My Ipod wont Sync with ITunes! Please Help! I have the latest version of Itunes, but my ipod will not sync with my laptop. The diagnostic test has no answers and says everything is normal. When i try to sync, it says "an unknown error occurred (-39)". Any suggestions?

No it doesn't. Sometimes it make a sound that it should when connecting but that is it. Never actually charges or syncs. And it is a brand new cord.

Apple TV keeps saying it can't connect with itunes store. Help?

Been trying to pull up purchased season of Breaking Bad. Got thru some episodes but now it's saying it can't connect with itunes store. Everything's updated and all other features of ATV work fine.

I've had apple tv since August and seem to have had to do a restore every 2 weeks or so, lost connectivity, can't connect to itunes or other errors. the restore takes a good 20 minutes even on wide band internet. it works for a few days then seems to go bad. read something online tonight about just restarting apple tv, presumably by powering down from the socket and rebooting. good luck.

It has been shown there are problems with the latest update of iTunes and Windows computers. What you need to do is remove and reinstall iTunes, and make sure that you follow the steps in this support document exactly. http://support.apple.com/kb/ht1923. If you do not follow them exactly, you will just compound your problems. Once you do this, you should have no trouble having the phone recognized in iTunes.

Note: The only way to access your iPod is by restoring it to default settings. This will remove all of your applications (paid can be reinstalled for free from the same iTunes account they were acquired with) but songs bought off of iTunes cannot.
Process :
1. Connect your iPod to iTunes.
2. Select cancel when asked for a password.
3. Hold down the Lock button and Home button together, as if restarting the iPod.
4. Hold down until you reach the Apple logo (the screen will go blank for a few moments) and then release the lock button, continuing to hold the home button.
5. iTunes will recognize the iPod in recovery mode and will offer to restore it to default settings. It will still need the update you needed originally, prior to the restore.

my itunes is 10 and fully updated

Updated to iOS6 today with same prob with passbook and couldn't get in to App Store / Itunes. I found this link, changed the date and it fixed the prob with all of it.

My Ipod touch is charging through my computer, but it's not being seen by Itunes, or by my device manager on my computer itself.
I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions mentioned here... but maybe I missed one... can anyone help?

I'm also having this problem but it seems only to have occurred once I introduced my iPad Mini to iTunes (this may have been coincidental of course!). The cable I'm using is the one which came with my iPod Touch version 4.2.1 (bought on the 23rd of July 2010) and the cable still charges the iPod as it always has. I don't have the luxury of being able to try logging in to iTunes on any other computer but I've tried absolutely everything that has been suggested in the support pages. I really want to delete some of the music from this iPod but I think I need to be able to sync with iTunes to do so. Is it just that my 3 year old iPod is just too old for the latest version of iTunes?

Are you talking about the calendar app? go to settings - general - reset - reset home screeen layout.

I've updated to IOS5 on my iPhone but all my music and apps have been wiped, they are still on my itunes but when I try to synch my iPhone it says synching (steps 1,2,3) but nothing happens! Can anyone help please?

Not just you, sems alot of people have same issue. Some supposed fixes are restore twice, reboot all devices, but att leat for me, nothing works, 26GB of music still in itunes, but nothing on my iphone

iTunes is driving me insane. i recently got an iPhone 6 plus and for some odd reason it does not get detected in iTunes (12.1.2.27). there is no device icon in the upper left hand corner (next to Music, Video, TV) like there should be when i plug in my device. I have uninstalled iTunes and everything else associated with Apple (Application Support, Mobile Device Support, Apple Software Update, Bonjour) as well as verified that all files are deleted in my C: drive. With that being said, i have followed This Solution: https://discussions.apple.com/thread/6610010?tstart=0 but to no avail. I have also tried older iTunes versions, and they dont work either. I always 'Trust' this computer on my device each time. not sure why iTunes wont play nice, but Im wondering if anyone can help me out with a fix.
I'm currently running Windows 7 Professional, and iOS 8.3 on my iPhone 6 Plus.
All replies appreciated.

It sounds like the driver for the iPhone wasn't installed properly after the update. Here is the article you're going to need to use: iPhone, iPad, or iPod not recognized in iTunes for Windows - Apple Support
It's likely that the first couple of steps aren't going to solve the problem. You're going to need to follow the steps under "Verify that the Apple Mobile USB Driver is Installed." You'll just need to re-install it.
