IPhone suddenly turn off by itself,won't come back on
My iPhone suddenly turned off when i wanted to unlock it to check my messages(i'm really sure that it has 80%+ battery during that time),here's what i did to get it turn back on,but it still wont on:
1) I plug it to my pc (but my pc says it's an unknown device and it also says that Windows has stopped the device because it has reported problems)
2)i hold on to the home button and the standby button
3) i charged it
I tried all these steps above but it still wont come back on,please help me,i cant live without my phone!
How long has it been off? I have over-heated mine before a few times... (hot car, heating pad...) and it shuts down completely and will NOT come back on until it cools down. I'm not saying this is your problem, but if it did over-heat it will come back on when it cools down.

My one day old MacBook pro just turned off and it won't come back on either through mains or battery power it's as if the unit is completely dead. When you say no green or orange light are you refering to the little led on the magsafe connector? That could mean either the charger/cable are bad or the circuitry in the MBP is faulty. Since this is a brand new MBP best bet is to take it back to an Apple Retail store and have the genius bar staff take a look. They can determine if it needs to be reparired or replaced.

So I was just texting with my iPhone (with 35% battery life) earlier and when I check my phone again 5 mins later, it completely turned off. So, I tried holding the sleep/lock botton on top + the Home button (for more than 10 sec) and it won't turn on.
So I tried plugging my iPhone to the wall-adapter charger and it turned on (with a 100% battery life?), but seems like all my settings have been resetted and I was advised to connect with iTunes. Then I unplugged my iPhone and plug it onto my computer to sync. I waited, the apple logo comes up and then it turns off again, logo comes up and turns off again (constantly doing that and it's not going anywhere).
Did my whole iPhone battery just died or something? I repeated the process and whenever I unplug the phone from the wall-charger, my phone completely turns off. When I plug it with my usb-to-computer, the apple logo comes up and goes. Any one can help?Connect iPhone to Wall Charger for 10 minutes, it may turn ON itself. If still nothing, keep on charger and Reset, hold both home and power buttons for about 20 seconds until the iPhone begins to respond.

Iphone 4 shut off randomly and won't come back on
I was out yesterday and I put my Iphone 4 in my pocket, the battery was on %70 and I took it back out to make a phone call and it must have shut it self off, I tried turning it back on and it wouldn't work. I've tried pressing the home and lock button but that doesn't work either, I've plugged it in to my computer and it;s no responce? The phone is cracked, and I've had it over a year.
Plug it into a wall outlet for at least 30 minutes, then try resetting it, again: Press the Sleep/Wake button & Home button at the same time, keep pressing until you see the Apple logo, then release.
If that doesn't work, make an appointment at any Apple store. -

I have a US iPhone and I am in the UK, I had a problem with the battery and got it replaced in a UK Apple store but then I start having a shut down and reboot ...when I called the customer service they said we can't give the UK options since it is a US product!! And that I have to visit one of their stores to get it either repaired or replaced !!!so, is there a possibility to get it replaced in the UK?

My iphone suddenly turned off and is not turning on only when i plug in the charger... i tried getting it into recovery mode to restore it i get an error message of an "unknown error 3014" and that it can't be restored. I updated it to 7.1 not long ago and it was working perfectly. What do you think is the problem? And is there any solutions to this?

Check the hosts file or TCP/IP filtering, which might cause communication issues between iTunes, ports, and servers.

Try this. Hold the operate button and switch on button for atleast 3mints until it get on. Sure it will work out.
This will happen bcz if any application got struck/freeze.

When my phone was off it wouldn't connect to iTunes, i got it working now though. I just had to hold my lock button and my home button down long enough. Thanks anyways though!

If I leave the phone (thus not doing anything to it) for an extended period of time say 2 hrs. It will have turned off and you can't turn it back on unless you plug it in, but it's got heaps of "Battery" left.
Ever so often it will turn off randomly as well, and can't turn it on again.If your iPhone is powering off, this is not normal.
Try restoring your iPhone with iTunes as a new iPhone or not from your iPhone's backup. If no change after doing so, your iPhone has a hardware problem. The iPhone includes a one year warranty. -
