IPhone stuck on downloading pictures _ of __.

When I open up 'Photos' on my iphone it lists about 60 photos and says it's downloading from 580. It's been like this all night! I've restored it over and over, and while my iphone shows that around 2GB are designated to photos on my computer I can't access them at all. I tried to open up the iPhone on my PC to view the photos on there but it only shows 40 photos from Camera Roll, not even the 20 I can currently see on Photo Stream. How is it possible that these photos are taking up space on my iPhone but I can't access them in any way?

The Coud only saves about 8 of all your backups. If that little circle thing is still spinning then it's still restoring. Check your iCloud settings in settings go to where it says storage and back-up, the button should not be green, it should say something like "restoring" or "do you want to stop the restore" that means its still restoring from iCloud. Next check to make sure your wi-fi is on and you have good bars. If your connection is poor try moving it closer to your wi-fi network. Someone suggested to me when I just had this problem to go to Apple or Starbucks , they said its faster. Remember if you keep backing up you will lose all those photos because iCloud only keeps the recent back-ups.

Ios 7.0.4 on iphone stuck on downloading

Hi there .
I have just tried to update my iPhone 4S to ios 7.0.4 and for ages it seems to be stuck on downloading and just says 'estimating time remaining'
What can I do to come out of this . If the update hasn't downloaded yet could I turn my phone off and on and try again or would this make it worse?
I have tried turning wireless and 3G off to see if this helped but it still said downloading!!!

Help needed please, everytime I try to update the software version on my iphone it comes up with a message saying it could not be completed and is now frozen with the apple picture and progress bar on it. Do I unplug it and hope the macbook pro sees it again, I also stupidly did not back up before starting the download which I realise I will have to go back to the previous back up. This keeps happening, everytime I do this type of update, I'm starting to think I should just give up on updating my software on the Iphone. I thought it was happening because I was using a window based computer to do the updates, this time I used my Macbook Pro. Please somebody help

Pictures sent to my iphone 6 via text messaging are stuck in downloading phase

Pictures that are being sent to me via text messaging are stuck in "downloading" phase. I can not receive any pictures on my new iphone6. Is anyone else experencing this?

Lucky for me the first one worked--went into settings->messages and turned iMessage off, waited a few seconds, turned it back on. Images came through just fine after that. We'll see if it lasts.

All photos transferred from your computer are stored in the iPhone's Photo Library regardless if you select a single album or folder of photos to be transferred or multiple albums or folders. The photos on the albums or folders of photos include a pointer to the original photos stored in the Photo Library. The photos are not duplicated taking up double the storage space. This way you can view the photos in an album or folder of photos only by selecting the album or folder, or all photos in all albums or folders by selecting Photo Library.
Makes more sense when transferring multiple albums or folders of photos which cannot be changed when transferring only a single album or folder of photos.
The same applies with iTunes and music playlists. A song can't be in a playlist unless it is in the main iTunes library. Placing a song in a playlist does not duplicate the song.

This seems to be a general problem with Windows 8 that a number of drivers that used to work with Windows 7 now do not work, ie. iPhone to iTunes, HTC to HTCSync, Samsung to Kies etc. I need this connection to work in order to syncronize with Outlook and my iTunes library.

You remove them by using itunes on your computer with your phone attached. Click on the photo tab and uncheck the folders your previousy synced and then sync again

When you have kernel panics, the pertinent information is in the panic report.
These instructions must be carried out as an administrator. If you have only one user account, you are the administrator.
Launch the Console application in any of the following ways:
☞ Enter the first few letters of its name into a Spotlight search. Select it in the results (it should be at the top.)
☞ In the Finder, select Go ▹ Utilities from the menu bar, or press the key combination shift-command-U. The application is in the folder that opens.
☞ Open LaunchPad and start typing the name.
In the Console window, select
DIAGNOSTIC AND USAGE INFORMATION ▹ System Diagnostic Reports
(not Diagnostic and Usage Messages) from the log list on the left. If you don't see that list, select

There is a disclosure triangle to the left of the list item. If the triangle is pointing to the right, click it so that it points down. You'll see a list of reports. To download to your computer see: http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083. To download SMS pictures, tap the picture, tap the arrow botton on bottom left, tap Save. This will save it to your Camera Roll so you can download it to your computer the same as other pictures. (Same process for videos.)
