*ipod software license agreement wont disappear when i plug in my ipod!*
it says save.. and i save it and its supsoed to go away and it doesnt. so i pressed cancel and it disconnects my ipod completely.. HELP

Are you seeing a Continue button anywhere? Click the little Agree box then the Continue button, there's no need to save the agreement. If you aren't seeing all the buttons try increasing your screen resolution to at least 1024x768 so you can see the whole page, you'll find the instructions on this Microsoft page: Windows XP - Change your monitor resolution

  • IPod Software License Agreement?

For some reason when I plug my iPod video in, it won't come up with the contents of of my iPod or anything. When I click on my iPod in the device list it just shows the iPod Software License Agreement page. I've clicked the "I've read and agree to the terms" button and then clicked save, and it still does nothing. So I have no way of putting music or videos or anything on my iPod. Someone please help me.

Take a look at this web page and see if it helps:
iPod missing in "My Computer" or in iTunes on Windows
    Good luck.

  • Ipod software license agreement not going away

every time itunes comes up it has this ipod software license agreement and i click yes i agree and them it wont go away but i can put music on my ipod
is there any thing i can do it to go away?

this doesen't totaly solve the problem, but I have the same problem. you can click and drag music from itunes where the music is in the '{Music folder on itunes}click and drag songs from there to where your ipod is listed on the left side of itunes. this will not work where your songs are listed under shared. so if you have music there find a way to get it on just the music folder in the itunes libary.

  • Can't get past "ipod software license agreement"

trying to sync a new ipod nano to my old account, old ipod was stolen so I replaced it with new nano. Itunes recognizes my new ipod nano but won't get past the "ipod software license agreement" Any ideas?

After nearly going insane this morning (I am in the same situation after some cretin stole my little boy's iPod and I had to fork out for a new one - thank you to whoever stole it....) I just finally found the answer to this elsewhere on this forum (hooray!).
The problem for me was that the "Continue" button wasn't appearing after I checked the "I agree" button on the license agreement. I had to go into the Control panel of my computer, then display, then clicked on the settings tab. I then changed my screen resolution bar from the far left (800x600) to the middle (960x600) which made the display smaller and therefore the Continue button then display on the page. Hope this works for you too!

  • Recurring iPod Software License Agreement Form

Ok so it keeps popping up everytime I click the iPod icon under devices in iTunes. I also can't scroll to the edge of the page to read half of what it says on the license sheet. Also, none of the music options show up like in the tutorial, when I click the iPod icon under devices. This is really driving me nuts, because I want to delete some songs from my iPod, but I can't, because I can't even get to the music! It shows what is downloaded on iTunes, but not what's on the iPod. I currently have my sync settings on manual, but I can't find the option to change that either, if it would help anything. How do I get the software license agreement form to go away??!?!?! ACK!!!

I am having the same problem that you had and i can not figure out anyway to fix it...i need to restore my ipod and i can't because of that agreement thing....please help me...im begging you...haha...i am about to just give up and seel it and let someone else have the problem...i am using a windows xp...
    thank you so much...

  • Can't get past the iPod Software License Agreement

So here's my problem. My iPod is connected to my laptop, and it says iPod under the tab labeled 'Devices'. When I click on iPod, it goes to the Software License Agreement. I've agreed to it several times, but no software setup ever follows it. HELP ME PLEASE!!!!!

The software setup is complete when the license agreement appears; except for the process of updating or restoring the iPod's firmware, nothing is required that isn't part of iTunes or the OS.

Open the Control Panel, click on Displays, and set the resolution to at least 1024 by 768.

  • Ipod software license agreement screen problem

I am trying to agree to the software agreement but there is no continue button all I can do is click I agree and also the last 1/3rd of the screen is cut off with no horizontal slider to move to get to a continue button PLEASE HELP!!!!

I had this same problem just today. I finally found the answer on another
forum after searching for hours. I thought I'd let you know that it was my computer screen settings. I went into the control panel, then went to display, then clicked on the settings tab. Then I slid the screen resolution bar all the way to the left. It makes your display smaller so more fits onto the page.
    Hope this works!

  • ITunes deleted all my music from my iPod, but they still show up when I plug in the iPod.

    Hi!
I had my iPhone 4S plugged into my computer, and I was listening to the music on my phone from the music library on my phone through iTunes. Well, after the phone got disconnected, I plugged it back in, and I was unable to play any of the songs on my iPod. I figured it was a glitch, so I unplugged and plugged it back in, but still, the same thing happened. Then I checked my iPhone, and found that only 24 songs remained, all of which could be played just fine, and all of which I had downloaded directly to my phone from the iTunes app on my phone. However, whenever I plug in my phone, all of the songs show up, but when I try to click on any of the non-24 that are on my phone, I get that exclamation point.
Is there a way to fix this? Or is the only option to readd all the songs?
    Thank you!

Also, what causes this, so I can avoid it in the future?

  • My iPod won't go past asking me to agree to the Software License Agreement

Hi, I have an iPod nano and every time I connect it to my computer, it asks me to check the box saying, "I have read and agree to the iPod Software License Agreement". Once I click agree and save the agreement to my computer, nothing happens; the contract does not go away. I cannot view what music is on my iPod or alter it. What should I do?

If you are clicking the SAVE button, you may not be seeing the entire agreement and are clicking the wrong button. Change the resolution of your screen to 1024 or larger and see if you see the REAL agreement button and then click it, you can then resize the screen back to how you liked it before.
But this may not be it as others have reported agreeing to the license page and still getting it over and over. Hopefully you fall into the first category where you simply don't see the whole thing.

  • Can't start Illustrator, because Software License Agreement won't go away.

I just downloaded a trial of CS5 illustrator on my pc running windows 7. The installation appeared to go smoothly, but I am unable to start illstrator; Each time I try to start it, I am greeted with the "Software License Agreement" screen. When I click "Accept" the screen disappears and then I have to start all over again. Anyone know how I might solve this.
    Thanks!

    Try the Illustrator forum.

  • Software Licensing Agreement

Hi - when I go to download Adobe Reader it says "By clicking the Download Now button, you acknowledge you have read and agree to the Software Licensing Agreement." but when I go to view the Software Licensing Agreement it's in PDF format - how do I view it before installing the PDF reader?
    -- Chris.

You can view the Software Licensing Agreement with a other PDF reader, like GhostView.

  • My ipod touch has a permanent image of the end of a USB cable with an arrow pointing to an icon of ITunes. I can't reset, and ipod does not appear on itunes when I plug it into the computer.  This happened after I agreed to a failed software update.

My ipod touch has a permanent image of the end of a USB cable with an arrow pointing to an icon of ITunes. I can't reset using the two button method, and ipod does not appear on itunes when I plug it into the computer - and nothing else happens either.  This happened after I agreed to a software update which failed.  How can I get it going again?

    Try:
    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.
