IPhone Synchronisation - STOP!!
Every other day, when I switch on my iPhone, I have the image on screen to connect the iPhone to my PC to synch with iTUne. How do I stop this from happening?

Your software on the phone might be damaged, restore the phone and the problem should be gone.
Follow this article: iTunes: Restoring iOS software You may have to connect in recovery mode if your phone is not recognized by iTuens: iOS: Unable to update or restore
If this does not help, set it up as new device without using the latest backup, it might contain corrupt data.

iPhone 4 stopped working with ios 6.1, visited apple first time, restored phone and worked, less than 24 hours later stopped working again, back to the store, I told iPhone is out of warranty and they'll replace for $150. iPhone worked fine with previous version, no problem at all. Asked to restore to the previous software version, told can't be done. Why should I pay for a damage caused by a software update. Tec claims that ios 6.1 will not work with my phone because it discovered some hardware malfunction, possible the home button. They can't repair. suggested to go to a third party. Hey.. I have had this issue since yesterday afternoon.. Some people are saying to keep restoring again and again until it finally goes through.. I have done so like 10 times on my MAC and then I used my husband's PC and tried it 4 times.. No success.. I called apple support, but no help came from there at the end, and the only thing they were able to suggest to me is to sell me a new phone just like mine for a discounted price.. **** NO

That will only make it possibe to go backward.. You will end up back with the IOS 5, but at least you will have a working phone and it will bring back all your contacts and everything else that you ever had backed up on icloud and on your computer. There might be descripencies with the Applications but again this is an issue easily solved, you can always download them back.
Two more things: One, you do not have to download the old version of the itunes, the newest version worked for me without any issues
When choosing to download the older IOS 5.1.1, you will need to figure out whether your carrier is GSM or CDMA but you can easily google this info online..

My iphone 3gs stopped appearing in the sidebar
A week or so ago my iphone 3gs stopped appearing in the itunes (10.7) sidebar when plugged in to my computer. It shows in the itunes fuile menu and when I right click the itunes icon in my task bar. It would still sync from the file menu. Now, itunes has stopped syncing voice memos and because I cannot select sync options without iphone in the sidebar I cannot fix this.
Any help is appreciated.You could try restoring and staying away from that backup. I've had that happen to me before on my iPhone 4 from a corrupt backup. You could be coincidently mixing the two issues, sounds to me like you got lucky and your phone is A-OK but you may be using a corrupt backup.

What file did it say was corrupt? What error number? What is showing on your phone right now? What version of iTunes? What kind of computer?

my iphone just stopped connecting to my wifi and i have tried all the recommended troubleshooting with no success. Also when i send a text , it shows it coming from my email address instead of my cell #. i dont receive any text going to my cell #. help
If i understand what you are saying then you are seeing the WiFi indicator after connecting but Apps are saying that they are not connected to the internet?
Your router may not have given your iPod a valid IP address. Go to Settings > Wifi > your network name and touch the ">" to the right to see the network details. If the IP address starts with 169 or is blank then your router didn't provide an IP address and you won't be able to access the Internet.
Sometimes the fix can be to restart your router (remove power for 30 seconds and restart). Next, reset network settings on your iPod (Settings > General > Reset > Reset network settings) and then attempt to connect. In other cases it might be necessary to update the router's firmware with the latest from the manufacturer's support web pages.
If you need more help please give more details on your network, i.e., your router make, model and version, the wifi security being used (WEP, WPA, WPA2), etc. -

Hi,
You music is not in your iCloud account, it is in iTunes in the Cloud. Whether you use iCloud personally or not, it will not have an effect on the iTunes in the Cloud functionality. If you are using iTunes, then all of your purchases through iTunes will use iTunes in the Cloud as a backup for your purchases.

I have a problem with my iPhone 5 stopped working the sleep / power and simultaneously refused to obey the HOME button. I can not use either one or the other. I can not enable or disable the device, display lights up when you plug the charger. same display works fine as it is surprising. or maybe someone knows what is the reason for this? is there any way to solve this problem?
More than likely its a hardware issue, I have never encountered such a problem and best bet is to just go get it replaced. If you have insurance on your device apple will replace it as long as there was no water damage, if you dont have insurance they will charge $200 more or less. Hope you get it fixed

I lose the signal inside buildings and outside of buildings. It happens at work and at home. It happens in Centarl London in the open air and inside. It happens in small towns.. It happens in the countryside. It happens in motor cars. It happens in airports. It happens when the battery is fully charged, when it is half charged and when it's low on charge. It happens using the phone, when reading messages and when using the internet.

My iPad Mini and my iPhone 4s stopped charging on the same day when plugged into an outlet if they are turned on. My phone charged as long as it was turned off and it will charge when pluged into an USB port,

I've had a Samsung network extender for over a year and it's been great. About a week ago, my iPhone 5 stopped connecting to it. I've never had problems with this. All the lights on the extender are blue, so it seems it's working fine. Any suggestions?
Oh no! Lets ensure that you are connected. Have you tried to reset the Network Extender? Are other devices able to connect to the Extender? Is your Internet service up and running?

why does the iPod on my iPhone 5 stop playing for no reason? Also, I tried to shut it off using the ear phone piece but it wouldn't shut it off.
Thanks anyone for help.Since you can't switch it off.
Put it in a dry place for a week (a rice box is a good idea) and try to use a hair air-blower (warm but not hot) to dry it.
