IPhone won't search events on one of my calendars

I know this sounds strange, but all my events are synced on my Macbook Pro, in iCloud and evidently on my iphone. I can see them. But the search function on my iPhone calendar won't search events precending Sept. 24, 2012. All relevant calendars are checked on. Earlier events are visible. It seems that the problem is a calendar I call Entourage, which is not being searched (and which I stopped using, probably around then). The calendar is searched fine on my Macbook Pro. Anybody have any ideas? I've tried checking this calendar on and off and on, to no avail. Thanks!

Try using an earlier version of iTunes. I tried to use 8.1 and immediately it asked me to authorize each song and then told me my computer was authorized. I re-installed 8.0.1 and then I had to restore the Library as 8.0.1 cannot read the Library 8.1 made. I also tried the deauthorize reauthorize route but to no avail.
What files do I have to restore to use the earlier version of iTunes?
This is the second buggy update--I will now be very careful about updating any Apple software. I had a complete disaster with Leopard 10.5.6 as it really messed up all my email boxes, folders and messages; so I did a system wide restore back to Leopard 10.4.10. I think I am really losing confidence in Apple.

I actually began this process by creating a new calendar called "Medical" and then each event was assogned to this calendar but the program still wants to print out every day of the month for even those days that have no events. The list view gives me the look I want and I have even tried deselecting all of the options and then reselecting them one at a time to no avail.

My search iPhone won't search anything in my phone or the web when I type anything in, nothing happenes, nothing comes up,no contacts, no search web option...nothing!! Please can some one help? This is the new iPhone 4s !

When I try and search my "search iPhone" nothing comes up atall! Wen I used to type in anything,a letter or phrase some suggestions came up but I'm not getting this now! Wen I type in the box nothing comes up and wen I press search nothing comes up either! This is now the second time this has happened, iv only had this fone 2/3weeks..wot going on? Can someone shed some light on this for me as its becoming a pain! The first time it happened I just restored my phone and it worked.. Well for a week as its now not working again!!

My 2year old keeps switching the router of at the wall n turning it back on again, just wondering if maybe that's got anyfin to do with it??

Not necessarily but turning the router off and an isn't a good idea regardless. You're constantly losing Wi-Fi connection when the router's off.
Try resetting your iPhone.
Hold the On/Off Sleep/Wake button and the Home button down at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.

IPhone won't receive emails from one specific person

My iPhone 4S will not receive emails from one specific person.
It sends and receives emails from anyone else ok, I can send emails to this person with out problem, but it will not receive them.
If I check my webmail it is there, but it won't download to my phone? If I forward their email to myself from the web the forwarded one will be there, but not their original?
I receive emails from others in the organisation ok. And it used to receive them all ok, on about December 27th it stopped?
Anyone have any ideas on why this has happened and what I can do to fix it.

She did have a 1 in front of the number, however she deleted it and the texts still aren't going through. Any idea what else it could be?
EDIT: Spoke too soon, just came through. It was just liek 20 minutes delayed.

Why won't search results display one page at a time?

Search result pages using google automatically load so i can never get to options at the bottom of a page.
Driving me nuts! Just want to load 1 page at a time!!!

Some extensions have this feature, e.g., AutoPager. Can you check your extensions on the following tab for any that seem to imply that they make using Firefox faster or more automatic and try their Options button to see whether you can turn off this feature?

Thanks for the reply, in addition to the mentioned above things. I have reset, restarted, and this morning did my first restore from the itunes menu then I backed up from my previous back up.
My problem is still the same, it vibrates on the imessage screen but I have no vibration at any time from any home screen, lock screen, or when it's blank. From either silent or ring setting.
When I go to my settings I can see the different vibrations and my phone DOES vibrate, it just is not vibrating when it should.
I did do this when I first got my phone and I have only had it 5 days and now it doesn't.
Is it time to take it in?

Iphone won't show up on iTunes

I've tried everything, restarting, reinstalling, restarting AMDS and everything that was said in the apple support site (http://support.apple.com/kb/TS1591) . But, My iphone won't still come up one iTunes. It only comes up as photos.
Any help appreciated.

i think its from the cable : try cleaning the cable and the iphone
it happens to me somtimes i just blow air in it and it works
the greatest soution is to try changing the cable
btw the dfu mode makes the screen black if u see itunes and connect on screen its recovery mode

Events created on iPad and/or iPhone won't show up in iCal. I do not use Mobile Me, or Google (I learned that one the hard way). I am getting tired of creating events (and contacts) and then having to remember to go back on my Macbook and create them all over again. Any ideas?

1, you can't at the moment, though with iOS 5 in the Autumn, from http://www.apple.com/ios/ios5/features.html#photos :

2, by removing it from you synced from and re-syncing. Only photos taken with the iPad, copied to it via the camera connection kit, or saved from emails/websites etc can be deleted directly on the iPad (either via the trashcan icon in the top right corner if viewing the photo in full screen, or via the icon of the box with the arrow coming out of it in thumbnail view)
3, the location of the photos that you synced to the iPad should be listed on the iPad's Photos tab when connected to your computer's iTunes.
4, you can copy the photos from your iPad to your computer : http://support.apple.com/kb/HT4083 . You should also be able to delete them from the iPad as part of the transfer process to your computer, and it's then your choice whether to add them to your sync photo list so as to copy them back to the iPad. Copying them to your computer would allow you to organise them into folders and therefore be able to sync them back into separate albums.
5, I don't use Dropbox either. There are some third-party browser apps in the iTunes App Store that allow you to download pages so that you can view them when offline e.g. Atomic Web (the whole page is saved within Atomic Web, it doesn't place a photo into the Photos app)
6, deleting content should help. If you remove an app from your iPad then you also remove the content that it's got on the iPad - so if you then decide to reinstall it back onto the iPad then you will need to manually add back any content that you want in it. None of the Apple built-in apps (including Photos) can be removed from the iPad

IPhone Won't Call One Number

Help - my IPhone won't call my Dad's phone number. It starts to call and then just ends the call. Happens every time and has been like that for two months. His number works fine from any other phone (our house phone, my husbands IPhone). I deleted the contact entirely from my phone and put in the number without any additional information and the same result. Still won't call. He is my emergency contact, so I am concerned that I can't call him from my cell phone at all. How do I fix this?

I actually have the exact same problem. It´s my wifes phone, I checked that there is no block on either side. I have an iPhone 4s IOS 7, she has an Android phone.
one minute we can call and text eachother, then it suddenly stopped. Call tries to go out, but ends right away with no message.
I tried to put the sims in an old phone, and there was no difference with her sim, but when I took my sim and changed phone it all worked again. As soon as I put the sim back in my iphone it stopped working... Grrr.
I reset network settings, I rebooted the phone, checked all blocks over and over again but still no luck.

Take the device to Apple or an Apple authorized service center and let them check it out.

Spotlight won't search mail with more than one account enabled

Just upgraded to iPhone OS 3. On the whole good.
I have a .Mac mail account for my personal stuff and I have an IMAP account set up for my work email.
When both are active Spotlight on the iPhone won't find any Mail messages. Turn off the work account and it then works OK.
Anyone else seeing this?

I just tried deleting it then setting it up on my Mac, then syncing it via iTunes
Same thing. If the work email is enabled then spotlight doesn't find emails in my .Mac account.
If I disable the .Mac account it doesn't find work emails, so I think it's not multiple accounts per-se but something to do with my work account - that said we do run a very antiquated Sun mail server, so my eyebrows are definitely not moving in an upward direction.
