IPhoto only shows one photo (first one) when making Photo Book?

I clicked the + to add the album, I chose the "Book" option, but it only lets me use the first photo in the album. The other 60 photos aren't in the view bar above. How do I get all of the photos to appear so that I can arrange the photo book, or do Autoflow?
Also, what am I missing that I used to be able to see thumbnails and I can only see that in Full Screen now?

Try selectihng all of the photos in the album instead of just clicking on the album and dragging them onto the book icon. That will add the photos to the book. You can do the same with any photos in the library: just drag a photo onto the book icon to add the photo to the book.

I have synced two gmail and one yahoo email to my iphone and have allowed them to sync with the provided iphone calendar app. However, the calendar app only shows my icloud calendar. I have tried changing the settings for sync thru gogole and yahoo and bit are available and set to sync. I have also tried deleting them and re-adding multiple times.

Ok - this usually has a simple solution - do you still have a copy of the library that has this problem?

This makes no sense at all - all of your previous statements indicate that you do have an iPhoto library but have some problems with it
By default your iPHoto library is located in your Pictures folder and is named iPhtoo library - if tha tis not the case the you have moved or renamed it and only you know what you did until you tell us the details

My Viewing area only shows one photo at a time now :(

Yesterday I noticed that my viewing area only shows one photo at a time. It used to display thumbnails of all the photos in the selected event - or library. Now, I'm forced to scroll down and view them one at a time or go into edit mode to see some thumbnails across the top of the screen.
Did I accidently do this? Was it part of an OS update? (I've been away for a month and just don't think I did anything to cause a change...) Can anyone tell me how to view all the thumbnails in the viewing area again?
I'm using iphoto 08 version 7.1.5 (378)

you can use a photo many time is the same book - simply drag it from the photo strip to the photo frame you want it in - even though you have used it before you can still use it again
And adding photos is easy - go to the photo (in an album, event or photo view) and drag the photo(s) to the book under keepsakes - it will now be available to use

When i reply to a group text it only shows one recipient and says "failed to send"

I receive a text from a group thread I've been in for ears, when I open the text and respond, it only shows one of the members in the "to" line and then wont let me send any messages. any ideas? Also, if I'm typing a text and I get another text the whole keyboard locks and goes black until the text notification goes away. is this supposed to happen?

Login window only shows one user account

Hi,
Anyone has an idea what's happening?
I'm running Yosemite on MBPr 15" Mid-2012
When I power on or reboot the laptop, on the login window it only shows one user account, my account which is the Admin account. It doesn't show the secondary normal user account I created for my wife. However once I'm logged in and I hit log-off, then it shows the 2 user accounts available for login.

The lock is on the bottom left not bottom right. Sorry mixed that up.
Letting other users unlock the drive
If you want to make the Mac available to a user that doesn't currently have unlock capabilities, log in as a user that can unlock the disk. When you see your own desktop, choose "Log Out (user name)" from the Apple () menu. Also, you can unlock the disk, then switch to another user from Fast User Switch menu in the menu bar.
If you want to grant existing users the ability to unlock the drive on their own, open the Security & Privacy pane of System Preferences. Select the FileVault tab and click the lock icon in the lower left corner of the window. Enter your admin privileges when prompted. Click the "Enable Users..." button to add existing users to the list of accounts that can unlock the disk.

Only showing one case of group 2

I have group1 as Department and group2 as order type. I am trying to show simple thing like this.Sum of order amts by order type but this is what is displaying:
Dept            Ordertype
Medals      $100
Schools     $100
Trophy       Internet
                $300
but only shows the first order type
the problem is only shows one order type only for 1 of the departments, the last one. but all departments have many order types.

As usually your workaround not to change..Please replace the group footers fields means like that
Group Footer 2 : {Group#1 Name}      {R Total 5}
Group Footer 1 : {Group#2 Name}      {R Total 6}
See all order types display or not? I hope this seems to work..

If things seem to be going haywire with your phone, it seems that it MAY be a software issue.
Now, that being said, that does not necessarily mean that it is a virus. Software issues do happen sometimes. It is probably just coincidence.
What you need to do is restore the device using iTunes. This will fix any software issues. After you have done this, you can restore from an iCloud backup.
iCloud does not back up the actual software, so no, the "virus" would not have gotten into the backups.

The large text size makes your post almost impossible to read.
Excessive use of bold or capitals (also) makes posts difficult to read.
You can drag most of the column headings left or right, or right-click on the header to turn columns on or off.
Once you've used File > Display Duplicates or Shift > File > Display Exact Duplicates you can use File > Display All or the Display All button at the bottom of the list to restore the display.

I am tring to mirror ipad2. I just upgraded to IOS5. Is it an apple TV problem or an Ipad2 problem?

I think i found the solution. I got mine working.
Reboot the iPad by holding down the Home button and power button at the same time for 6 seconds. The screen will turn black, apple logo will appear, and it will restart.
Then restart the Apple TV. (I just unplugged the power)
Then restart your wireless router. (again, I just pulled the plug on it)
After doing that, i tried the mirroring again, and it worked great. As soon as I turned it on, it appeared on my TV and is working very quickly. (well, everything I do on the iPad is delayed on the TV by half a second)

Events over multiple days only show on the first day in 'Month' view

Hi,
I've noticed that if I create an event that spans over two days (for example 23 May 2008 at 6 PM to 24 May 2008 at 1 PM) are only displayed on the from date in Month view.
This is unfortunate because if I look at my calendar in Month view, I think I'm free on the 24th, when in fact I'm busy until 1 PM.
Is there a way to get the Month view to display an entry for the event on both days (other than creating one event running from 23 May 2008 at 6 PM to 11:59 PM and a second from 24 May 2008 at 1:01 AM to 1 PM)?

I just had the exact same problem the other day. I was asked to make an appointment with someone, I checked my calendar (actually on my iPhone) and I looked available that day so agreed and even entered the event. Turns out I will be working 70 miles away on the event I entered on the day prior. I've had the embarrassment of having to reschedule - makes me look disorganised.
The month view on iPhone is just the same as iCal - if it's not an 'all day' event it only shows on the first day. This is poor. I recall even outlook and windows mobile calendar manages to display this sensibly. Apple should be fixing this pronto.

Do you have a filter enabled? Anything other than Showing All in the search field?
