IPhones and other smart phones being Excluded

Has anyone seen an issue with iPhones and other smart phones being considered as excluded clients for the reason of Identity Theft? I am looking at one of my controllers and there are almost 680 excluded clients and most of them are smart phones and they are all being excluded for the same reason. It seems to be mostly iPhones but not all of the iPhones are experiencing the same behavior.
There is a mix of AP types (AP1010s, 1131s and 3502s) and also a mix of controller types (44XX and 3508). I have not been able to find any information to explain this behavior on the phone side and/or the wireless side.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

These devices are supposed to be allowed to connect to our network. The issue we are seeing is.....
We have multiple WLANs, 2 secured and 1 open. Ideally the phones would be able to connect to all of them but they should only be connecting to the secured networks for work purposes. The only difference between the 2 secured networks is that one is only available on the B/G band and the other is on the A band. What I am seeing is that the excluded clients are only showing up as being excluded on the open network but when they get into this state they are not able to connect to the secured networks as well.
After further investigation it seems that they are all iPhones and from what I can tell they are all running IOS 5. Our company does provide iPhones for some employees but there is a base build that is required and none of the company provided phones are having a problem, even the one running IOS 5. All of the phones with issues are personally owned phones so i cannot speak to their configuration.

    Can anyone please tell me how can I play http live streaming from FMLE 3.2 to Flash player, iphone, ipdad, HTML5 player, Android and other devices?
    I have tried my best to play live streaming usine FMLE 3.2 with help of "http://help.adobe.com/en_US/flashmediaserver/devguide/WSd391de4d9c7bd609-52e437a812a3725df a0-8000.html" but not able to play video using HTTP.
    When I tried to play url-  "http://localhost/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m" even in in Strobe Media Player it was showing "Buffering" that's it. But I can play same RTMP URL in Flash AS3 using the netstream very fine.
    Now I want to test the livepkgr content via HTTP to Flash Player, HTML5 Player (on Web browser and smartphones), iphone and other devices.

    Hi Sunil,
    It's difficult to debug an issue when you don't have access to the machine and you can't see what's happening, so I request you to please have a little patience.
    For playback just check the following steps and make sure if you have followed them :
    1) Delete the streams folder and any .stream file in the livepkgr
    2) Restart FMS
    3) Make sure you have a crossdomain.xml under root_install/webroot
    4) Publish a stream from FMLE as 'livestream?adbe-live-event=liveevent'
    5) Use this player to playback the stream : http://osmf.org/dev/2.0gm/StrobeMediaPlayback.html?src=http://<your-ip>/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m
    If there is no playback, here are some checks you can do :
    1) Request for the http://<your-ip>/hds-live/livepkgr/_definst_/liveevent/livestream.f4m in your browser. You should receive an xml that looks something like this :

    2) Check the access log under Apache to see if the .f4m, .bootstrap and Frag files have been requested and delivered. If a particular entry has a status code of 200 then the file has been served by FMS. You can confirm the same on the client side using a software like fiddler.
    Coming to the player issue, a playback of *f4v via the vod directive is a progressive download, whereas playback of an *f4m file via hds-vod is HTTP streaming. 
    I have personally used Spark VideoPlayer and hence suggested the same.
    You need to add a component like :

  • HT1688 Traveling in Europe and iphone 5 has NO SERVICE.  I have had other iPhones and other cell phones in the past and never had this problem

    I am traveling in Europe and for the first time in over 10 years I am not able to use my cell phone.  This is my third iPhone and I have never had any trouble in the past in connecting as soon as off the plane!!!!  I have tried everything to fix it.  Chatted with AT&T and couldn't help me either.  Resetted settings, network settings, turned off and rebooted at least ten times.  Removed Sim card and still NOTHING.  NO SERVICE and SEARCHING is all I can get.

    Tracy, first you should restart the iPhone by holding down the on/off and the home buttons at the same time until you see the Apple logo.  This process could solve some of your problems.  Also make sure you have the latest update, go into  our settings>general>software update.  On the wifi issue try restarting your router, if you are still having problems try resetting your network settings, go into your settings>general>reset then tap reset network settings. 
    The battery issues seems normal, the battery will not last 24 hours.

    I had got the dictionary.com app from the app store,and had noticed that it had ads. Now, although unlikely, it struck my interest to as if these links could have the potential to be malicious. In which instance I have posed the question, "Are iphones succeptable to viruses?". This has come from knowledge that other smart phones are prone to such problems. Please and thank you.

    There are no viruses effecting ios devices.  They operate in a closed system.

    You can activate iMessage on the old one so it can get your iMessages. The old phone will NOT recieve SMS/MMS messages sent to your number.

  • Why can't i put an out of office on my iphone email? Blackberry and other android phones will allow this feature.

    I just purchased my iPhone, one thing I don't like is that with my Blackberry it allowed me to put an Out of Office reply to my emails. I thought the iPhone was a leader!!! Blackberry and other Android phones can do it.

    Why can't you?  Simple..Apple doesn't include that feature.

    Take it to an Apple Store for evaluation. If defective, you'll get a replacement.

    Additional things to try.
    Try this first. Turn Off your iPad. Then turn Off (disconnect power cord) the wireless router & then back On. Now boot your iPad. Hopefully it will see the WiFi.

  • IPhone and Other 2.4GHz Units Don't See New Time Capsule Net

    Problem: My iPhone and other 2.4GHz equipment do not see my new Time Capsule network.
    I had an old circa 2006 Apple Extreme network and decided to upgrade with a dual-band Time Capsule. After setting up the Time Capsule with as close to the old settings of the AEBS as I could, I am no longer able to see the network with either my iPhones or other 2.4GHz units. I'm currently running with only the Time Capsule. The AEBS is off, although I do intend to add it to the network after my initial configuration problems are solved. I've searched the discussions for problems like mine and worn out Google looking for the answer. I'm stumped.
    Here are some of my setting on Airport Utility:
    Create a wireless network
    Allow this network to be extended is checked
    Radio Mode: Automatic (I've tried several combinations by holding down the option key, but none seemed to change anything)
    Radio Channel - Automatic (summary shows 149 (automatic) and 3 (automatic) currently
    Wireless Network Options - use wide channels is checked
    Guest network enabled
    Internet Connection is PPPoE
