Start by telling us what you have already tried, so we don't waste your time and ours making suggestions you already know didn't work for you. For example, have you tried rebooting the iPhone? Have you tried re-syncing the iPhone to iTunes?

For that much storage being taken up the only thing that can be done as of now is back the device up in iTunes and restore the iphone. The restore will also update the phone.

The music sync is one way - computer to iphone. The only exception is itunes purchases. File>Transfer Purchases
It has always been very basic to always maintain a backup copy of your computer for just such an occasion. Use your backup copy to move everything to your new computer. -
I have three iPads and one iPod and one iPhone. How can I message between them without sending the message to all of them. You send the message to your email address but all of them are set up under one account.
You can have a different receiving email in the Messages app on each device : Settings > Messages > Receive At . I'm not sure that there is a different way to have the message only go to one device.

If you don't know your password, don't know your security questions and don't have a rescue address or don't receive a reset email, you should contact AppleCare who will initially try to assist you with a reset email or if unsuccessful will pass you to the security team to reset your security questions for you.
If you are in a region that doesn't have international telephone support try contacting Apple through iTunes Store Support. -

My ipod 4g has been working fine for the last 2 years until now, it wont charge or connect to itunes what so ever. it will connect to the dock and play music but just wont charge on any charger, computer,cord,anything. its making me so frustrated i think it has somthing to do with the battery but im not sure because it still turns on. Since installing the latest version of iTunes all my music files cannot be edited, and I cannot import new music files into iTunes. The messages says I do not have enough access privileges even though I am the administrator of the system. If anyone can help me sort this out I would be really grateful. I have checked the read and write privileges for all the iTunes folders and it all seems in order so I can't understand it.
In general, I am getting really frustrated with Apple. They seem to be getting ever more controlling in their approach to their consumers. I need to edit music file information as I am a dj. And why can't I import music, unless I buy it from iTunes? Most of all, why can't I use the devices I paid a lot of money for in the way I want to use them, and not be forced to coerced to use apple's fee paying services (iCloud, iTunes).
I have used apple computers since the early 1990's, but in the last year I have gotten rid of my iPhone and my iPad and replaced them with Android devices. Much better and much less control. Perhaps it is time to switch from Apple altogether.Hi

Drag and drop only works if "Manually manage music" is selected on the summary tab in iTunes.
Instead, use the Music tab and playlists to manage what content is on the device as described in the User's Guide. -
