Ipod 60 Gb crush the system while copying songs

Hi!
When I try to copy songs from my powerbook to My new Ipod video 60 Gb, the system crush, and the only things to do is to reset the system.
I've the last version of Itunes and Ipod software.....
Please Help me!

I want to put windows 7 on my iMac. Do I use Windows 7, 64 bit System Builder or do I use a "retail copy" of the Windows 7, 64 bit ? Microsoft says I should use the System Builder copy. A technical support individual from Apple said use the "retail copy"

A Microsoft technical advisor said that the "retail copy" of Windows 7, 64 bit Home Premium would not work with Boot Camp to put the Windows operating system on the IMac. She said that I would have to use the System Builder copy of Windows 7 to put it on my iMac. An Apple technical advisor told me that I had to use the "retail copy" of Window 7 because that was the one used by Apple when they developed the Boot Camp program. I have also seen some articles from Apple that suggests that both copies of Windows 7 would work OK. Does anyone have any experience that shows which one or both I should purchase to put on my computer?

I used the 64-bit System Builder Edition when I bootcamped my 2010 iMac a couple of years ago. Worked perfectly--installed a very lean system. Without all the extra cr@pware that comes preinstalled on name-brand Win computers, the SBE OS actually works darned well.
However, that was under Mac OS 10.6.8 which remains on that computer for compatibilty reasons not related to Windows. Haven't BCed any newer Mac OS, so your mileage may vary.

[SOLVED] Backing up the system while the system is running?

Is it ok if I backup the system while it's running? Or does it *have* to be done from a LiveCD?
I was thinking of using this:
$ sudo rsync -avx /* /mnt/Backup --exclude={/dev/*,/proc/*,/sys/*,/tmp/*,/run/*,/mnt/*,/media/*,/lost+found}
Rsync will complain at the end that "some files/attrs were not transferred", but the backup works fine (as far as I can tell).
Should I add "[...] > sometextfile.txt" at the end, to see which files weren't transfered right? Has anyone else done something like this before?

I have the same problem. Often, the songs worked perfectly fine before, even the previous day! Changing the format does not help either, nor does restoring iPod settings. In another case, a song WILL work after settings are restored, but after a few plays will return to its old state of making the ipod reset.

On connecting my iPod NANO to iTunes the music list of songs is FADED I cannot change of listen to except through the earphones.

What happens when you try to redownload it via:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
What happens when you try to sync?
If the songs are not in your iTunes library how do y expect them to sync to the iPod?
Was the iPod previous synced to another iTunes library/computer?
Have you successfully synced from this iTunes library/computer before?
Do you have the right boxes checked to sync?

Saving of different Material code in the system while Creating material

Anyone can help me in following .
While creating material number, there should be some User exit which is going to change the logic for saving of material number in the system.
Example:
Division and material Group should be added into the predefined number range. Number range defined for raw material is 100000 to 199999. If division is 1A, and Material group is M01. The first number generated by system is 100000 , where as during saving into the table NUMBER SHOULD BE saved as 1AM01100000 & we must be able to work on the new number.

CONCATENATE cmara-matkl cmara-spart cmara-matnr into cmara-matnr.
set PARAMETER ID 'MAT' field cmara-matnr.
CALL FUNCTION 'CONVERSION_EXIT_ALPHA_INPUT'
EXPORTING

I have a big mail problem. I foolishly tried to send a video photo by email. Not surprisingly, it was taking a very great deal of time so I eventually deleted the 'send'. But, now the system keeps copying the deleted email and attachment

My email program has got itself gummed up due t my foolishly trying to send a video attachment. I eventually 'stopped' the 'send' but the system has brought in a 'Recovered files' heading and has retained the email complete with video attachment and keeps copying the darned thing. I keep deleting but it still comtinues copying. Once there were 45 copies. Please can someone tell me how to get rid of the files.

The idea to jumpstart by change was not the smartest one, but gives you an opportunity to use that "temporary" account as permanent. You do not have a choice cause obviously despite you thinking that old account is no more -it does exist on Apple servers. And if you are unwilling to share your [email protected] with friend, just create one extra [email protected] for your friend. One suggestion - do not use gmail.

IPod stops playing in the middle of any song

I recently dropped my iPod (black and white screen with click wheel, 20 GB) and the front seperated from the back. It easily snapped back in place, but now when the earphone jack moves while plugged up, it pauses. I know that it is supposed to pause when earphones are unplugged while playing, but not while it is still fully plugged in. I am not under warranty from Apple anymore. Anyone with any suggestions or options please respond.

Even if you were under Apple's warranty, they probably wouldn't fix it for you because it was dropped. Anyway... sounds like the iPod is pausing because the headphones are coming out (like you said). Now, I'm not too sure about the anatomy of the 3rd generation iPods. If you mean that there is a problem with the headphone jack staying in place in the iPod... you might want to try putting your iPod into a skin case, to keep the jack still in the iPod. This might prevent (or at least lessen) the problem.

Hi Sunil,
You are getting error in the Sales Order is because of Master Data.
Sales Documents will flow from CRM to R/3 when master data is consistent in R/3 & CRM side.
Please maintain the master data in R/3 side & download into CRM Side.
For Customer use adpater object CUSTOMER_MAIN & for Material object is "Material"

from where it s maintained..
ofcouce coding is maintained , but GL Accounts from where they flow...

As such GL accounts are defined and controlled by three factors:
Valuation Area
Material types
Business Transaction
So when you raise a PR for a particular material.Then corresponding GL account for this material will be charged, fi any cost are incurring.Else if you are assigning any account assignements, then the consumption account will be charged.
Further Item category influeneces the tyepe business process viz..,sub con, consignment, servies,,etc...

IPod touch dropped on the ground while charging and now won't charge

Long story short, my wife was charging her iPod touch, one of our kids walked by and knocked the iPod to the ground and yanked the cord that was connected and now the iPod won't charge. If we wiggle the portion of the cord that's attached to the iPod (not the USB connected to the mac) it will make the sound like it is connected and then disconnects. We have found that if we sit the iPod a certain way sometimes it will charge but not 100% of the time. It almost seems like it is losing the connection in the cord but we have tried 3 different cords. Any suggestions on ways to make a tighter connection (think sticking the pencil in the old school Nintendo to keep your game cartridge to connect)?

IPod stuck skipping at the beginning of every song

My iPod isn't frozen, but it won't play any songs past the first second. My touch wheel isn't working properly for some reason so I can't reset it. Any advice on how to proceed? Updating it through iTunes isn't working either.

Try resetting it first be holding the middle button and the menu button at the same time for a few seconds. If that doesn't work, try restoring it by plugging it into your computer and using iPod updater to restore it to the original settings. It does delete EVERYTHING from your iPod, but at least it will work again...
