Iphone turns off frequently

New iPhone 4 turns off frequently,  Also turns off and reboot every time I sync with iTunes.  Sounds faulty?

I have the same problem with my new iphone 4 from o2.  I inserted the new micro-sim card and and connected to itunes as instructed, it attempted a software upgrade from 4.3.1 to 4.3.3 but appears to have failed.   Before it restarts itself the screen loses it's colour display and goes momentarily to a singl colour before restarting itself.  I also get a "No Signal" reported inthe top-lefthand area of the screen.
Anyone out there havea solution for this please let us know..

    How do I turn off frequently visited in safari new tab.  Note, I still want favorites to show.  But I feel it is inappropriate for safari to track frequently visited sites.  I wish I could use private browsing more, but I hate that keychain doesn't work in private mode.  Also, why can't I turn history completely off?

    To turn on private browsing, tap Safari, then tap in the lower-right corner. Tap Private to turn private browsing on.

    It should be telling you to download the latest iTunes on your computer... you can't install iTunes on your iPhone.

    That's normal behavior. It turns off automatically in order to preserve the battery. Pushing the On/Off button turns it on immediately. This also requires entering the passcode and prevents the phone from being accessed by anyone but you.

    It's not normal..  It restarts the iphone when your open a specific application??  Try deleting the application and re-download the application again..

    Ok. I have doen some research and I have some things for you to try.
    First, what version iPhone do you have?
    Second, Try holding the home+sleep button for ten seconds and you should see the apple logo come up.
    Are you using your iPhone with a Mac or PC?
    Have you upgraded to iTunes 11?

    IIf the battery was completely drained it might take some time before the phone will respond. Wait at least 30 minutes with the phone connected to the charger. Then reset your device. Press and hold the Home and Sleep buttons simultaneously until the Apple logo appears. Let go of the buttons and let the device restart. If the phone starts up let it continue to charge until it's 100%.
    if the broken button will not let you do the reset Make an appointment at an Apple Store to have your device examined by a technician. Or contact Apple Support.
