[iPod Touch 4g] Cannot restore

Question

Nearly a week ago I jailbroke my iPod so i could mimic the look of iOS 7 on my iPod Touch 4th Gen running iOS 6.1.6
After plenty of use. I have decided that I would no longer like to use a jailbroken firmware.
So I decided to restore it back to an iOS 6.0 firmware file i downloaded to save time. And everytime I try to restore it. It turns off my iPod. Enters recovery mode for a very little amount of time and then starts back up again on the Apple boot logo. I look on itunes and it gives me this message: The iPod "******'s iPod touch" could not be restored. An unknown error occured (3194). I have followed every help thread i could find. I have redone my hosts. I have allowed iTunes through firewall. All while in adminastrator. I have ran diagnostics on Network Connectivity and it tells me this:
I have tried everything and I just cant get it to work. I really wanna get rid of my jailbreak so my iPod will work faster.

iOS: Restore error 3194 or 'This device isn't eligible for the requested build'
You can only restore to iOS 6.1.6. If you try restoring to a lesser iOS on the 4G you will get the error you received
