Ipod connected to the Charger
I am Curiouse:
When i get home from school i usualy put my ipod directly on the charger and keep it there till i need it next, so its pretty much either there, or in use... Is this bad for the Ipod? does it hurt its battery? like even when its not fully discharged, i still put it back to top off the battery... will this shorten the battery life? Thanks!
Thanks for the reply, but that didn't answer my question...
"If i leave my IPOD on the charger when i am not using it and it hasn't fully discharged, will that hurt its battery?

I've never had my ipod die while connected to the charger
I've been having problems with my iPod since I've updated it to iOS 8. My battery isn't charging and it's actually died on me three times WHILE connected to the charger. My apps also keep crashing. It's beyond frustrating.
Is there any way I can fix my problem about it not charging?
(i don't have a computer to plug it into so that's a solution that will not work)Not Charge

My macbook pro 2011 yosemite 10.10.1, (2,3 GHz Intel Core i5 / 4 GB 1333 MHz DDR3 / Intel HD Graphics 3000 384 MB) recently started to present a problem that when using only the battery, it gets really slow, but connected to the charger, it operates normally. I have already taken to a technical assistance but was not presented any problem in the battery. And when I open activity monitor it shows that the kernel_task process uses almost 100% CPU and so is almost 0% idle, so it is almost impossible to use the computer (using the battery). Is there anything I can do to prevent this process using 100% CPU?
My recommendation for a SMC reset was initiated by your posts indication poor performance when under battery power. Often a SMC reset will correct bad battery behavior but apparently not in your case.
Look at this article and see if there are any possible hints for correction of the problem:

If not, the the best option will be an Apple store genius bar appointment.

My iPhone 5 is freezing when connected to the charger. This is not happinning if it is connected to the computer USB. How to solve this problem?
Possibly faulty charger. The supplied Apple Charger is covered by the iPhone Warranty. Make Genius reservation or set up service and take or send iPhone and Charger to Apple for resolution.

What is the best way to preserve my MacBook Pro battery? Should I always have it connected to the charger when using it, or should I use it and then recharge it?
Don't worry about it:

If you want to condition it once a month, go ahead:

I have a Macbook Pro 13'' 2011 OS X 10.9.4, and recently it started giving this problem, which the macbook works well while connected to the charger, but when i use it only with the batery it gets really slow. But in the report system of the macbook says that the battery is operating normally. It has alreary 822 cycles.
Perform a SMC reset:

If there is no meaningful change, open System Information>Power and post the following from your MBP:
(Make certain that the charger is connected)

I fully charge my iPod shuffle but the charge only lasts at least five hours , what I supposed to do?
So i need to charge it every dayHow old is it? If it's brand new, the tech specs says it should last "Up to 15 hours of audio playback when fully charged."

If it is well-used and/or older, the battery capacity will diminish over time. -
Our IPod connects to the WIFi, but not to the internet.
Our IPod connects to the WIFI, but not to the internet. We have a wireless router which we connect our MACBOOK to the internet and our IPod. The MACBOOK works fine, but not the IPod. It shows to be connected to WIFI, but whenever we try to connect to an internet site i.e. Sarfari, we get an message "Safari cannot open the page becuase it is not connected to the internet". We have tried rebooting, but it has not helped.
Try:
- Resetting the iPod. Nothing will be lost.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
- Power off and then back on the router
- Reset network settings: Settings>General>Reset>Reset Network Setting

I have an iPod 5 and the charging port is broke, it won't charge. I know it's not my charger, how do I charge my iPod
If not covered by the AppleCare+ warranty,
Apple will exchange your iPod for a refurbished one for $99 for 16 Gb 5G and $149b for the other 5Gs. They do not fix yours.

my iphone completely turned off and will not come back on, even when connected to the charger. how can i turn it back on?
Hello ozzy9294,
Thanks for using Apple Support Communities.
For more information on this, take a look at:

Display has no backlight or dark screen
Toggle the ringer switch to see if the unit vibrates. If it does, it could be that iPhone is getting power, but is not displaying any image.
Try turning iPhone off and then on again.
While connected to the iPhone charger, try to reset the iPhone.
If the low-battery screen appears, charge the iPhone.
Best of luck,

My macbook just shut iff and will not turn back on, connected to the charger. HELP!
Hi there,... what color is the charge indicator on the charger connector? orange or green.
Did you let your Air die from power? Or has it been stored away for a while on a very low charge?
What happens when you try to power on? nothing?
If you cannot get to recovery mode and cannot power on at all, then its time for a service call to Apple for in shop full diagnosis and possible repair.
