Ipod nano 6th generation keeps getting error message

I keep plugging in my ipod and getting the error message (-69). I have tried troubleshooting. I have tried reinstalling hardware. Resetting ipod! NOTHING IS WORKING!

I have an ipod nano, 5th gen. Yesterday when I tried to sync music I received error code 13019. I tried unsyncing music, resyncing,...finally ended up restoring, resetting..nothing worked. All updates are current on itunes and ipod. This has never happened. There is no voice memos options on playlist either. Please help!

Sorry to be such a moron with this, but I just don't have much experience with this iPad. I have had it for over a year and I just keep adding stuff to it and it has worked great. Now that the memory is used up, I am trying to figure out how to free up space and not lose what I have paid for.
So, Step 1 is complete, as I have "Transferred" all of the purchases.
What is Step 2? I unchecked the concert on the iTunes library, did a sync, but it's still on my iPad.

HT2045 I'm trying to sync an audiobook from iTunes (iPod Shuffle) but I keep getting error message.

Help! I just purchased an ipod nano (6th generation) for the sole purpose of listening to audio books. When I start a book about 20 seconds into it the screen goes dark and the ipod stops...then I have to turn the on/off switch on to begin the book again. I saw your other post, but thought I would reply here as well. It is all about getting that headset seated all the way. If you can see any silver of the plug, it is not in far enough. Push harder. If it just won't go in, look in there to see if it is blocked. The bottom of the headset port is white, so if it appears all dark at the bottom... something is in there.

I bought a refurb iPod and i guess its formated for a mac so it told me to restore it but i get the error message and for some reason when i pluged it in it asked me if i wanted to reformat "removable disc drive G" which i'm sure is the iPod it self. So you are getting Error 23 or not?
That error indicates you have security software that is interfering with the download of the software. Temporarily disable ALL of your antivirus/antispyware software and try again. And you do have to reformat it for a PC but this should happen when you restore it in iTunes.

This may indicate a hardware issue with your device. Follow Troubleshooting security software issues, and restore your device on a different known-good computer. If the errors persist on another computer, the device may need service.
The "device may need service" means a hardware problem. in that case make an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store.

You can sync the music videos, but they won't play on your 6G Nano, because it does not support video playback. Sorry.

I recently bought some new albums and can't play them on my ipod

I just encountered the same problem on my 2 month old MBPro. I found a work around by changing USB ports. As for the actual cause or the reason why that worked, I dont know. The USB port I was using works fine with my phone or other USB devices.
