IPhone user getting a message repeatedly in his Inbox

Question

Today I had an iPhone user show me an e-mail he's getting repeatedly in his inbox (see below).   I did some Bing searching and I found that this was a known issue fixed with Exchange 2010 SP1 RU3... however we're on Exchange 2010 SP2 RU5.. so I
shouldn't be seeing this issue... Any other fixes for this?
Synchronization with your iPhone failed for 4 items.
The following items couldn't be sent to your mobile phone. They haven't been deleted. You should be able to access them using either Outlook or Outlook Web App.

Hi John,
Does the same issue occurs in OWA or Outlook?
Is it RU5 V-1 o V-2? It is recommended to install RU5 V_2. See

IF the issue continues, you might need to downgrade to Ios 5.
