My ipod is stuck on restore/ recovery mode, and iTunes won't recognize the device. The computer makes the beep noise saying that somethin is plugged in but itunes won't pick it up. It is iTunes 11.1.1 and i have a 5th generation Ipod touch. Any Help? Thanks (:

Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

Try the following:
- A reset and then connect to your computer and try to restore.

- See if placing the iPod in Recovery Mode will allow a restore.

My iphone 4 is stuck on the screen with the itunes symbol and usb. When I plug it into my computer it says that it cannot recognize the device and theres a malfunction. I've tried unplugging the port ffrom my phone, going into dfu mode and plugging it bavk in. the apple logo comes on for a minute but then goes right back to the itunes/usb screen. I'm at a lose for what do do..every forumn says dfu mode, but its not working. Any other suggestions? Thanks!

Today I got a new Macbook Pro; I restored my information from a Time Machine disk, just as I did before a year ago when I got my iMac. In that ocasion everything went right. But today when I try to open iTunes it says that the iTunes library.itl cannot be read because it was created with a more recent version of iTunes, and asks me if I want to download the new version. I agree to download it but then it says my software is up to date. What would be wrong? How can I get to my music again? (almost 100GB of music!)

HT4241 How do I get an Epson EX5210 to display using the HDMI mini display port adapter so I can see 1080p downloaded movie from iTunes? It won't recognize the display via hdmi cable and adapter!

Please help! I've tried everything to get this dang thing to display a downloaded movie from itunes on my epson EX5210 lcd projector via a HDMI cable plugged into a minidisplay port adapter. I am no expert and have no idea what to do!

It's all in the manual... starting on page 26...
USB seems to work as well. Tried that?
By the way, this dang thing has "only" 768 physical pixels vertically, so "1080p" won't be visible anyway, and scaling will take place. Hope you won't be diappointed. All specs including resolutions here.

TS3540 iTunes and iPhoto won't recognize my iPhone when plugged into my mac.

iTunes and iPhoto won't recognize my iPhone 4S, or my wife's iPhone 4 when pluged into my MAC. I am running OSX v10.5.8, and both iPhones have the latest version of iOS. I tried a few of the other trouble shooting tips from the community, but nothing seems to work.
