IPhone4s searching for bluetooth even though it's connected.

I bought a Motorola H720. I have the iPhone4s. My phone recognizes and pairs with the device, but, when I go to bluetooth and turn it on, the phone acts like it is searching for the device even though it is connected. My question is, if I leave that screen and go back to the home screen does it stop searching?

Why do you believe this is true? If you're looking at the bluetooth settings page, simply opening that page in settings initiates the search. It stops when you close it.

Try updating your iTunes using an iTunesSetup.exe (or iTunes64Setup.exe) installer file downloaded from the Apple website:

I would be concerned too if my iPhone was acting this way. It sounds like it is overheating and not holding a charge. I recommend following the steps listed below when experiencing an issue like this:
Battery life seems short
Click ( www.apple.com/batteries/iphone.html) for tips on how to prolong iPhone's battery life.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
Connect iPhone to iTunes and restore iPhone.
If the screen shows a low-battery image, the battery is low on power and needs to charge for up to ten minutes before you can use it.
When charging iPhone, make sure to leave it charging until it is fully charged. You'll know the battery is fully charged when the battery icon in the upper-right corner of the screen looks like this .
Note: When charging using a computer, don't connect iPhone to a keyboard. Also, the computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode. If iPhone is connected to a computer that's not turned on or is in sleep or standby mode, the iPhone battery may drain.

What were you buying ? If you were gifting content or an amount then that will be taken from your credit card, an account's balance can't be used for gifting. If you are unable to get to the screen that allows you to enter your password on your Apple TV, you may want to first try restarting the Apple TV. Use the steps in this aricle -

Either your phone is broken, or it was jailbroken. You can try a DFU restore.

Keyboard disabled and search for bluetooth

Hi chaps, a couple of times recently when I've awoken my iMac in the morning the mouse is ok but I get dialogue up saying 'searching for bluetooth keyboard' I cannot get to do much else, the keyboard appears not to work and the simplest solution is to force quit the 'searching for bluetooth keyboard' utility then turn off bluetooth and then the keyboard works ... has anyone any ideas please ? (I've done the normal repairs and run cocktail etc) Best Roger

iTunes will ask you to enter your password when buying songs for each browsing "session". This wouldn't explain why you are being asked to enter it every 3 minutes though.
I would suggest logging out of your Apple ID on iTunes and logging back in. Also, you may verify that your computer is "Authorized" for use with your iTunes content.
To do this on a Mac, go to the "Store" tab at the top of the screen and click "Authorize this Computer"

Select Menu > Connect > Bluetooth.
1. When you activate Bluetooth for the first time, you are asked to give a name to your device. Give your device a unique name to make it easy to recognize if there are several Bluetooth devices in the vicinity.
2. Select Bluetooth > On.
3. Select My phone's visibility > Shown to all.

If you've not yet tried, unpower the AppleTV for a minute or so and restart - this occasionally corrects issues.
If not and the software update seems to have caused an issue, go to the Settings menu and choose to Restore it (this will erase all settings) to reapply current firmware.
Alternatively try to do so via iTunes:
