IPhone texting showing up green still?
I understan that by downloading the latest version of iTunes, I should have been able to text back and forth with other iPhone users for free? Plus, they should show up in blue text. Mine are still showing up as green after the download. Any thoughts?

The weird part is all the other iPhones In my contacts are blue just not this one. iMessages are blue. Only those with a Mac computer or iOS device can receive iMessages. iMessages are sent using data, not yoru text messaging plan.
SMS/MMS are green. iPhones can receive SMS/MMS and iMessages. SMS/MMS require a text messaging plan. -
IPhone camera shows as green and now i cant take normal pictures HELP!!!
I haven't dropped this phone or anything at all and i woke up this morning and opened up my camera app and all of a my screen goes completely green. It shows everything as if it was like night vision. Is there anything that i can do to fix this? Thanks a bunch!!

Dumb question.. Why do some texts show up in blue and some in green on the iPhone?
Not dumb at all. The blue ones are iMessages, while the green ones are regular text messages.

I successfully made a disc.img and then burned a DVD of the project but found an error in a title. Went back to the project, corrected the error, and tried to create a new disc.img but got the message that some of the audio tracks were unavailable. They still show as green bars in the project but do not play. Tried deleting and reinstalling them with no success. They do play in iTunes and in the iMovie editing pane

When I go to text my deleted contacts still show.
When I go to text, my deleted contacts still show up when I type in a name but when I tap on them just the number shows up. Is there a way to get them to go away other than reseting my iPhone 5?
Try this...
have a text convo with the person you want to delete. Go to the top contact in the text convo, hit edit contact, and delete that contact.
That resolution came from another thread on this issue, and this did solve to poster's issue. -
I performed an iOS 7 software update on my iPhone yesterday, and now the phone is not working at all. The iPhone screen shows to connect to iTunes to restore. I've have done this, and still the iPhone is not working. What going on?
I have no idea what may have caused your MacBook to stop working, but from your description it kind of sounds like it may have started before you ran Software Update and installed the new Apps. Just the general slow feeling and bugginess is what tips me off. You said that you weren't sure if you had closed all open windows, that doesn't matter if the computer restarts itself. It automatically closes all other open applications when restarting.
As to your data being retrievable, if when you take it in they do a fresh install of the OS, then no, it will not be unless you want to pay several thousand dollars to a software retrieval company.
I am glad to hear that you have taken into the Apple Store to get it fixed, and that you have all of your purchased music backed up to your iPod. You should be able to just transfer it all back to iTunes once you get your computer back should it be necessary.
As a side note, the proper place for this topic would probably in the MacBook forums, not iTunes since there is no evidence that iTunes started the issue. -

Neither my iPod Touch nor my iPhone will show up in iTunes when I plug in through the USB cable. My software is updated, I've restarted everything, I've reset the devices, but still no luck. Help?!
Check your System Profiler to see if your computer is recognizing them. You may need to reset the computers SMC.

Hi there can anyone help. I am connected to the Internet by Ethernet but my connection keeps timing out and my network diagnostics shows all green and network connection ok but still no Internet connection. the other wireless laptop in my flat works well. Could the other wireless laptops being used in my flat be affecting my connection. what can I do to get connected, keep connected. Thanks for any ideas out there.
My network connected for a few hours then went back to timing out. I have not changed anything. However there four additional laptop users in my family who do not seem to be having any problems using their wireless connection. Could their film and music downloads be causing the timing out of my connection and if so is there a way I could prioritizes my computer or limit their use?

my macbook air won't turn on.. last night it was still working properly... when i woke up this morning, i went to turn it on but it didn't respond..i tried plugging the charger and the lightning cord showed a green light which is normal when charging..i tried to open the macbook air again but nothing happened.. no fans, no chimes, no light in the laptop showed..what should i do? please help..thank you

A green light means that your battery is full or that it can't be detected. If you can't start up the Mac, probably your logic board or battery aren't working.
Take the MacBook to an Apple Store or reseller to get your battery or logic board replaced. If the MacBook is in warranty, this repair will be free
