Iphone5 cellular data problem
when I switch on the cellular data the network bars gets from low to no service and after some time the network is full. I tried several times and did network setting as well but nothing worked.
? the # of bars you have will vary. What is the issue here?
try restarting your phone, or resetting network settins. Settings>general>reset>reset network settings.

I have a problem with my ipad, when i try to upgrade ios 8.2 , a sign say that ''unable to install update'' and give me 2 choice which is''Close'' or ''settings''(setting means back to GENERAL again) .So i just ignored because i get info from one of the website say ''be patient,because many people try to download i.o.s 8.2'' and when i try to use CELLULAR DATA ,it appear searching....... keep searching until an hour. I have try reboot 2/3 times but still my Cellular data still searching.....but my Wifi lines no problem .
Can someone help me .I have try to turning off and on but no use because is still keep searching and till now while the ios cannot to install update even thought i have delete some of my application to upgrade.
But when i take my sim and use to my phone, it work and when i insert back to my ipad i keep telling ''searching'.....'' -

From that date onwords my Cellular data is not enabled. It enabled after I restart the mobile. after some time again same proble.

Under Cellular Data, trying to suspend 3G service, my iPad2 doesn't offer away.
Under Settings, Cellular data, I want to suspend my 3G service under 'View Account', 'Add Data or Change PLan', when I click on 'Cancel Plan' its suppse to offer a choice to Suspend or Delete Account Now, My program doesn't offer 'Suspend;.

After going through all the usual Save, Reset to Manufacturer settings, Restore, then Hard Reset of my iPad. The thought from Verizaon was to get a fresh download of the Cellular Data problem and the Cancel routine would produce the Second Paragraph that offers the Suspend Option, but Nope. Verizon did it For me. They offered me two choices, come here and see if others are experiencing the problem Or, take my iPad into a Apple Store. The former is what I'm doing, the Latter would involve being without my iPad while Apple performed their magic.
IS THERE ANYONE ELSE OUT THERE EXPERIENCING THIS GLITCH, And of course found a solution?! -
actually i am use iphone5 in bangladesh. But i am facing some problem , when i am useing the internet over cellular data network. when i am open the cellular data on but no icon E display but when Enable 3G on-of then E is aviable.its a device problem or Carrier ?

Problem? I'm not even sure what your problem is, much less whether it's a problem with the phone or the carrier. -
I have 3 iPhone5's with ios 6.1.2 that user cellular data when connected to wifi. Every hour to the minute even when no apps are running, iCloud is off, Ads are off, Diagnostics are off. Running on AT&T cellular network.

I just bought an iPhone 5 on the 21st of March. I ate through 850 MB's in 12 days. I read up on the issue of data consumption looking for tips to conserve data. I did not know there was a problem.
This morning I found out that I was leaking data very little, but daily it accumulates. I am in Barcelona, Spain. I do not have a contract, I am on a prepaid Yoigo carrier.
I happened upon an article/blog by Robert Parks at snnyc.com "problems persist in ios 6.1.2.".
Although his situation did not relate to me, I tried a few tests on my own to see if I could stop the data leak without turning off my celular data and possibly push notifications, I think I found a solution that might help someone:
In ios 6.1.3 goto Settings/Mail, Contacts,Calenders and scroll down to Calendars and turn off " New Invitation Alerts" and also turn off "Shared Calendar Alerts".
My Cellular Network Data seems to be behaving. I only see a change in MB used when I open an ap that uses data.

Problem with cellular data on ipad mini
The problem is that I cannot turn off cellular data for some apps. Earlier I was turning on/off cellular data for each app. Now its turning on cellular data for apps by himself.
If you go to Settings->Cellular Data you can turn off the cellular functionality of your iPad there.

I bought new i phone 5 3 days back, after that asked for new update which is 6.1.4, after updating my iphone i am not able to use cellular data services. I called up data provider, they says its the problem with new software update. There is no option add APN. Now when i switch to safari its showing you are not subscribed for cellular data. But I am able to use data on other phone.
Will you please help me in this regard?
Another issue, since i bought my new iphone there is dust inside back main camera.

I just finished updating my iPhone 5 to iOS 8.0.2. It was working fine after a week, and then just yesterday, I couldn't access Instagram when I was on cellular data, but with Twitter, Facebook, etc. I had no problems. I tried restarting my phone, restarting the network settings, even reinstalling the app but nothing works. What should I do?
P.S. I have the same problem with my Clash of Clans app. Only works with Wifi, the app doesn't load when i;m oHi, dansamson.

Iphone 5 cellular data connection problem.
I'm having problem with my cellular data, when it disconnected, it won't reconnect by itself. All I can do is restarting the iphone 5 or reset the network setting. I've tried to change a new SimCard but it seems that didn't work at all. Still having the issue until now. How to fix it? or send it to warranty?. Used this Iphone 5 about 9 months and the problem appear 2 months ago. Need Help!

Follow these steps for help troubleshooting cellular data issues on your iPhone. After performing each step, please test to see if the issue is resolved.
Toggle airplane mode: Tap Settings, turn airplane mode on, wait three seconds, and then turn off again.
Restart your iPhone.
Make sure that your software is up to date:
Check for a Carrier Settings Update: Tap Settings > General > About.
Check for an iOS Software Update: Tap Settings > General > Software Update.
Note: Some updates may require a Wi-Fi connection.
Remove the SIM Card and reinsert it. Allow the iPhone to acquire the network again.

What brand/model USB drive? Is it bus or AC powered?
On Mail...
First Quit Mail, then I'd backup these two Mail folders, by right clicking on them in the Finder, then choose Archive/Compress.
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail
Users/YourUserName/Library/Mail Downloads
(Could be a different folder here if you chose such in Mail Prefs)
Right click on that Mail folder, choose archive, you'll get everything in the folder, and the folder itself in a file called Mail.zip, move it to a safe place, same for the Mail Downloads folder... only the plist is separate.
/Users/YourUserName/Library/Preferences/com.apple.mail.plist -

simply try doing a back up and restore
when going thru the activation screen, select SET UP AS NEW and then test your device. if it is not shutting down then it could be 1 or more apps tht have been downloaded wch could be affecting the device
you will then need to follow the process of eleimnation, meaning add 2 apps and then monitor your phone, if nothing happes then add another couple of them and then check
