IPhone step counter/human app and others, dup readings?

I have a iPhone 6+ most recent update. In iHealth it looks like I am getting duplicate readings or something. Too many steps and too far distance. I have multi fitness apps. I want to use the Human app and Runkeeper, iSmoothRun, FitStar, Elliptical. Weight apps not included in list. Today I will turn of tracking before I do an exercise. I have gone into background refresh and disabled some apps from refreshing. In iHealth I went to sources and select some apps and told them not to read. What is the proper setup using iHealth so this doesn't happen?

HHealth app prioritising is not working. I am unable to disable iPhone step counter and it is adding to my polar hrm watch - M400. My question is if I start a new iPhone (not use the restore from back-up option) and redownload apps like (Games, Instagram), would my pics show up on Instagram and would my Games show it was saved and the acccomplisments will remain from the last place I left out.

Icloud or itunes backup, only backs up app data, not the app itself.
so if you restore as new, then there is no app data on your phone, you start out new...

I have tried enable and disable restriction, connecting my phone to my laptop and sync from my computer and none of them is working. What should i do?

Often when this type of thing occurs with missing default apps it is due to a situation where you are unable to 'see' the apps. If you will go to your front display of your device go to settings>General>Reset>Reset Home Screen layout.
This reset allows for your apps that have for whatever reason been hidden in such an area as you arn't able to find them now to be returned to the area as which they were when you first had the device.
As far as the missing Apps that were purchased through the Apps Store if you will go to settings>itunes and Apps store and click where it reads about automatcally downloading apps clicking on the toggle switch AND clicking on the toggle switch which allows for cellular data to be enabled this then will effectively automatically download all apps to your device that was purchased from the App Store.

To add to Nick's comments, "Other" is typically approximately 1 gigabyte. Occasionally for some users, it gets much (many times) bigger because they have some corrupt files. If that's the case, it's best to restore the iPhone.
Plug the iPhone into (current) iTunes, let it sync, then choose "Restore" on the right. If restoring from the iPhone backup does not help, then restore (again) as new and then manaully sync the iPhone.

Here's how to do it.
1. App Store, iTunes Store should have the same AppleID on Computer and iPhones. (Free to share apps, music and books... )
2. Person A uses the same purchasing account for everything (ie. email, contacts and ...).
3. Person B have the same purchase account see no. 1 (for App Store and iTunes Store) but create a second AppleID for iCal, e-mail, contacts and etc.

I keep deleting apps and other items on my iPhone to clear up space but it just seems to be taking up more space. The used free space is actually getting smaller. How can I fix this?

Thanks but I think it has something to do with the 'restore'. in the newest iTunes 11, when I click on the tab "iphone", it redirects me to the "welcome to your new iphone" page and asks about doing a 'restore'. I already did a 'restore', but it went to the original factory settings and I want to 'restore' to my lastest back up as of April 12. When I choose that option, it says my iphone doesn't have enough space. I don't know how much I need to delete in order to make it work. I've deleted lots, but it only has 4.1 GB available. I'm not sure why this isn't enough to do a 'restore'. I don't want to delete all my photos and videos, but maybe I will have to?...7.7GB is used up for that. I can't sync or do ANYTHING...

Use one account for apps and other for itunes match

My question today is quite simple. I use one account for apps and tv shows, but inwant to use a different itunes account for purchasing itunes match. How can I use them both on my devices? Will it be asking for my user-pass each time i play a song? What other thing should i consider?

I would strongly recommend you not do this. You will regret it.
I have played with this issue a lot. You have to remain signed into match in order for it to show up on your phone. If you sign out to purchase an app or redownload one from your appstore id you use then match will be removed from your phone and when you go into your music app the icloud will not be there. You then have to go sign back out of the store id you used for your app purchase and then sign back into match and everything will have to go though the download to your device process again. This really is not what you want to do.
Sign up to match with the apple id that you know you will use the most or has the most purchased items and use that for all purchases, i.e. books, apps, movies, and music. You don't want to go though the other process.
Plus apple will start not letting you sign into match because you signed out and back in, in to short a period of time.
all store purchases on an iphone are linked to the store id. if you sign out of your match id on the appstore and sign into another account to purchase an app then itunes match will sign out in the music app. You can't have two store id's signed into your iphone at the same time. They are all linked together.

Do I still need to sync my phone to remove apps and other content

I used to have to synch my iPhone with iTunes on my computer to remove apps and things like podcasts from my phone so they did not up storage space. Is this still true? I seldom use my computer and just leave iTunes open for household sharing.

HT203301 iPhone 4S compass 180° out and other times all over the place after ios7 update. Anybody else had this?

Since updating to iOS 7 the compass on my iPhone 4S is all over the place but mainly 180° out tried calibrating rebooting etc etc and no difference.!

Nope, i generally hate iTunes for it being annoying and incredibly "damaging" to the computer (slows my computer down a shitload when booting atleast), so I've avoided it at any costs till now. Shame apple "forces" us to use their more "******" apps in order to "guard" ourselves against stuff like this... I'll survive, the most important pics are on facebook, and the apps and contacts I can easily replace. For my part Apple has one life less when it comes to me buying another product from them.
