.1. When I go to itunes and try to update, it says that I have the latest version (10.6.3). Can someone please help me!
thanksYou are probably running OS 10.4 or 10.5 on a PPC Mac. No version of iTunes higher than 10.6.3 is available for these older Macs. I have the same problem, and while I can still use the PPC to sync my iPod, it can't be used to sync an iPhone 4 or higher. The only solution, as I discovered after upgrading to the iPhone 4, is to buy a newer Mac. I was able to get a 2006 MacBook running Lion for under $300, and that has been a lifesaver.

I recently downloaded iMovie on my iPhone 5 and it is telling me to connect to wifi or use itunes to download iMovie well I have done both and it is still not working can someone please help me?

I'm sorry you are having issues with the iMovie app you purchased for your iPhone5.
The first thing I would suggest is to log out of your iTunes Account on your iPhone, turn the iPhone off and then on again, and see if app finishes downloading/updating.
Settings > iTunes & App Stores > Tap on your Apple ID account > Tap Sign Out
If the issues persists, the article below will give you a few more troubleshooting steps:
iOS: Troubleshooting applications purchased from the App Store
Try the following steps to resolve your issue, testing the app after each step.
1. Update your device software
Update your device to the latest version of iOS.
2. Check for app updates
Ensure that your apps are up to date:
Open the App Store and tap Updates. If updates are available, tap Update All.
When prompted, enter your iTunes Store account information. App Store will then download and install the application updates.
