Ipod 5G Doesn't charge anymore? Please Help!

Okay, so my ipod 5g charger was working perfectly fine last night until today. I plugged the charger into my pc and a windows error 43 came up stating that my charger as a ''unknown device'' I've tried the plug in my house to charge the device, it turns on but doesn't charge once it's on?

DVD Studio Pro doesn't run anymore, please help

After launching DVD Studio Pro an alert appears: "can't find Sequence BranFIN-00000029". Then it asks search or cancel and then the program stops running whatever I do, and needs a forced quit. Can you launch DVD SP without clicking on a project? Looks like you used a reference movie in a project and part of it is gone. (In other words it is probably that one project and not DVD SP in general). Cancel should work. Have you moved files/deleted render files/swithced hard drives?

Press and Hold the Sleep/Wake Button and the Home Button at the Same Time...
The Apple logo will Appear and then Disappear...
Usually takes about 15 - 20 Seconds...
Release the Buttons...

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

- Restore from backup
- Restore to factory settings/new iPod
if still problem that indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
I suspect you have a hardware problem.

I need the information on it, last time it was backed up was 2 years ago,cracked glass and bad headphone jack. can Apple help me get my info out of it? it is out of warranty, can i pay to have it fully recovered as if it never died?

Particularly:
Battery does not charge
Verify that the outlet being used is working.
Try another USB power adapter if available.
If no other USB power adapter is available, try connecting to a high-power USB 2.0 port (not a keyboard). The computer must be turned on and not in sleep or standby mode.
Try another USB cable if available.
iPhone or iPod touch displays the low-battery image and is unresponsive
If you see the image below, charge the iPhone or iPod touch with USB power adapter for at least 15 minutes.
You should see this image when iPhone or iPod touch begins to charge:
If the screen still displays the low-battery icon, try turning the iPhone or iPod touch off and then on again.
If the issue persists, follow these troubleshooting steps.

Perhaps those apps require a newer version of iOS than is compatible with your iPod.

Apparently, you open the music folder from your iPod drive (after it's been connected), then highlight all the files from the iPod folder and drag them to your My Music folder and import the folder to My Library. Don't forget to enable view of hidden files beforehand. Takes a little while, depending on how much music you have on your iPod.

Try this:
Close your iTunes,
Go to command Prompt -
(Win 7/Vista) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES, right mouse click "Command Prompt", choose "Run as Administrator".
(Win XP SP2 n above) - START/ALL PROGRAMS/ACCESSORIES/Command Prompt
In the "Command Prompt" screen, type in
netsh winsock reset
Hit "ENTER" key
Restart your computer.
If you do get a prompt after restart windows to remap LSP, just click NO.
Now launch your iTunes and see if it is working now.
If you are still having these type of problems after trying the winsock reset, refer to this article to identify which software in your system is inserting LSP:

Update: I seem to have fixed the problem! I went to the "summary" section of my iPod after clicking on the device on the left side of iTunes. I checked the box that allowed me to "manually manage music and videos" and applied this option. The songs are syncing! And, yay, they're playing on my iPod now! Hopefully, this helps anyone else who might have this problem. There might be other issues, but this is working for now.
