Iphone won't let me take pictures because it says I have no storage, but I've deleted all my apps

I have the Iphone 4 (not the 4s) and never had any problems. I share an ICloud account with my parents and sister, and now my iphone is saying I have no storage. I deleted all my pictures and a majority of my apps and it still won't let me take any pictures, purchase any apps, or update my phone because I have no storage. I don't know what to do.

Turn off iCloud on the device. Does it work now?
If it does, then it will be necessary to either stop sharing the iCloud account or purchase additional storage for it.
If turning off iCloud does not work, try basic troubleshooting from the User's Guide of reset, restart, restore.

Latest iTunes is 11.1.1 and was released specifically for the new 5s/5c phones, so you do have to have it if you are the owner of any of those.

Hi everyone, I just got the new iOS5 update for my iPhone 3GS. I receive a message saying that "Your SMS mailbox is full. New messages cannot be recieved until you delete some messages." If you are getting the repeated prompts of asking to authorize your Apple ID, then check out the article below to resolve the issue. Make sure that you go through and remove the SC Info folder and try to authorizer again as that resolved it for me when I had that issue.

As you haven't got enough space, open Settings > General > Usage, and delete things from your device. This is the only way to free up space in your iPad

Purchasing more Storage on iCloud will not increase the Storage Capacity of your iDevice.
You need to Delete Content from your iDevice...
Goto... Settings > General > Usage > Storage = Then Delete Content...

Only one credit card can be on an iTunes account at any one time - presumably if they are shared credit cards with the same card number then it's the same credit card account with the one bill, so from a billing/payment point of view does it make any difference which card is on the account(s) ?

The 96 videos are probably the space hog.
How much space is used by your Other? You may be able to reduce.

My iphone says i have no internet plan, but i do. I called sprint and we tried everyway to make it work and it wouldn't. It still says 3g on top but it just won't connect. The only way it connects is if i connect to wifi.

Try resetting:
Hold the home and power buttons at the same time until the Apple boot logo appears. No data will be lost
Try going to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network Settings.

It sounds like you have downloaded iTunes from the download site, but when you connect the phone to your computer you are prompted to update iTunes to 11.1. I would start by opening iTunes and then verifying the version that is running with this article:

On Windows
Open iTunes.
On the Help menu, click About iTunes. A window appears with scrolling text. The first text that appears displays the iTunes version (press the Space bar to freeze the text if it's moving too fast for you to read).
Also when you download the iTunes installer, you MUST double click the file that was downloaded to install it.
You can check in your Programs folder and try running the iTunes application from there to see if that works.
