Doublechecking. Have you tried a complete uninstall of both iTunes and all the other related software components (Apple Mobile Device Support, Apple Application Support, etc ...) and then a reinstall? If not, try the instructions from the following document:

Try using the Windows Installer Cleanup Utility and delete the iTunes installer. Then try installing iTunes again

When syncing in ITUNES (IMAC) it will asked whether to use IPHOTO or PHOTOS. If I choose PHOTOS it says that PHOTOS is not ready to come back later. I have tried this several times. It will only sync to IPHONE. Am I missing something.?
Try designating a System Photo Library. Then your apps will use that.

Ipod nano 7th generation USB error in honda civic 2013
I bought an iPod Nano specifically to use in my 2013 Honda Civic Hybrid. It is 7th generation and using firmware 1.0.3. Some days it will work for quite a while, other times is cuts out after only a minute or two with an error message about the USB. Honda has been aware of the issue since April of 2014 and says it is a firmware issue and it has been reported to Apple. It only seems to be an issue with 2012-2013 Civics and 2012-2014 CR-V.
The only way around it is to shut off the car and restart it. Restarting the Nano won't work. I just checked tonight to see if there is a firmware update. There is not. I wonder if anyone else is having this trouble and what you have done to work around it.Since you were able to call, I poked around too and found a place where I could call. If enough people actually call them, maybe they'll finally get on the stick and fix it! The service rep also told me about a feedback site and said that people higher up in the company do read the feedback messages so I went there and left one as well. http://www.apple.com/feedback/
She didn't seem to have any information on this issue either and said she was not aware of any plans to update the Nano firmware. I hope she is wrong or the feedback I left will help. Things were going well. Mail was working fine and then the following error message appears out of nowhere. I had not changed any settings. From that point on all efforts to send mail failed, and the error message appeared even thought I used the password to log back in after I quit. Now, an hour after the problem started it takes my password (on the second try after the error message appears) once and sends a test message. Then, one minute later it gives the error message again and refuses to send anything. Why is mail so inconsistent? What can I do in the future to address the problem?
Error message reads "The SMTP server "xxxxx" rejected the password for user "xxx" Please re-enter your password or cancel.
When mail does work again. Should I click the remember this password in keychain or am I just asking for more trouble?
I'm writing this using my IMac computer in a different room. The error also occurs on my powerbook running my new MacBook Pro 12 inch.
Fed up Mac user.I"m no expert but this used to happen to me all the time (stop downloading, asking for my password, nothing downloading, walking away- 24 hours or more later, all is fine, only to later start all over again)
Well, i gave up for a long time and stopped using that account with mac mail and only accessed it online..recently went and changed the pop3 to only pop and now it works beautifully and seamlessly. Don't ask me why or how, but it does so thought I'd share. -

Problem with ichat, error message says computer does not support video chat
I have never had a problem with Ichat until yesterday...now apparently I don't have the video capability. I am running 10.7.2. I turned off Facetime. I now have the video camera image but it won't let me video chat. Any ideas?

In iChat open the Connection Doctor (Video menu) and the the Capabilities option
Are all items showing Green ?
Try restarting iChat (It re-reads the computers Ability at each launch)
If that does not work try restarting the Computer.
Make sure that in iChat menu > Preference > Video Section the Bandwidth Limit is not set to 100kbps (this is too Low for 1-1 video chats)
Do a Speed test
"Real World" speeds need at least 256kbps both up and down.
Check the System Profiler is "seeing" the camera.
It will be in Hardware > USB

Try deleing the download and try again. It is located:

If yo restore, the iPod will also be update. You can try that. Just make sure that you backup first so yo can restore from backup

Also, I charged it overnight after it stopped working, so I believe the battery is full. iPod was not dropped or damaged, did not get wet.
I'm interested in the same answer because I'm having the same problem and I've just bought my ipod 2 weeks ago. I has happened a couple of times.

1. The laser lens needs a clean.

In CS^ when I have 2 photos inthe title bar and one is greyed out tutorials tell me I can rag the opened photo onto the greyed title to create two images in the layer panel. It does not wrk even if I unlock them or use duplicates. Modify keys don,t help. What is wrong ?

The tab will open to reveal your destination picture, do not release the button yet, but drag the move tool onto the destination picture.
