Iphone Stuck on USB Plug-- Itunes icon. Help!

I need help. My Iphone is stuck on the USB Plug-->Itunes icon, i can turn it off, but when i turn it back on it shows the apple logo, and then goes straight to the plug in to iTunes icon. This happened after i set to install the newest updated software for my iPhone, i left my computer for a few hours, figuring iTunes would automatically download and install it properly, and i come back and its stuck at the above^^.
I tried DFU mode and it doesn't seem to do anything, and i have the latest version of iTunes.
Any help appreciated!

Please note: DFU mode is different than recovery mode. DFU is an even deep-level boot mode, no OS or any visual thing is loaded, so your device's screen will be black. It's not easy to guess whether it is in DFU mode or is it turned off. But don't worry. Just follow the steps I provided below and iTunes would do the rest
To enter DFU mode:
1) Connect your iPhone to your computer.
2) Turn iPhone off.
3) Hold power and home together for 10 seconds (exactly).
4) Release power but keep holding home until iTunes detect your iPhone
5) Once iTunes detected your phone, it will display the following alert:
"iTunes has detected a phone in recovery or DFU mode and it needs to be restored."
6) Now, just click OK and restore your phone.
PS. I'm not sure why did your phone get into Recovery Mode (the "Connect to iTunes" warning) but DFU should help.
PSS. don't leave your phone alone while you are upgrading the firmware. Just to make sure everyting is all right

Stuck at usb and itunes screen and can't restore it because of error 1611

I am stuck on usb and itunes screen after trying to restore it but when i tried restoring it, it went to the apple logo with the little bar on the bottom and didn't load. After, itunes said that there was an error 1611. Please help! I just bought this a day ago and i don't want to ruin it. I have a ipod touch 1rst generation.

Dont know if accidently fixed it or not i got it to be recogniced by itune im restoring it now. i held the power/sleep button till turned off. then while holding the home button under the screen connected it to the usb wire .. also i change the usb port i was using on my computer dont know if it was luck or what but glad i got my phone back.

How to solve this problem that I have

i've had a few issues like this.
I've found that it is an issue with items that are already on your phone.
several troubleshoots.
1) uncheck everything from syncing (apps, music, tv shows, movies, podcasts, etc), try to perform a sync, it most likely will work. Then, sync after checking each item individually (check the sync box for videos, then sync, check the sync box for podcasts, then sync, check the sync box for music, then sync, etc). One of two things will happen, 1) you will fix the problem, or 2) you will identify exactly what part of the sync setup is the culprit.
2) if the above doesn't work, I've found that it is likely an issue with files that are on your phone but your phone doesn't exaclty recognize (for example, I had copies of music on my phone that didn't show up in the music app, I went in on itunes and manually deleted those songs from my phone and that fixed the sync). to do this, check the "manually manage music and videos" box at the bottom of "summary" while your phone is connected to itunes. Then, go to the left hand pane in itunes and find your iphone device, click the drop-down arrow that shows all the categories for media on your iphone. Go to the music category in your iphone on itunes and delete all the music that shows up. Try to perform a sync - it likely will work. After this, you can uncheck the manually manage music box and re-sync your phone as normal

Happened when iPhone 4 was updated to iOS 5. Problem was Kaspersky was on - I know this because I have had trouble when updating my iPhone in the past when it was on. I had this problem before and fixed it. Its happened to me again very recently so its not uncommon. I had to completely uninstall ITunes and most importantly uninstall Apple Mobile Device Support which can all be found in the uninstall programs in the control panel. once you have done that, re install the most up to date iTunes (don't worry about having to find another Apple Mobile Device Support software as the most up to date version of that gets installed with iTunes). Once that is done take out the USB cable make sure the iPhone is off or blank ad iTunes is not open. Then simply plug in the USB and iPhone you don't have to hold any buttons and the phone should light up and you get a message about the apple mobile device support software being installed then itunes opens asking if you want to restore this iPhone. if this doesn't work don't worry take out the phone and try a different USB socket making sure iTunes isnt open for some reason it doesnt like it open.

When I originally downloaded iTunes my iPhone would sync to my computer when I connected the USB plug. Now it won't do it. I removed iTunes from my computer and have attempted to re download iTunes to no avail. I get several error msgs during the download: msvcr80.dll was not found; iTunes was not installed correctly, error 7; Windows error 126; Service 'Apple Mobile Device' (Apple Mobile Device failed to start)
Can anyone offer any suggestions/help?

IPod stuck on screen with iTunes icon, please help!

So, a lot of people may have had this problem already, so please help me. When I turn on my iPod touch 4g, a picture pops up with the usb pointing to the iTunes icon, basically meaing I have to connect to iTunes. My computer doesn't detect or cnnect to my iPod, niether does iTunes. Does anyone have ANY solutions?
