Ipod shuffle cannot be charge and cannot connect to itunes
Help!
Some problem with my shuffle...cannot be charge externally or by PC USB port and cannot connect itunes.
Could it be the station unit??

If you bought it from Apple then the warranty is 12 months.
Take it to an Apple Store and ask for a repair / exchange.

Connect in recovery mode to restore, explained in this article: iOS: Unable to update or restore
If you cannot remember the passcode, you will need to restore your device using the computer with which you last synced it. This allows you to reset your passcode and resync the data from the device (or restore from a backup). If you restore on a different computer that was never synced with the device, you will be able to unlock the device for use and remove the passcode, but your data will not be present. tried reset and removed everything from ipod

did google search and could not find a solution. found other's also asking for help

Today I bought a new iPod touch 4. Within iTunes it says "iTunes cannot connect to iTunes store" and on my ipod touch - when trying to access the App Store it says "Cannot connect to iTunes Store"

If your iPod has been disabled due to multiple incorrect passcode attempts, restore the iPod from the computer to which the iPod is synced. For information and instructions, see:

If that will not work, you'll need to put the iPod into Recovery Mode and then try the Restore again:

I tried to fix it by holding the home and wake buttens for 30-40 seconds but it stil didn't work. It also wont connect to itunes. Any ideas?

- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- Try another cable
- Try on another computer
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
