IPhone trade in / pre-order with corporate paid bill

In trying to pre-order the iPhone 6, I get the following message. I suspect it's because my monthly bill is paid for by my company. Can I take my iPhone 4 to a Verizon store for the $200 trade? Can I apply the $200 to a purchase of a iPhone 6 in-store (not a gift card)? Can I pre-order with Verizon to ensure I can pick up the phone on 9/19? ERROR: We're sorry, but we could not complete your transaction for one of the following reasons:
You are not the registered account owner; please sign in with the Account Owner mobile number and password to complete your transaction, or update your profile to Account Owner in My Verizon.
You are not authorized to make changes to this business account; please contact your company's administrator to process this transaction.

I am very sorry to hear of the issues you had with ordering your phone. Given that you are on a business account to trade in and order your device please contact your "Point of contact" for you business line/account as they would have access to process these orders for you.

How does pre-ordering with Apple work?

For people who have previously pre-ordered with Apple (for an iPad or iPhone) or are familiar with their pre-order process, would you mind explaining the process to me?
In other words, will their website lag due to an overload of orders? Will everyone be guaranteed an iPhone 4 on the 15th? Is there limited availability? Will they be depleted out of iPhones if I order an hour after?
I don't care when I get it, but will I be guaranteed one on the pre-order date?

What has happened in the past is the pre-order date is when you can place an order for the phone. You will not receive it until at least the 24th (available date). If you want to be one of the first on your block to get one, I'd recommend ordering as early as possible. You will be told the prospective "receive by" date when you order. Historically, those that order early, receive them on the available date. Of course you can also camp out at your local Apple Store (as has become an Apple tradition).
It is possible there might be a lag during the initial rush, but I doubt it. Apple has figured out how to take orders fairly efficiently

Why can't I buy a movie that I pre-ordered, with the iTunes card already redeemed?

See, I bought an iTunes card the other day and redeemed it that same day. After doing so, I pre-ordered a movie that was expected to be released on the 18th of March(today). So I tried to purchase the movie I pre-ordered with the credit I redeemed from the iTunes card, but it is asking for my billing information. So I clicked on the link where it says "To redeem code, click here", and it asked me to enter a code. My concern is why can't I buy that movie I pre-ordered with I the money I have in my iTunes account?

You didn't purchase the movie, you pre-ordered it. So the code works to put in the pre-order for the movie. So it's on hold, so to speak. Then when the movie comes out (and only then) are you actually billed, so you have to enter the code again in case you or someone else who has access to your computer used some -- perhaps too much of the credit in the meantime.
If I use a regular credit card and pre-order something, oftentimes there is some kind of perk or extra included along with it for me in return for pre-ordering. Like an extra feature for example. I don't actually get billed until I actually get the movie and so it's kinda like that.

Net value issue while creating return order with reference to billing

Dear All,
I created SO / DEL/ BILLING for qty 100 say net value-20000.When i created Return order with refrence to billing document,
net value appearing same ( 20000) for 50 quantity.Pl do advise asap as its required urgently.

Iphone 6 plus pre-order delivery

Hi everyone!
I pre-ordered my iPhone 6 Plus (64GB Space Gray) on Sept 12th as early as I could (at 4:30 A.M. through the apple store app on my iPhone 5). I tried to order it earlier, but as many of us know the Apple store online was down. I was so very disappointed. During the checkout time, my estimated delivery was Oct 1 - Oct 6 and it would be available to ship in 7-10 business days. My email confirmation stated the same thing.
This is also my first time I have ever pre-ordered an iPhone. My current phone is in pretty bad shape. The menu button popped off a couple weeks ago (it's currently being held on with scotch tape...lmao) and my screen freezes up all the time. I'm lucky if I can answer phone calls. Its not reliable at all to say the least. I have been trying to hold out for the new iPhone 6.
I have been checking my order status relentlessly since I pre-ordered and of course, it still says "Processing Items", with the same estimated delivery date and shipping time. I'm am desperately hoping it arrives earlier than October 1st - October 6th?!
Do any of you know if I will ONLY be getting my phone during Oct 1 - Oct 6 or do I have a chance of getting it earlier?
Does anyone know where all they usually ship from?
Do they usually ship via Fedex or UPS?

     Oct 1 - Oct 6 is usually conservative. You will probably get it sooner. You'll get another email when it ships.

     Pre-orders were shipped from China for the same reason they are built over there cheap labor. Apple will probably continue this until all early orders are filled.
Do they usually ship via Fedex or UPS?
     Again pre-orders came UPS. No idea if they will continue to use them only.

Apple Pre-order with FAN account

I've never pre-ordered a phone before but I want to with the new iPhone 4. I have a FAN account with AT&T and I want to know if I can still preorder with apple or must I go to the AT&T store? Thanks

I emailed AT&T about the same concern since I have a FAN account also. I was told that I could still pre order on the Apple website.

Black Verizon iPhone 4S 32GB Pre Order MASSACRE!

I was the First person online on October 7th and pre ordered a Verizon iPhone 4S 32GB in black - And i still have not recieved it! To everyone who says "Best Buy only gets what Apple sends them" that is complete BS - Best Buy is a Billion dollar corporation, THEY NEED TO KEEP UP WITH THEIR OWN INVENTORY NOT APPLE - if you are accepting pre orders and taking $50 from people as an advance and you see that in a certain store 10 people pre ordered 10 Verizon 32GB iPhone 4S in Black - YOU MAKE SURE YOU GET 10 VERIZON 32GB IPHONE 4S IN BLACK! Its not rocket science - Verizon had no problems having them in stock, I dont think Best Buy did either, THEY MESSED UP! Ok, here's my timeline:
I also ordered on the 8th (16GB White) at around 8PM... received confirmation email shortly... received the fake cancellation email on the 17th.. called CSR twice and they made sure that my order is in good standing and that it says it will ship on the 21st...check order status online on the 19th at around 10am, pre-order # now changed to order #, but without tracking info yet... received email this morning at 3:45am with the shipping information...FedEx tracking provided, says my phone will arrive by 3PM tomorrow. Now refreshing the FedEx site every hour to see if the package has been picked up at the warehouse....
Can't wait!
Edit: Fedex tracking now says the package has been picked up at Memphis, TN.

IPhone 6 Plus Pre-order delivery estimates (Canada)

I gave up on Fido after they blamed Apple for sending less units. I ordered mine on Oct 11th. Its Available to ship: 3 - 4 weeks....
In Canada Who else is waiting?

So in that sense I have no complaints with AT&T (but I do in 100 different areas). The problem, I believe, is in the hoopla Apple creates with these launches. They claim to have sold out of phones, and people are told they must wait weeks/months but then suddenly everyone starts getting them. My iPhone 6+ pre-order had been stuck on Processing. Last night it suddenly went to Preparing to Ship. Right now it's on a plane from China due to be delivered this Thursday. But wait... I thought Apple was out of phones? They have a process only they know and I don't believe it any longer serves a purpose to pre-order. Another example: the day of the launch of this phone, my father went down to our local Apple store at approximately 2:15pm. He was assured they had the iPhone 6 he wanted so he waited in line. Myself, going to be off work at 3pm, figured I'd go and meet him and try to get a 6+. Well it was about 2:40pm when he called to tell me they'd just announced the 6+ had sold out. Point being there were plenty of phones available even after the 400+'people in line had already gotten theirs. It's a game, Apple needs to change

I'm hoping someone with a crystal ball might be able to answer this question. I pre-ordered the iPhone 6 plus(Space Gray 64g) at 5:00am, on September 12th, from Apple.com. I'm still showing an estimated delivery time of October 13-20th. I've previously always pre-ordered, by phone, through At&T and had my phone delivered on launch day. Has anyone ever had their estimated delivery date "moved up? Or has anyone had it moved up on this iPhone launch? Hello there! I've been trying to pre-order the 64GB Silver iPhone 6 Plus on both Firefox and Safari since last night. Every time I get to the point where I select my payment method, when I click to submit the chosen option to check out, I get blank page. HELP!

White iPhone 4 Release/Pre-Order?

Yeah I know I am impatient with this but "End of July?" Call me crazy, but I think that Pre-Orders might happen during this weekend and will release Thursday July, 29th. I mean that day will mark the 1st month of the Black iPhone 4 and it's only right that they release the White versions the same day since it will release "End of July." What do you guys think?

I hear ya. It was really hard for me to not go to the store on the 24th of June with my black reservation. Thankfully not too long after they told us we only had to wait a month and that helped. And what helped the most was the press release when Steve said white is still on for the end of the month. So it MUST show up in one way or another very soon. I love the white, had a white 3g, had to settle for a black 3GS, but there is no way I'm not getting the white for the 4, it looks absolutely stunning on the new model.

Can I cancel my iPhone 6 plus pre order and still keep my upgrade?

We pre ordered the phone on 2 month contract upgrade, but now we want to cancel the pre order. The phone still hasn't shipped yet, it's supposed to ship out by the end of the month, so can we cancel the pre order and still keep the upgrade for a different phone?

Ordering a new phone and being able to purchase one at any time is certainly exciting. If you purchase a new phone and have not received it,you most certainly can cancel the order and keep your uprgade date the same. Was there any particular reason you were wanting to cancel the order for the iPhone 6? Was the order placed online or over the phone? We have all of the options available for you.

IPhone 6 plus pre order/refund and pick up in store.

If I pre ordered a iphone 6 plus could I go to the at&t store on the 19th and pick up my phone, or can I just get a refund on my pre order and just buy an iphone 6 plus that is in stock?

You could cancel it but It will not work that way.. Cause you already use the 2 year contract deal on the preorder that you just preorder.. trust me I tried that already when the last time I did a pre-order on the iPhone 5 when they do the first preorder live.... Cause when you did your preorder there was agreement that you agree that they put on the agreement.. So if I were you I wait.. What if you cancel your and then you when on the release date and try to get one what if they're all sold out.... and you know that its crazy on the release date.. Will if you do good luck waiting in line..
