IPhone stolen and no iCloud
Hello, my iPhone was stolen and I have not fixed it with icloud, can I go into my iPhone's settings, although I do not have it on me?
But can and I access my iPhone's settings on my PC even though I don't have the iPhone?
If you didn't have Find My Phone turned on & activated, there is no way to locate your phone.

Apple and/or iTunes support can't locate it for you, only you can potentially locate it via http://icloud.com on a computer or Find My iPhone / Find My iPad on another device - but that will only work if it's connected to a network and the device hasn't already been wiped and/or Find My iPhone disabled on it.
If it was stolen then you should report it to the police. You should also change your iTunes account password, your email account passwords, and any passwords that you'd stored on websites/emails/notes etc. -
My phone was stolen and my icloud is loged in and now my ipad is disabled and now asking for activation and it says there that i have to put my icloud account and i tried loging in my account but it says that it cannot open with that icloud account what do i do????

Contact AppleCare(or Apple ID Support), upon speaking to an operator you should explain that your problem is related to your Apple ID, this way you will not be charged for assistance, even if you don’t have an AppleCare plan. -

I had my iPhone stolen and I wonder if I would be possible to completely lock the device, preventing the thief turned the phone again?
You can lock the device to prevent them from getting to your personal information if you set up mobileme, but unfortunately all the theif has to do is a forced restore and set up as new, get a new SIM and use it.

My iPhone was stolen and I had my iCloud and photo stream switched on.
Is there anyway of retrieving my photos??When you enable Photo Stream on your devices, ONLY new photos you take or import to those devices will be automatically added to your photo stream, not existing photos.
That's why there are none on your iPod, & you would have had to already have Photo Stream enabled on your computer. Sorry, but there is no way to retrieve these photos. -
New iPhone 5 and existing iCloud account
I recently got my wife an iPhone 5 for the holidays. We are a multiple Apple family with 2 iPads, iPods, etc... Problem is, I set up her new iPhone on my existing iCloud account with out realizing it would send all my messages and contacts to her phone. Easy solution seems to be having her set up her own iCloud, but with that, I don't think I can use Find My iPhone (with 2 separate iCloud accounts). Is this correct? I can't be the first person struggling with this. Please help! Thank you!
Use separate Apple ID for iCloud, iMessage and FaceTime. Use a common one for iTunes & App Stores.
You can use Find my iPhone by sign in with her Apple ID in www.icloud.com or in Find my iPhone app in another iDevice. -
I restored my new phone from an earlier date than my niece's baptism. I don't know if I should have restored or set up as a new phone. But my problem now is that I really want those pictures. I had icloud on that phone and the new one. Can anyone help me or tell me if I can get those pictures back. When I log into my itunes account on my computer it still shows the other phone as a device but I only see where you can remove that device. Thank you need to take a class on all this new technology.
Like a digital camera, you should be syncing your photos from iphone to a computer often. If you have been doing that, you should find the photos on the computer.
If you had been backing up you iphone to icloud, then you could restore the backup, but many users have complained here that they lost all their photos when doing a restore, none seem to have been in the backup. Since your new phone is new, then try doing a restore (you should have done that when you first set up the new phone - if you did and the photos did not come back, then they are lost).

my wife's iphone 5 stolen (find phone not enabled). I had my ipad mail with icloud also listed on her phone. How could I block access to this on her phone without deleting it from my Ipad as the main account. We could not contact apple from vietnam and even went to the apple store but no help.

so my iphone 5 kept crashing and i brought it to the apple store and got a new replacement phone. Unfortunately for me the next day it got stolen, i have the find my iphone app but it says my device is offline so i cant track it nor can i wipe the contents. I have blocked my sim, but someone told me that i could get the product itself blocked so that the horrible theif cannot use it at all. Since it was a replacement product and i lieterally just got it i dont have the serial or imei number to get it blocked. Would apple have a record of the replacement devices number? i tried using the online chat but it wont work becausae i dont have the serial number or anything. thanks in advance for your help.

IMEI number carrier can track a device with but only way to do it is when the police bring a warrent

I have upgraded from a 3gs and first backed up by 3gs through iCloud. I then logged on to iCloud on my new device and it synced my contacts. I entered my email addresses and then tried to download some of my App purchases. The screen then went white and I cannot now shut down the phone although I am hearing new emails coming through. I think I should have downloaded iTunes first but didn't which means iTunes does not recognise the phone and I cannot therefore restored to factory settings to start again. Help please.
Has the phone been unlocked officially? Has the phone been jailbroken in the past? If yes, these could be reasons for the behavior of the phone.

Iphone stolen and want to get backup of photos
I lost my iphone and want to get backup of my photostream (have ordered replacement but will take a few days). How do I do that since I do not have a computer (I have access to my husband's but do not have iphoto with my photostream)?
Is there a copy in icloud?You will only be able to access photo stream photos from the last 30 days from iCloud as older photos have already been deleted. Your camera roll photos are included in your backup; restoring the backup to your replacement phone should recover them. The replacement phone will also be able to access photo stream photos from the last 30 days when you sign into your iCloud account and enable My Photo Stream.
You can access photo stream photos from a computer by setting up your account on the computer and enabling photo stream as explained here: https://www.apple.com/icloud/setup/. This will require Vista SP2 or higher if it's a PC, or OS X 10.7.5 or higher if it's a Mac. If you have a Mac, you will also need iPhoto '11 9.2.2 or higher in order to enable photo stream. If you do this on someone else's computer you'll need to be careful not to sync your other data to it or your data will be merged with the data on the other computer. Given this, you may want to just wait until you get your replacement phone. -
Multiple iPhone, iPods and 1 iCloud account
My son's iPhone has no service, It's my old iPhone... He is just using it as an iPod, but when I reveive a text message on my phone it also goes to his. I have him logged in to my iCloud account for apps and music, but how can I make it "unique" so he doesn't get bombarded with all my texts..

Can I create a new iCloud account that will sync with my current one... So he can use his device as his own, but still utilize our family apps and music we have purchased on our main account?
ThanksHe just needs his own independent AppleID for iMessage. That's nothing to do with iCloud.
Settings > Messages > Send & Receive > AppleID > Sign out
Then sign back in with his AppleID. -

Apple is not law enforcement and does not block or deactivate devices.
