IPhoto randomly stopped letting me drag/drop photos into finder. It's been working all week and all of a sudden, the photos bounce back into iPhoto and don't copy. I tried to rebuild the iPhoto library using the ALT CMD buttons, but that didn't work...

Any suggestions?

What happens if you export the photo (file menu ==> export)?
What do you see if you right click on one ane reveal in finder?

I had the same problem a few weeks ago, I tried pressing and holding the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time
After about 5 seconds, it seem to start up again
If all else fails, have you tried to take it in to the apple store? The customer service there is always really friendly and helpful

Hi Susie, I use Norton 360 and have the latest Firefox 8 installed is working fine for me. Install the appropriate add-ons based on the version of Norton 360 you're using (see official Norton link above). Hope this helps.

You can check that via Help > About Firefox and on the Help > Troubleshooting Information page.
A possible cause is security software (firewall) that blocks or restricts Firefox or the plugin-container process without informing you, possibly after detecting changes (update) to the Firefox program.
Remove all rules for Firefox from the permissions list in the firewall and let your firewall ask again for permission to get full unrestricted access to internet for Firefox and the plugin-container process.

You need to get your phone repaired. It's obviously damaged, and nothing we can suggest to you will fix that.

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

HT203167 I found my media files. How do I get them back into my itunes library. I have tried :add to library" and copy & paste but that didn't work.

- What version of iPhoto.

- History: Is this going on long? Has anything been installed or deleted? - Are there error messages?
- What steps have you tried already to solve the issue.
- Anything unusual about your set up? Or how you use iPhoto?

I dropped in 2 photos as a side by side (a before and after shot) in Pages. I went to upload it on a website, but said: not an allowed file type. I converted it to a pdf, but that didn't work either. Is there a way to convertPages doc to a jpeg?

Captions of photos in Yahoo cover the bottom part of pic. Makes it hard to read text and also can't see whole photo. Tried reset Firefox but that didn't work.

When going through photo galleries on Yahoo (in news, omg, etc.) the caption is displayed on top of the bottom 'fifth' of the photo. (The caption should be below the entire photo.) The way the pations are overlayed makes it difficult to read the text of the caption and worse, it makes it almost impossible to see the lower fifth of the photo. I tried resetting Firefox but that didn't change anything. I can't find any yahoo settings or OS X display setting that changed this. I'm using Firefox 25 on a macbook air running OS X 10. Are there any firefox settings that would improve this? Thanks.

You can also try to reset the page zoom on pages that cause problems.

If you have made changes to Advanced font settings like increasing the minimum/default font size then try the default minimum setting "none" and the default font size 16 in case the current setting is causing problems.
*Firefox > Preferences > Content : Fonts & Colors > Advanced > Minimum Font Size (none)
Make sure that you allow pages to choose their own fonts.

my screen is frozen and it will. It allow me to turn off. I reset it but that didn't fix the problem. Then I tried resetting on my computer through iTunes but it will not allow me to reset until I shut off 'Find My iPhone' which I cannot do cause the screen is frozen.

- Inserting/removing the headphone plug or dozen times or so. Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack:
- Reset the iPod. Nothing will be lost
