Iphone Upgraded to 3.1.3 and now its not working
Hi,
I just upgraded few days ago from 3.1.2 to 3.1.3 and now my iphone will not get out of the recovery loop.. I tried the 2 restores using Win7 and the other 2 on a MAC and it will not go out of restore.
Is there a way i can go back to 3.1.2 because it was working fine. I only upgraded because Itunes checked online and there was an upgrade.

Does the restore appear to complete successfully?
Did you run into any issues while following the suggestions in the article that I linked earlier?
If you haven't already, try restoring the iPhone from another computer.
Also, you can make a reservation with a Genius at a local Apple retail store here: http://www.apple.com/ca/retail/geniusbar/. The Genius can generally replace the iPhone on the spot, if there is a hardware issue.

You are not addressing Apple here. This is a user to user technical support forum. If you are having warranty issues with the phone, a copy of the bill is not necessary for Apple to check and evaluate the phone. If there is a manufacturer defect, they will deal with it.
What is "not working properly" on the phone. Maybe someone can help and it not be necessasry to be replaced. -

I'm using the beta Aurora, and it was working fine until it automatically update. It's not working anymore. The short cut key in desktop changes and when you click it. it says"Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permission to access the item". I cannot uninstall it to install a new firefox.
Delete the shortcut you have at the moment and then create a new one as follows:<br><br>
#Use Windows Explorer to navigate to C:\Program Files\Mozilla Firefox.<br><br>
#Right click '''firefox.exe''' and choose '''Send To''', then '''Desktop (Create shortcut)'''<br>
Bear in mind that you're using an BETA version of Firefox and you're likely to encounter similar issues in the future. -

Hey Peter, I think your missing the big picture. Your iPod is past repair, corrosion, is a real issue with water damage, but your problem took a turn for the worst when you attempted to use a microwave to dry it out. I see you found another post from July 2012, where someone else tried to nuke there iPod, and got the same results you have-- a dead iPod. The blue sparks, burnt smell and still not working all confirms one thing... Your iPod is not repairable. What the water didn't damage the microwave did. By attempting to microwave, you for all intensive purposes hit your iPod with an EMP, (Electro-Magnetic Pulse), in the first split second you overloaded the workings of your iPod and burned it up! There is is no way of known which circuits and components have been damaged and to what extend. You may be able to get a refurbished iPod, but it is unclear that Apple will allow it, because of the type of damage, it's not like this was an accident, you deliberately put it in the microwave in a misguided attempt to dry it out. when the microwave turned on it hit ever chip, diode, capacitor etc. with more power than it was designed to handle, in short; you baked it, burned it up, fried it, call it what you want, but it's not going to work! To attempt to repair is a meaningless gesture, (and probably will cost more than it's worth), chalk this one up as bad ideas 101-- learn from it, move on, and get yourself a new iPod. - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Reset your user password. If you are using Lion, hold down the option key when you hear the starting "bong". then select the recovery disk. Then follow the instructions as alid out in the second arrow bullet on this document.

I'm having problems with Siri on my iPhone 6. It worked briefly yesterday and now its not doing anything. I have turned phone off and on and made sure everything is on in settings. Please help!
Do you have an active data connection (wifi or cellular)? Have you tried resetting the phone by pressing and holding the Home and power buttons until the apple appears (this is different than just turning it off and back on).

It's not uncommon for it to not work the first time and sometimes, you have to try it a few times. Turn off your antivirus software and your firewall while you are trying to restore the iPad. Enable them again after you restore.
If that still won't work, post back with detailed information as to what exactly does happen as you go through the process. -

Thanks for the support but I had already tried this . Again did it as you advised. Still not able to connect the ipad mini with Bluetooth.
Could it be that some app is causing issue. I can connect my car and computer over Bluetooth but not ipad mini.
On the other had ipad is connecting to other iPhone but only not mine.
Still showing ipad not supported message. And also shows not paired.
