Ipod completely blank and making wierd noises
My ipod has always worked fine until I started using an itrip, after that, I try to connect it to my computer using my USB connector, as I have many many times and it wont respond. Itunes says I have no Ipod connected, it wont charge, when I connect it to my computer my ipod just stays black, nothing at all, no reponse, not to mention the wierd buzzing noise when I have it plugged in. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE HELP, I CANT LIVE WITHOUT THIS THING!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I tried that as well but the screen just went blank again. Then randomly, it says connect to power and even so, it still says connect to power. Its barely a year old.

I have a bad idea I might of blown up my iPod touch 5th generation battery by a mistake, please any suggestions on how i could try and turn it on? It is completely blank and it had full charge before it shut off. In need of desperate help :-(

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

whenever you get the red cross it is a signal of a possible hardware issue especially if the ipod is making odd clicking noises -

Ok, my iPhone is completely blank and won't turn on anymore.

Ipod Nano (2GB) making wierd noises!!! HELP!
alright, i just got this ipod, 2GB. and i was about to charge it using the plug in charger, and it starts making this wierd noise. like a really fast beeping noise. when i put the ipod up to my ear, its louder, it sounds like the ipod is jammed or something. how do i fix it?

i just got these magnets that u toss up in the air and they make noise and i just set them down i guess next to my ipod for five mins and the where on the back of it, then i pulled them off and tried to plug the ipod into the computer and now the screen is frozz and it's making this wired noise and wont connect to itunes, plz someone help me.
Try restoring the firmware.
Try restarting the iPod.
If that does not work-contact Apple.

My screen is completely blank while on Safari despite having tried many websites. This happened while I was logged into Facebook and had emailed a YouTube video that was posted on a friend's page. Settings seem to be fine. Images still load when I'm on my email, photos, youtube, etc. What to try next?

I just got this brand new 160gb from the Apple Store. When I got home, I put all of my music and tv shows on it. When I started to use it, it started to make a buzzing noise, then a clicking noise, and then a noise that sounds like "pewwww" like it's powering down.
I was wondering if putting all that music and stuff on was too fast too soon. The "Genius" at the Apple store said it was a problem with the hard drive.
Thank you in advance.I believe them. I was just wondering if the noises are something that will eventually go away with use. Something else I wanted to know is if putting ALL my music and other media on the iPod at one time is what did it.

Help! Desktop completely blank and finder not opening
Hello
I was using iTunes last night and went away to make a cup of coffee. When I went back to it, the screen was flickering all over the place and only stopped when I closed the lid down and re-opened it. The screen returned to normal, but when I closed down iTunes and then tried to do the same with Finder, the 'spinning wheel of death' cropped up. So I went into Forced Quit to try to shut them down altogether.
The shut down didn't work and since then the desktop has been completely blank. Also, although Finder is indicated as being open on the dock, the taskbar at the top is competely blank when I close all other applications down. I can open other applications (hence being able to get online here!) but when I try to close the computer down, nothing happens.
So to summarise...
Finder is not responding and will not let me close it down
The Computer will not close down at all
I can't get into a Finder window in order to delete things to free up memory.
HELP!!! To add to misery, it's a work laptop!!!

Mail is Completely Blank and Crashes - Mavericks on MBP Retina
I upgraded my MBP to Mavericks. Everything was absolutely perfect -no errors at all. I came home tonight and when booting up my MBP I was prompted to setup new mail accounts - mail app was wiped clean.
Tried to reinstate iCloud and it did not work. When the Mail app opens it is completely blank - no accounts listed. I have to force shutdown as it is also frozen. I must have indadvertantly deleted something from my Library (a required file). My library was visible in Finder - I'm just assuming.
Where do I look for the cause to determine how to restore the mail application and its contents??

MB Getting hot and making a noise?
I noticed that my mb is making a noise that sounds similar to a fan running or something like that and is getting warm to the touch. I have had it for about 2 months and it hasn't ever done this before... What should I do? OH, Btw... I am a MB baby. This is the first one I have ever used.
What apps are you using for videos ?
Did you clean inside the MBP? if no, It might be the cooling fan, all the dust around the fan and make it run slower and your mac will getting hot. -
My graphics card fan keeps turning off and on and making weird noises?
I have an hp m9340f elite computer that has been making weird noises. When i opened it, i found out that the graphics card fan keeps turning off and on after the computer turns on. I bought this computer about 4 years ago so it is not under warranty. i am not sure what to do about this noise.

My iphone 4 is completely blank. I can't do a hard reset on it. It is charged and when I plug it into the charger, nothing happens. Before the screen went blank the apple symbol appeared with lines through it, then the phone stopped working.
if it does not work the first time, try it 3 or 4 times :
try holding the top sleep button and the round home button for 10 seconds or so, until you see the apple logo. This should force it to restart. Make sure that your SIM is in place before you try this.
If there's something wrong with the OS software, it will prompt you to plug it into a mac or pc running the latest iTunes to restore or reload the software. hope this helps.
