Iphoto on iPad and deleting journals only locally!

Hello,
I love the journal function in iphoto ipad version. (unfortunately iphoto on mac does not support it yet...)
As i already run out of capacity is there a way to delete the photos locally when published to the cloud as journal?
Otherwise i wnt be able to create more journals!

post, and I know this is going to sound very elementary to a lot of people, but how do you publish to your own server? What is a server I could post to? I'm thinking I may be getting "webpage" and "server" mixed up, but what I wanted to do was post my journals to my blog and then be able to delete them from my iPad so I can save them and free up space on the iPad. Could you please give me an explanation about how I'd get a server and then what the process of copying to the server would be?
I tried to copy and paste the index.html link to my blog and it will not open (it says something like this is a local file and cannot be opened). The only way that link works is opening it directly from my laptop.

The solution in my case was to start iPhoto and let it update the library, even thu itunes was set up to sync with Aperture.

Ts. It is in iCloud, but not in Yahoo. My iCloud Contacts had way more contacts, so I turned of contacts on my IPad and deleted them. I turned it back on and they were supposed to Sync.

Which magnifier tool are you referring to? If you double-tap with 3 fingers it should disable zoom. Then you can go into Setttings>Accessibility>Zoom and turn it off.

Keeping iPhoto/Aperture iPad and iMac all in synch

My primary work flow is with a high end digital SLR and Aperture on an iMac xOSX 10.6.8. To put pictures on the iPad I synch folders out of Aperture thru iTunes. I want to upload pictures from the camera to the iPad with the camera connector, works just fine. I understand that iPhoto for the iMac now uses the Aperture library, which is great. If I upload pictures to the iPad and use iPhoto on the iPad to edit them, then what do I need to do so that the pictures can get uploaded to Aperture and it all transparent. Workflow - SLR to iPad, edit them on iPad with iPhoto, synch them back to my iMac and Aperture. Run Aperature and the photos are all there as if I had originally just used the camera and iMac/Aperture. One seamless workflow operation

It's not possible. The only thing iPhoto for iOS and iPhoto for the Mac share is a name. So there is no way to share Master, versions, edit history and so on to the Mac from iOS.

Incomplete Syncing of iPhoto between iPad and MacBook Pro

My initial syncing of photos put all photos on to my iPad. I then tagged faces for immediate family and re synced..again syncing OK. More recently I have done extensive face tagging of many friends and re synced. I now find that when I select faces on iPad only the more recent faces are shown, the earlier faces of immediate family are not there! On MacBook all faces show OK. I have de synced iPhotos and then re synced, but with no change. Can anybody explain what's happening and how I get ALL faces showing on iPhoto? Thanks

Just set up ipad and now texts only come through pad

I just set up a new ipad and thought I had all the setting set up properly but for some reason now I am only able to send & receive texts on my ipad and not phone. I've tried shutting off the imessage on the pad, still doesn't work. Any help would be super appreciated.

Only the photos taken after photo stream activation will be added to the photo stream. You cannot add photos taken prior to activation.

How to turn off Find My iPad and delete iCloud Lock on iOS 7.1.1

How do I unlock Find My iPad or iCloud lock with out a password on iPad 2, 3, 4. I tried once on one iPad starting from iCloud, type oooooooo, the click OK and cancel. Then I went back to delete the word, "iCloud" click DONE and OK. Find My iPad wasn't deleted this time. I think the idea is to make sure Find My iPad is off. Then I can delete the LOCK or account that came with the device. HELP!

I didn't put in detailed information.
Believe it or not, I was able to remove iCloud lock on an iPad by hitting 8 zeros as a password (since I didn't have one) and made sure the Find My iPad was off. That is called a bypass.
Needless to explain much, I am more looking for a solution to turn off Find My iPad on another iPad and I have not been successful.
I looked up many clips on YouTube. I wonder that Apple has updated terms and conditions with a more secured feature on iCloud.

i synced my ipad and it deleted all my apps! I figured out how to get them back but now all my progress in the games is deleted! I thought apple was the best electronics company, but this really ticked me off!

There was definitely a warning that this would happen before you started the sync. It asks you if you are sure that you want to replace the stuff on your iPad with this library. Please take the time to READ everything whenever you're doing something on the computer. Most guys just click ok or cancel on everything without reading and then wonder why their computer is infested with viruses and all kinds of spyware junk.

In Photos - how do I identify and delete photos only on my iphone after upgrading to photos?

Upgraded to photos yesterday. Connected iphone to mac. IPhone in the sidebar shows 342 photos "already imported". I would like to delete those photos on my iphone (as they are already in photos) but cannot see how to do so on either my mac or phone.

I don't see an easy way to delete previously imported items, but these step worked for me. Be careful to make sure you do have copies of all these photos before you decide to delete them again!
1. Check the 'Delete items after import'.
2. REIMPORT all the 'Already imported' items.
3. Open the 'Last Import' album, and delete all those photos.
For your Secondary question, when the "Open Photos for this device" box is checked, that means when you plug in that iPhone, the Photos app will open up automatically.

The same happens when you have "archived" a folio (I never trust any term like that from Adobe no more) or needed to restore your iPad for some reason. The multi-folio apps are there, but some folio's don't appear back in the library.
This is definitely a "rip-off" !

I have been waiting for like 3 hours and iPhoto App can't sync all my albums. I don't have a lot of photos and its weird because the App hangs many times. I have the new iPad.

iPhoto for iOS does not sync your photos. To sync photos you use iTunes on your computer and connect your iPad.
When iPhoto for iOS runs it checks your photo library. If there have been changes to your photos iPhoto needs to update the library. It will compare the library in existence with the photos on your pad and update the reference to those things which have changed. If you have a lot of photos this will take some time. If iPhoto for iOS shuts down during this process you might have some corrupt photos on your ipadthat need to be fixed or deleted first.
