IPhone video with audio, but after import to iMac; no audio
I have an iPhone video I recored on my iPhone 5 with iOS 7.1.1. It plays just fine on the iPhone WITH sound just fine.
When I used Image Capture to bring it into my iMac OSX 10.9.2 the audio is silent. Quicktime Player shows an audio track, but when I play the video it is silent. Other movies play fine in Quicktime Player
Any ideas?

This seems crazy. The video is just Fine on my iPhone 5 iOS 7.1.1, but after import: no audio on Mac.

Have imported video into audition but how do I get the audio to snap after editing?
Just to explain, I have imported a timeline from Premiere into Audition CC. I have one full piece of video and one piece of audio but need to clean up the audio. What I'm trying to do is edit the audio and have it snap to the piece of audio to the left as you would do normally. I will then concern myself with cutaways etc to mask the video when back in premiere. My question is how do I get the audio and video to snap in sync with my audio edits( Can't seem to get it to snap at all at the moment)
CheersThe video in Audition is just a guide and can't be edited. So if you cut out chunks of the audio it will no longer be in sync with the video if you try and join the audio together.
When you say that you are cleaning up the audio what do you need to do to it in order to clean it? If it is just a case of muted unwanted parts of the audio that can be done in Multitrack by using the Volume envelopes to mute the audio at appropriate places without cutting anything out so it won't lose sync. -
I had 5 videos that I could see in videos apps. But after your last OS update I can't find them on my iPhone. I can see them on the pc in itune when I connect the iPhone and go to videos directory.
When syncing, check the Movies/TV Shows Tab in the iPhone menu, and make sure ALL movies are synced (or select the ones you want to sync)

I rented a movie and can watch preview perfectly with video and audio feed as signal strength is at highest when I checked. However, when I purchased rental video is fine , but I get scratched sound for audio. Any thoughts to fix? I rented movie within week and it worked. All previews of movies and show also works.
I have a suspicion that the problem is not in the recording device itelf, but rather in the playback-software, which is struggling with an unfamiliar audio format/codec/whatever-it's-called... I opened the file in QuickTime Player 7 (7.6.6) and selected "Show Movie Properties" and it says:
"Video Track: H.264
Sound Track: Integer (Little Endian)"
All current Mac systems support Integer (both Big and Little Endian) audio natively. The fact you can hear anything at all proves that the audio is playing back. The most likely problem would be a malfunction associated with the mic pickup. -

ask the carrier what they unlocking rules are
if they don't sim unlock it
it will not work with sim cards from other carriers
so if it would work in uae it would be roaming and still be using cricket as carrier and you could be charged an arm and a leg for both data and talking -

The other thing I could recommend
Let the battery run out and the phone completely "die"
It may take a day or two with it not being used
Then plug it in to charge and see if there is any change in behavior
