i was watching a video on my iphone and it just shut off i tried reseting it and everything but when i plug it into the wall it turns on to the apple logo then goes black again and keeps repeating someone please help me

Could be the battery, Have you tryed to force restore the device? I would try that and if it doesnt work find a apple store to go to or contact apple support 1-800-my-apple. Just make sure you still have your warranty and pphone support. http://www.apple.com/support/contact/

If you have got a different USB Sync cable try to charge your iPhone with that as there are possibilities that your current USB cable or Power Adapter is not Charging your iPhone. If it still doesn't work make an appointment to Nearest Apple Genius Bar

Reset, hold both home and power buttons until the iPhone begins to start, usually takes about 10 seconds. If still nothing, connect to Wall Charger and Reset, this can sometimes take about 20 seconds while on charger.

Did you try to reset the phone by holding the sleep and home button for about 10sec, until the Apple logo comes back again?

My iPhone 5 was a refurbished phone that I received under warranty in November. However, it worked fine until last week when it started turning off at 50% and below (which is the same reason why I had to get this refurbished phone in the first place). But because it immediately turned back on, I thought nothing of it and ignored it. However, my phone went dead two days ago and won't turn back on. I've used two chargers that worked the day of, but it wouldn't charge with either of those and those wouldn't even connect my phone to my laptop. So, thinking and hoping it was both of the cords malfunctioning, I went out and bought another cord. My phone still won't turn on, Apple Support refuses to help in any way because my warranty out, and I'm lost.

Plug it in to a wall outlet so it has power, then do a reboot by holding both the power and home buttons until the apple logo appears, ignore the red slider if that appears.

Have you had the phone connected to the wall charger? If so, try connecting to computer and iTunes and see what happens. Does the computer recognize the phone? Does it say it is in recovery mode. If it does not recognize the phone you cannot restore it. My iPhone 5c has suddenly turned off and went blank. I then tried to plug it up to the computer to restore it but i cant because my phone has a password on it and i CANT TYPE IT IN. Also when i plugged it up it started vibrating again and again constantly. What should i do?

It is probably still worth while taking it to an Apple store for a possible OOW replacement and let them make the decision, as it was broken before the OP took the back off.

Does the Vibrate/Mute switch make the iPhone vibrate? Does iTunes on computer recognize the iPhone? If not, then possibly the battery is faulty or worse. If yes, then the LCD Display is not working, possibly the connector came loose and simply needs to be pressed down to the logic board. Of the LCD Display is faulty and the front screen assembly needs to be replaced. Or worse. If there is Warranty or AppleCare, make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send iPhone to Apple for resolution. If no coverage, Replacement iPhone is $199 or battery is $80 with Apple.

Thanks for the question. It sounds like you may have a hardware issue with your device, however let's try to isolate as much as possible to determine if that is so. To isolate the issue, follow the regular troubleshooting steps for power issues:
Will not turn on, will not turn on unless connected to power, or unexpected power off
1. Verify that the Sleep/Wake button functions. If it does not function, inspect it for signs of damage. If the button is damaged or is not functioning when pressed, seek service.
2. Check if a Liquid Contact Indicator (LCI) is activated or there are signs of corrosion.
Learn about LCIs and corrosion.
3. Connect the iPhone to the iPhone's USB power adapter and let it charge for at least ten minutes.
4. After at least 30 minutes, if:
               - The home screen appears: The iPhone should be working. Update to the latest version of iOS if necessary. Continue charging it until it is completely charged and you see this battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen. Then unplug the phone from power. If it immediately turns off, seek service.
               - The low-battery image appears, even after the phone has charged for at least 20 minutes: See "iPhone displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive" symptom in this article.
               - Something other than the Home screen or Low Battery image appears, continue with this article for further troubleshooting steps.
5. If the iPhone did not turn on, reset it while connected to the iPhone USB power adapter.
