Plug it into iTunes. If that does not work hold the power and home button untill the screen turns off then let go of the power button but KEEP holding the home button... this should bypass the connect to iTunes screen. Hope it helps.

so today my ipod accidentally fell out of my shirt pocket and hit the floor, the screen is cracked at the edges and some at the middle do you think apple will replace the ipod or replace the screen for free as it is under warrenty?

Genius Bar, includes a list of all the Genius Bar in Florida. ( grey box right side of page ) This page will also let you book an appointment for the Genius Bar; that way you can wal into the store at the time of your appoinment and get help right away.
Apple Retail Store, include the option to find store by zipcode. This would show you see the closest store on a map. If you click on one of the stores listed, then click on hours and information, you should end up on the Apple Web Page for that store. If the store include a genius bar, there will be a link on the top right corner of the page to book an appointment for the Genius Bar.
Service and Repair, should give you access to all your servicing options. If there is no a Genius Bar close by, you might be able to arrange for mail in repair.
What ever service options you chose, I would highly suggest backing up your iPad. Ether using a computer, and or by iCloud. Some times repairing a product means they have to swap out the product for a replacement.

Do refurbished iPods have a new screen

I have been thinking about getting a new iPod touch because my 4th gen doesn't have enough memory for the things I have. I don't want to have to pay full price for a new one. mine is also glitching a lot too, And I don't think I could trace it in for much because it is an 8gb. A refurbished one would be better for me because it is cheaper and I don't need something new or want something used on eBay.

A refurbished iPod touch may or may not have a new screen, depending on what was wrong with it (if anything) when it was returned to the factory. Apple replaces the outer shell and battery when they refurbish an iPod, but anything else is situational.

My screen is cracked soo i wanted to clean it to put my new hybrid case on it. i put a little bit of acholol on a tile it was dry though just a little bit and i wiped my screen then it jus actin up soo right now its white sometimes it blinks it just does its own thing any help .
