IPMP configuration not permenent

I've configured two interfaces to be in an IPMP group and failover to each other incase of failure, when I test it , it's fine.
+/etc/hostname.bge0+
bscs-bl netmask broadcast + \+
group production up \
addif bscs-bl-net0 deprecated netmask brodcast + -failover up+
+::::::::::::::+
+/etc/hostname.nxge0+
bscs-bl-net1 netmask broadcast + group production deprecated up+
the issue is when I reboot the system the first interface shows like it's not configured the bge0 IP is displayed as 0.0.0.0.
I suspected that the files content is not correct , but when I try the same in a shell command , the bge0 became configured in the ifconfig -a

Hello,
There are two ways of configuring IPMP. The first one called 'probe based' is by creating test addresses like in your case. The second one called 'kernel based' you don't need test addresses.
Simply put this line on your interfaces configuration file (/etc/hostname.<>) that you want to be part of the IPMP group:
solaris10 group mpath1 up
Then reboot. After reboot, test the IPMP functionality by using command if_mpadm -d <interface> to cause a fail over procedure and ip_mpadm -r <interface> to cause a fail back procedure.

ifconfig ce1 97.241.213.164 upMake sure you assiganed the deprecated and nonfailover flag to your physical ip(test ip) not the virtual ip.
and check your net work connection as well.
ce2 and ce6 on server a should in the same subnet.
ce1 and ce6 on server b should in the same subnet too.

Dynamic configuration not fil in reused OM in NW BPM

Hi,
I'm having problem in operation mapping that i re-used in nw bpm.
In my scenerio in the operation mapping, a UDF writes on "TServerLocation" and in the next step of BPM, i have receiver determination rule which read from "TServerLocation" variable.
Below step calls OM which in PI.
(UDF writes on TserverLocation)
This next step, reads TserverLocation in receiver tab of Integration Conguration.
Receiver rule
So the problem is dynamic configuration doesn't write on TserverLocation or integration confiuration object removes in soap header somehow.
This was a ccBPM integration and all esr objects, mapping,udfs working fine. No problem with that.
I checked below blog but not get this work.

In general Correlation , concept, whatever we configured in Correlation editor , i mean in runtime which xml element should filled with which element of which interface ..as you said you have configured the local correlation to block, in block it is the first receive step, while receiving the first message which is relevent to first recieve step , i mean if it receives the one message which is related to first receive step inteface .. the respective element data will be filled in correlation id and it will assign on giud for processing , so while assign the runtime data to correlation element ( imean filling stage) check you said two elements in correlation does the first message contains these two elements ??
if so ok , no then check , and try to use the IM before calling the IP to fill the payload.

JDBC Adapter configuration not initialized:null

i
we have a synchronous scenario with the following adapters , RFC <> XI <> JDBC.
1.JDBC Driver installation is done
2.RFC Destination type t is done in sap(sender) system.
3.checking the jdbc in VA is done
while running it is giving the following error.
com.sap.aii.af.ra.ms.api.RecoverableException: JDBC Adapter configuration not initialized: null
where we have to initialize JDBC Adapter configuration

There are 2 jar files that may be missing from your SQL JDBC driver --> msbase.jar and msutil.jar, I think once you add these to the driver it might work.
also check the driver string for the SQL driver 2 parameters
i.e 'com.microsoft.jdbc.sqlserver.SQLServerDriver' now becomes
'com.microsoft.sqlserver.jdbc.SQLServerDriver'

I believe you are trying use Sales order for services....and you have created material in services if I am not wrong.
Again sticking to basic rules, you can configure only materials with type KMAT. Further for services, I believe there is a concept called milestone billing...which I am not sure about.

JDBC Adapter configuration not initialized Error

Hi,
I am doing a RFC to JDBC scenario in PI 7.1. I am getting the following error:
com.sap.engine.interfaces.messaging.api.exception.MessagingException: JDBC Adapter configuration not initialized: null
In communication channel monitoring, it shows the following,
Error when attempting to get processing resources: com.sap.aii.af.lib.util.concurrent.ResourcePoolException: Unable to create new pooled resource: DriverManagerException: Cannot establish connection to URL '<URL>': SAPClassNotFoundException: com.ibm.as400.access.AS400JDBCDriver
The JDBC parameters for driver & connection are correct only.
Is the problem related to deployment of JDBC driver or something else? How can i ensure that the JDBC driver deployment is succesful in PI 7.1?

Your drivers are not installed properly. Please re-deploy them through SDM.

I have tested one scenario for WebService to JDBC. Integration engine shows success message.But i got some error in Adapter engine. It shows "JDBC Adapter configuration not initialized".
So, plz anyone give the solution for this problem.

Hi,
1.Check whether the JDBCAdapter is Activated.
2.Check if any firewalls are there frm client side and open
3.Check the password used to connect the Database is correct one.
If all these are fine..do the complete cache refresh once.

Scstat freeze when it try to print the ipmp configuration

some of my cluster have a strange behavior sometimes.
the scstat freeze at the point of showing the ipmp configuration, and when i want to create a ressource LogicalHostname (VIP), the command freeze, and i see anything into the log file....
have someone a return regarding that?

RFC to JDBC JDBC Adapter configuration not initialized: null

My scenario is Proxy to JDBC scenario. I got this problem when executing the interface I got this problem all of a sudden where previously it was working fine.
there is no problem with the User id or password.

Can you ensure that Drivers are properly installed and no problem with them?
Also proper connection parameters are maintained in the JDBC receiver Channel.

Alert configuration Not working in RWB

In RWB alertconfiguration is not working, showing the error

1. In SMICM when I changed to port to 50100 (J2EE) then alert configuration

If Error: 404 Not Found
Description: The server has not found anything matching the Request-URI. No indication is given of whether the condition is temporary or permanent. The 410 (Gone) status code SHOULD be used if the server knows, through some internally configurable mechanism, that an old resource is permanently unavailable and has no forwarding address. This status code is commonly used when the server does not wish to reveal exactly why the request has been refused, or when no other response is applicable.
Possible Tips:- for HTTP_RESP_STATUS_CODE_NOT_OK 404
404 is an HTTP response code that indicates that the resource in question couldn't be found. Usually this is due to an incorrect URL, so it is better to cross check all URLs.
Check pipeline URL in the SLD in the business system of the Integration Server For this go to SLD->Business System-><yourIntegrtaion Server>->Pipeline URL: It should be like this http://<host>:<port>/sap/xi/engine?type=entry Where host is the host name of the Integration Server and port is the HTTP(8xxx) port. To verify this in Integration Server you can do like this. Go to SXMB_ADM->Integration Engine Configuration->Choose Edit from Menu -> Change Global Configuration Data to switch to change mode. Then select System Landscape - Load Configuration. (This is not required always)
Check that the port really is the ICM HTTP Port and not the J2EE port i.e SMICM then menu GOTO --> SERVICES and check the port number for HTTP. It should be HTTP port
If the error is Page cannot be displayed, cannot find server in https configurations Check and correct the SSL configuration for the ABAP and the J2EE side of the system
If the error is because of integration server when using Proxy communications then check these. i.e SXMB_ADM->Integration Engine Configuration->Corresponding Integration Server enrty should be dest://<Http Integration server-Destination> Where < Http Integration server -Destination > is the RFC destination (SM59) of type HTTP connection (type H) to the Integration Server. In this case, host name, port, and path prefix are saved in the RFC destination

In the post installation part of the solution manager 7.0 EHP 1. i am getting the following message in the TMS configuration...

we encounter the same error related to an installation of a BusinessObject XI R2. A connection between the BO server and a BI (NW2004s) has been established successfully. The error occurs during the import of a query in Crystal Reports.

Configuration not dispplayed on the screen

I have created two different configurations for a view.
one as default and the other specifying an object type.
have done the following coding in the DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION method of the view implementation class.

    me->set_config_keys( iv_object_type        = lv_object_type
                       iv_object_sub_type      = lv_subtype

    ENDIF.
    CALL METHOD SUPER->DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION
EXPORTING
    iv_first_time = ABAP_true
but still the default configuration is being loaded.
pls correct me, if i have missed some specification in the above code.

Have specified the object type and config key in spro.
Have tried deleting the default configuration and retaining only the one i have created.
on debugging, i got to know that the system is searching for standard config after the method
DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION.
since i have deleted the default config. i got the following error:
CX_BSP_DLC_CONFIG_NOT_FOUND - Configuration not found
CL_BSP_DLC_XML_STORAGE2=>GET_CONFIG_DATA
Q1. why the system is checking for standard config, after getting the confing details from
DO_CONFIG_DETERMINATION
method.
Do we need to specify any other parameter, to restrict this.

Host Configuration not found error in database control

I have freshly installed Oracle DB 11g and a starter database.
Then i went to emctl (database control), at the home tab, I noticed the status is up (Green up arrow icon) but the "Instance Name", "Version", "Up Until" entries have the value "unknown"
And then when i Click on the "view all properties link", I noticed that the ORACLE_HOME entry has a warning icon after the entry. Then when you click on the ORACLE_HOME entry link, I get a page saying
Host Configuration not found. Check to see if the target exists.Whats happening? Did I miss something in my installation?
