Not that I'm aware of. Sorry.
This is a good reminder that you should have always have a backup of all your content that is on your iPod Touch on your computer and/or in iTunes.

Ipod disabled & not recognized in windows 7 or itunes
My son disabled his ipod touch 4th gen trying to get into it, he planned to give it to his cousin so I just removed the device from his Apple acnt. However, it's still disabled & now not recognized in Windows 7 or by I-Tunes on any computer or usb we try, but it does charge by usb or wall charger. I am not super familiar with Apple products & need some advice if anyone has any. Thanks!
Disabled
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Forgot passcode or device disabled
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.

For how to restore:
iTunes: Restoring iOS software
To restore from backup see:
iOS: Back up and restore your iOS device with iCloud or iTunes
If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.
You can redownload most iTunes purchases by:
Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store
If problem what happens or does not happen and when in the instructions? When you successfully get the iPod in recovery mode and connect to computer iTunes should say it found an iPod in recovery mode.
Also try on another computer -

Ipod disabled cant remember password. how do i get it to start
my i pod says disabled but i cant remember password, how do i reset my password or get ipod to work
To get the iPod back up and running without the disabled passcode you would need to put it into Recovery Mode. This will require you to restore the iPod to factory settings which will remove the content from the iPod as well as the disabled passcode.
To put your iPod into recovery mode:
1. Make sure the iPod is connected to a computer with iTunes installed on it.
2. Hold down the sleep/wake button(top button) and the home button at the same time until the iPod screen goes black then shows the apple logo( usually 10-15 seconds).
3. Once the apple logo appears on the screen, let go of the sleep/wake button and keep holding the home button.
4. A dialog box will appear in iTunes that states an iPod in recovery mode has been detected if you are successful.
5. Click ok, then click the Restore button
After that you should be up and running in no time!
I hope that this is helpful. -
Ipod disabled and forgot password
We have an ipod touch, that has been synced with my itunes account since Dec 2012. The screen broke, so we quit using it, and forgot the password. We would like to use it again, but forgot the password. It shows up in my itunes as a registered device, and has apps and music from my itunes account, but for some reason, itunes isn't recognizing device although its showing on my account. Please help. Thank you

TS2771 ipod disabled - not able to access
Cant access ipod - states ipod is disabled
You'll need to connect it to the iTunes library you normally sync it with and restore it. If iTunes asks you for this passcode before it will let you proceed, connect the iPod to iTunes in recovery mode instead using the instructions in this Apple support document.

Firefox Home not syncing passwords
I've installed Firefox Sync on my home desktop and Firefox Home on my iPod Touch.
Selected "sync everything" and now on my iPod I have all my bookmarks and tabs correctly synced.
However when I go to a bookmark which on my desktop automatically remembers the username/password, on the iPod the page loads but none of the password fields have been automatically entered.
Obviously something isn't syncing correctly, but the help system offers no advice on how to solve the problem.
I've tried refreshing everything, closing and opening the app (on desktop and iPod) but still no success.
Any advice would be appreciated.Sorry, the current version of Firefox Home for iPhone/iPod does not sync passwords. It only syncs tabs, bookmarks, and history.
You can sync passwords in Firefox on your Mac, Windows, and Linux computers, and in Firefox for Maemo and Android phones. -

I don't use my ipod touch that much but now i want to.So when I tried to unlock it, I tried like everything I could to try to unlock it and now it is disabled. It has been disabled for about 30 minutes now and is still. I don't have it set up with itunes and it won't let me set it up because the ipod is not unlocked. So I need to know how I can unlock my ipod without buying stuff, using itunes, having difficulties, contacting apple, or taking it to an AT&T store or whatever. So I REALLY need some help!! :/

So my friend had my iPod and he disabled it to where it said "iPod disabled connect to iTunes" but my computer will not connect to iTunes and I really need to know if there's a way I can restore my iPod?
Restore, if iTunes will let you. Everything except the password will be restored. Connect via cable to the computer that you use for sync. Be forewarned that it takes a long time. From iTunes, select the iPad/iPod and then select the Summary tab. Follow directions for Restore and be sure to say "yes" to the backup. You will be warned that all data (apps, music, movies, etc.) will be erased but, as the Restore finishes, you will be asked if you wish the contents of the backup to be copied to the iPad/iPod. Again, say "yes."
At the end of the basic Restore, you will be asked if you wish to sync the iPad/iPod. As before, say "yes." Note that that sync selection will disappear and the Restore will end if you do not respond within a reasonable time. If that happens, only the apps that are part of the IOS will appear on your device. Corrective action is simple - choose manual "Sync" from the bottom right of iTunes.
If you're unable to do the Restore, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here. -

am trying to restore my Ipod touch 5 generation but I am receiving an error message that says your Ipod can not be restored you need your password I don't know my password so I don't know what to do. I have started the procedures 3 times but no luck till now
If it is asking for the screen-lock passcode then:
Place the iOS device in Recovery Mode and then connect to your computer and restore via iTunes. The iPod will be erased.
iOS: Wrong passcode results in red disabled screen
If recovery mode does not work try DFU mode.
