Iphone sparito al centro assistenza Apple

Il giorno 16 Settembre ho chiesto assistenza in garanzia per il mio Iphone 3g guasto, è stata aperta una pratica e il giorno seguente è arrivato il corriere a ritirare il telefono. Fin qui tutto regolare, mi è stato dato un numero di ID per seguire la pratica sul sito della Aplle ma con mio dispiacere a distanza di alcuni giorni vedo che non c'è avanzamento ai lavori sono sempre fermo allo step 1. Ho telefonato alla Aplle varie volte chiedendo spiegazioni mi riferiscono sempre che il telefono è arrivato ed è questione di ore l' aggiornamento del sito. Sono passati ben 8 giorni ma il sito è sempre fermo allo step1 non so che fine abbia fatto il mio telefono perchè non venga aggiornato ed ho speso molto a chiamare il centro assistenza perchè è un numero che si paga e i tempi sono sempre superiori ai 15 minuti. Tutte le volte la stessa risposta, io hopgato ben 500 euro quel telefono e vorrei sapere che fine ha fatto, guasto o riparato lo rivorrei indietro essendo di mia proprietà, parlare con il call center ormai è solo perdita di tempo, a questo punto informerò i media e farò denuncia alle autorità sono stufa di essere presa in giro. La serietà di Aplle è davvero scarsa. saluti

La Apple ha solo detto di aver ricevuto il mio Iphone ma lo afferma solo dalla tracciatura del corriere, sul sito nella scheda di lavorazione risulta da 8 giorni ancora in transito come se non fosse arrivata. Io volevo vedere aggiornato il sito perchè nessuno mi garantisce che effettivamente sta in lavorazione. Quindi potrebbe essere stato rubato. Io voglio il mio Iphone che sia riparato oppure no, l'ho comprato e pagato io e se devo buttarlo lo voglio fare io. Quindi non c'è serietà da parte di Apple

Centro assistenza Apple autorizzato NON specializzato

giorno 20 settembre portavo il mio iMac G4 17" (il mio tttessssoroooo) in quel di Messina per upgradare la ram a 1 GB e per sostituire il superdrive che iniziava a darmi problemi di masterizzazione. E' infatti a Messina che si trova il più vicino centro di assistenza Apple: Eniware. Lo porto e lo ritiro in giornata, tutto sembra a posto, ma quando lo riporto a casa non funziona più: dopo quindici minuti si congela il puntatore, poi kernel panic su kernel panic, almeno quindici in mezz'ora di utilizzo, e schermate bianche con scritto "memory error access". Il giorno dopo mi precipito da Eniware e pretendo ram compatibile e di buona qualità (credendo che il problema fosse della ram!). Lo tengono 12 giorni, ieri mattina - 3 ottobre - mi chiamano dicendo che il mac è pronto (questa volta con ram Apple) e che l'hanno tenuto in osservazione per tutta la mattinata, non avendo rilevato problemi di sorta. Stavolta, prima di ritirarlo, pretendo di provarlo in negozio, e il kernel panic si manifesta puntuale come 12 giorni prima. Chiedo spiegazioni: addebitano il problema al MIO OS CHE SICURAMENTE SI E' DANNEGGIATOOOOOO DURANTE IL VIAGGIO! io rispondo che lo uso da due anni senza alcun problema, allora proviamo a riavviare da disco esterno, da CD, da un powerbook, ma i blocchi di sistema sono ahimé puntuali! non potendo aggrapparsi a nulla mi dicono di LASCIARLO PER SMONTARLO PEZZO PER PEZZO E VEDERE DOVE STA IL PROBLEMA!!! chiedo un risarcimento per avermi danneggiato il computer, avendolo io consegnato loro in perfetto funzionamento, ma loro si rifiutano e ottengo solo indietro i soldi spesi per la ram! eppure io ho speso ben 75 € solo di spese di viaggio!!! ho denunciato l'incompetenza di Eniware (mi dispiace solo per il sig. Di Bella, l'unico tra tutti i tecnici preparato e simpatico) alla Apple, contattato altri centri di assistenza che mi hanno suggerito che probabilmente mi è stata danneggiata la scheda logica, la quale una volta riscaldatasi manda in tilt il mio adorato iMac, e infine mi sono rivolto la Federcon di Reggio Calabria la quale mi ha però sconsigliato di intraprendere azione legale, non potendo provare che SONO stati loro a rovinare il mio computer e comunque, in caso di esito positivo della causa, ne uscirei con un risarcimento di poche centinaia di €, essendo il mio computer vecchio di almeno due anni. Intanto il mio iMac è morto, non riuscendo a stare acceso per più di cinque minuti di fila (fortuna che prima di portarlo da loro avevo backuppato tutto), neanche in modalità 'disco di destinazione'. Mi vedo costretto ad anticipare l'acquisto di un nuovo computer, ma ho scritto questo post per dovere di cronaca e mettere in guardia quanti abbiano intenzione di rivolgersi ad Eniware, centro di assistenza POCO specializzata di Messina.

Questo il nocciolo si lascia prendere dal panico è quasi certamente dovuto la RAM errata o poco costosa di qualità che è installata. Potrebbero anche essere collegati con il iMac che si surriscalda se il centro di servizio non ristabilisse correttamente la colla termica.
Potreste provare a lavorare attraverso questa guida di risoluzione per il nocciolo vi lasciate prendere dal panico ma penso che il centro di servizio debba essere del loro mess.

These Kernel Panics are almost certainly due to incorrect or cheap quality RAM having been installed. They could also be related to the iMac overheating if the service centre did not restore the thermal paste correctly.
You could try working through this resolution guide for kernel panics but I think the service centre must take responsibility for their mess.

Assistenza apple molto scadente

Il mio i phone 4,nn ha neanche un anno di vita e lo sto x mandare in assistenza x la terza volta in un mese!
Il tasto "home" nn funziona bene,si blocca di continuo e x usare il telefono devo spegnere e riaccendere di continuo...
Il telefono torna dal centro assistenza,sempre con lo stesso identico problema anzi peggiora di volta in volta!
Richiedo la sostituzione del cellulare e invece i "tecnici" continuano solo a resettarlo e me lo rimandano più impallato di prima!
Sono molto contrariata e arrabbiata x questo... Apple fa dei buoni prodotti,ma l'assistenza post-vendita fa pena!

Had the same issue with my Nissan Rogue 2011.
This listed below will fix it...
Go to General > Restrictions > CarPlay -- Make sure Carplay is DISABLED. (The new IOS 8 enables this on default)
Go to General > Reset > Reset Network Settings
The Nissan Rogue radio system was never designed to work with CarPlay. By default, CarPlay feature comes enabled when you install IOS 8. Suckz, right?

when you start using iCloud on any iOS device and enable find my iPhone, this prevents a new user from using it, and also prevents anyone from using the phone
as it is locked to previous owners account ,this is also the case if when a phone is lost or stolen.
the only way around this is to have the previous owner reset their apple id by going to @ applied.apple.com
if they are unable to do this, then the only other way around this is to have the previous owner get a copy of their original receipt and call apple support who can then lift this lock if they get a copy of the receipt

I have reset the phone, full firmware restore, even downgraded back from firmware 4.2.1 to .3.1.3 official by using dfu mode and still doesnt fix.
(i correctly got out of dfu mode after the downgrade)
i can enter dfu mode and recovery, and update through itunes with no problem, but it doesnt fix the problem,
i have searched and found no answer to this problem, every option availible to try that i know of i have tried and failed. i dont care about preserving my content i just want a fix. i have a good understanding how to operate software on a computer and shouldnt be too confused by any advice given, so plz even if the answer is very complex i wish to try anything, please help me to get my iphone working.

I gave my wife an iPad 3 and set it up using her email address as the Apple ID. When I try to turn on iMatch so she can play our music from iCloud on her new iPad it tells me that she needs a subscription to iTunes Match. Is it Apple's intent that we would need two iTunes Match subscriptions? If not, how do I accomplish what I want to get done?

The problem is that all services are bundled with your Apple ID ([email protected]):
Your iCloud account (Mail, Contacts, Calendars, Reminders, Notes, Backups, etc.),
also iTunes & App Store purchases (Music, Movies, TV Shows, etc.),
and the iTunes Match services.
(I guess that all your devices - yours and your wife's are connected to one iTunes library, right?)
If you want that your wife gets her own iCloud account for Mail, Contacts, Calendars, etc. but gets also access to your media then you have two set up two things on her device:
iCloud (Settings > iCloud) with her account (e.g. [email protected])
and
iTunes & App Stores (Settings > iTunes & App Stores) with your account (e.g. [email protected]).
In this case she gets access to your library and could use the same iTunes Match account.

Apps are permanently tied to the Apple ID used to purchase them. You will have to delete the apps from the phone and re-purchase them using your Apple ID.

To change the Apple ID for purchases, go to Settings>Store>Apple ID, tap the ID show, sign out, sign back in using the ID you want to use.

It sounds that you are running the same iCloud account with two phones. I recommend you to create a different iCloud account and you should be all set.

As TJBUSMC1973 states, and as I said earlier, the Find My iPhone app has nothing to do with your use of Find My iPhone. The app is just used if necessary to locate another iOS device from that particular iOS device. To see if both of your devices are being located in Find My iPhone, log into www.icloud.com and select Find My iPhone. Both of the devices should appear. If they do not, then go into whichever of the devices does not appear and make sure that Find My iPhone is activated. It has to be activated through iCloud, and for both to show on the same map, they both have to have the same iCloud ID.

Is there any way to have separate iMessage services for two iPhones linked to the same Apple ID? I share Apple ID with my wife for convenience of buying apps only once and sharing photo and music from one Mac. However, the my iMessages to other people seem to appear on my wife's iPhone. The phone number is used as a Caller ID.

Use separate Apple IDs for iMessage (Settings>Messages>Receive At>tap the Apple ID at the top, sign out, sign in with a different ID). You can still keep the same ID for iCloud (if you want to share contacts, calendars, photostream, etc.) and for store purchases (in Settings>Store).

You can use separate AppleIDs for iCloud, iMessage and iTunes - you just need to create unique AppleIDs for the iCloud accounts if syncing contacts that way (you will need an email address that is not already registered as an AppleID though to get another AppleID).
Apps are a different matter in that purchases are tied to the AppleID used to log in to the store to make the purchase. So you can create another AppleID for iTunes as well and use different ones on the different phones, but any apps you have already purchased with your existing AppleID are permanently tied to that AppleID.
Really, unless you are sharing apps, content and such, there is no reason to use the same AppleID on each anyway. So the simplest solution is to create new AppleID(s) for the second device. If you need an email address to do that, just get a gmail account (or hotmail, yahoo or any other free email account).
