Ipod Stuck on Sync screen and I cant reset what can I do?
What can I do if my IPod touch is stuck on a iTunes sync screen it will not let me do anything
If the screen shows the iTunes and USB plug icons then restore via iTunes.
iTunes: Backing up, updating, and restoring iOS software
Otherwise
Try:
- iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
- Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode
How to put iPod touch / iPhone into DFU mode « Karthik's scribblings
- If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
- If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

my ipod has a white screen and i cant do nothing i click on the home the volume and the lock botton but nothing work what do i do
Let the battery fully drain. After charging for an hour try:
- A reset.
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
- Connect to computer and try to retore.
- If the screen remains white and you can't trun it off then it is time for an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store. You very likely have a hardware problem. -
I starrteaudio reader and mi phone wont start it just gets stuck on lock screen and is slow
Hey tessatony,
Thanks for the question. I understand that your iPhone 4s is not functioning properly, and that you wish to try to make a backup before troubleshooting. From the information you have provided, it sounds like the device is indeed turning on and responding when plugged in, however the display is not lighting up. Have you attempted to plug the iPhone into a computer with iTunes? If iTunes recognizes the phone, you can attempt to back it up:
iTunes: About iOS backups

Afterwards, attempt to restart and/or reset the phone:

If your issue persists, your iPhone may need to be serviced. The following link should help you get started with the process. Included, you will find information on topics such as warranty, service pricing, and express replacement service.

When I try to download mavericks, it doesn't work. The app appears to be starting to download, but then it says wait and nothing happens. What can I do?
Restart in Safe Mode, this will clear some caches. How you do this is when you hear the startup tone hold down the Shift Key until you see the progress bar appear. Let it fully boot, then open System Preferences - Startup Disk and ensure your internal HD is selected and then click Restart to test. If you still don't have luck you should run Apple Hardware Test in Extended Mode, you may need to run the test 2-3 times to report any errors. To run AHT you will need teh ORIGINAL Install Discs that shipped with the computer. Instructions for AHT are in:

Ipod stuck on white screen of death cant get to itunes because i cant type in password
my ipod touch is stuck on the white screen of death and i cannot wipe it and reload ios because in order to hook it to itunes i have to put in my pass and i cant see anything!!! I tried holding the power button and the home key it goes off bthen back to white screen then goes off and stays off.. this also occurs when i hold the home key + power button+ volume up button. I have no idea what to do any help would be greatly apperciated....
You have to let the battery drain. It should do this fairly quickly since displaying a white screen uses battery. The battery's dead when the screen shuts off, and this will force it to power off. Charge it up and it should power back on.

IPod stuck at Apple screen and computer won't restore iPod
My 80gb Classic is stuck on the Apple screen, and doesn't respond at all. It says to restore my iPod using iTunes, however, iTunes doesn't recognize my iPod, even though I've updated it.
I've tried restarting my iPod, updating iTunes, and repeated attempts at connecting my iPod. None of the support articles really help, and I've tried all I can think of.Try forcing the iPod into disk mode first, then connecting it to your computer and see if that makes it show up in iTunes...

ios 6 killed my ipod. i had it on the charger for the update, when all of a sudden it shut off when the it was displaying the apple logo with the little loading bar underneath it. now my ipod touch 4g wont go to the home screen or let me reset, restore, or put it in factory default mode. it just stays on the apple logo and occasionally goes to a blank screen
Try Here > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1808
You may need to try this More than Once...
Also, if the Device has been Modified... this will Not necessarily work. -
Whenever I try to launch the Mail application on my iPod touch, the window opens and closes immediately. I just restarted the device, but there's an icon on the screen of a circle.
Try a hard reset and go from there.

I have tried a soft reset and uninstalling and reinstalling my email accounts. It crashed when I was trying to refresh my emails and a video emIl came through. Any advice please?
Hello Hobbit80,
Thank you for providing the details of the issue you are experiencing with Mail on your iPhone.
I recommend following these steps for an issue like this (you can skip 4 because it does not relate to the issue you are experiencing and any other steps you may have taken):
If a single application is not responding or stops responding when it opens, you can force it to close.
If the device is unresponsive or if certain controls aren't working as expected, restart your device.
If the device remains unresponsive or does not turn on (or power on),reset your device.
If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on:
If you are using an iPad, ensure that it's connected to the USB Power Adapter supplied with the device.
Let charge for at least twenty minutes, then see if it starts normally.
If there is no image on the screen, press the Sleep/Wake button to attempt to wake the device.
If the screen displays a red battery icon, continue charging the device until the battery is fully charged.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, or the if the screen remains black or shows a persistent Apple logo, try restoring with iTunes:
Connect the device to your computer and open iTunes.
If the device appears in iTunes, select and click Restore on the Summary pane. Learn more about restoring iOS software.
If the device doesn't appear in iTunes, try to force the device into recovery mode, and then restore it.
If the above steps do not resolve the issue, contact Apple.
You can find the full article here:
iOS: Not responding or does not turn on

If you get to step 5, I recommend backing up your iPhone before performing the restore:

Thank you for using Apple Support Communities.

My music will not sync to my ipod it only says revert and I cant open or play music i purchase on itunes. This problem occured when i updated my ipod.
ThanksI also have a 4G ipod touch and a similar problem. Since I updated to the ios5 software any new songs I add to my iTunes don't sync to my ipod main playlist. They show up in the 'recently added' playlist, but not in the main 'songs' section. I fixed the problem once by restoring to factory settings and rather than reinstalling from a backup, I created a new ipod name and synced everything onto my ipod as if it was new.
This worked until the next new song I added and then the same problem started all over again. If you do reinstall everything as new, you may want to take a screen shot of where all your apps are and make sure all your photos etc are saved, as everything will be from scratch. Hope this helps!

Is iPhone 6 capable of receiving FM signals?
Most of the apps out there "stream" the usual radio stations. I do not want to stream, I want to "tune in". For that, one needs an antenna. So the question is, is there a built in antenna? Or can the headphones act as antennas? I found a couple
