IPod on voice command unable to enter pass code
Some how I have activated voice command on my iPod and when I try to enter the pass code the cell remain blank and the iPod remains locked

Triple click the home button and try going to Settings>General>Accessibility and turn VoiceOver off. You may have to use three fingers to scroll the screen to get there. If problems see the following for how to turn off via iTunes:

The passcode is a key security feature to ensure that nobody has access to your device and data without you entering the passcode in. You can only have the option to have it on or off so if you wish to disable it then go to "settings>general>passcode lock" to do this.

Forget iPhone password, when connect to computer "iTunes could not connect to the iPhone because it is locked with a pass code. You must enter pass code on the iPhone before it can be used with iTunes."
You have to restore it using a computer with iTunes per the knowledge base article above.
With iOS 7, if you have Find My Phone turned on you can login to iCloud from a computer and send an erase signal to the iPhone to clear it...that will erase all content and settings. -

I got my iPhone disabled mistakenly by six trials of entering pass code. However now I remembered my passcode so how can fix the problem without losing my contents.
If your phone is now disabled, you've already lost all data on the phone...that's the whole point of the passcode, to protect the data on the phone. Your only choice now is to force the phone into recovery mode & restore it, as described here:

This will remove the passcode, but also erase all data on the phone unless you have a backup to restore from. -

If you restore from iCloud backup the apps will be automatically downloaded. If you restore from iTunes backup the apps and music have to be in the iTunes library since synced media like apps and music are not included in the backup of the iOS device that iTunes makes.

HT5012 security flaw when entering pass code
When entering your pass code/password to access your phone, is there not a way to turn off the 'glowing' effect after you hit each number/letter? Seems like it will be easier for someone to find out you pass code by looking over your shoulder. IMHO

I washed my Iphone, it is now dryed out and the screen stays stuck in what appears to be a recovery mode. It shows to connect the phone to itunes.
Itunes reconizes the phone but states it has a passcode that needs to be entered to unlock phone for itunes to connect. I cant enter the pass code becose it is stuck in this screen How can I restore it or enter the passcode inorder to get it into itunesOnce the Device is asking to be Restored with iTunes... it is too late to save anything...
