Iphoto was updated on 12/13/13 but now it says it will not open because I need to download the latest version, but there is no update.

I updated Iphoto on 12/13/13. Now when I try to open it, I just get a message that says "The library iphoto library cannot be opened. To open it, you must upgrade to the latest version of Iphoto." But I have no updates for iphoto.
