IPod Touch 4Gen TurboHyper Slow. (Already reseted, restored, restoreed again, restored for the 21st time, no joke)

Hey, so, this issue have more than 6 months but it wasn't so annoying till now.
Here's the thing, my iPod touch 4 Gen, 64Gb, latest version of iOs, etc, is the slower iDevice I never had.
The problem started 2 months after I buyed it, so I decided to restore it, but it doesn't did anything at all.
Today I'm doing the restore, for the 21st time, and is something really sad since I never had any problem with
my iPad 2, my iPod touch 3g, or even the iPhone 3gs.
Just for the record, the restore isn't from any back up, I choose the "from the factory" option (I don't remember the real name)
I always close my apps, and at least, one time per day I reset my devices with home/sleep buttons.
What can I do to solve this? or I'm going to have a brick of 64gb in my pocket forever?
If it matters, from the 64gb I use almost 48gb of music, since my only apps are the podcast, twitter and Bike Baron.

There is no Apple here, this is a user to user forum. When you said you restored, then you restore as NEW?
If you restored as New and still the problem persiist, then it time to take a trip to the Apple store.

My iPod Touch won't start no matter what I try. For a while it wasn't being used and when I tried it wouldn't turn on. I tried charging it thinking it just might be dead but nothing still. Plugging it into the computer doesn't help neither. Also when Iplug it in iTunes does not open up like if it's responding to a device. I've tried the holding down the home botton and power down for seconds but again nothing.

My iPod Touch 4gen is telling me to restore to factory settings?

I just got my iPod Touch fixed because the screen was cracked. I was on it and it was just fine until it died. I plugged it into my wall charger and it told me to connect to iTunes on the computer, so I did, and iTunes told me that my iPod was in recovery mode and the only way to put it back to normal is to restore it to factory settings. I know that this erases all memory as if you just bought it. It isn't letting me use my iPod, so do I have to erase it? I don't have all of my apps or pictures on my computer, but I have most of them. I do have all of my songs on the computer though. So do I have to erase it?

When my iPod was 'preparing for update' my iPod USB accidently fell out. I turned it on and a usb sign and an arrow to iTunes came up, so I plugged it in. It comes up with a message saying iTunes has detected an iPod in recovery mode, You must restore this iPod before it can be used with iTunes. After that, I clicked restore and it said 'The iPod software server update could not be contacted' and that's it!
I've tired,
Resetting my iPod (the usb to iTunes sign still comes up)
Holding down the Home and Power button at the same time for many seconds
Restting my computer
Going into LAN settings and changing that

Yu can try here. However, other users been having the same problem so it may be due to a problem with the Apple servers.

I called apple 5 times today and asked me to restore it 3x the problem still exists. This problem starts to occur yesterday after upgrading to IOS6.
Apple customer service is not good enough as they cannot fixed the problem or tell me that I can change the unit as I just bought this 2 months ago.

Problem buying an iPod Touch 4gen

I live in Estonia, which is in Northern Europe. They don't have iPod Touch 4gen here and I'd like to buy one from the Apple Store via the Internet.
But does Apple deliver products directly to Estonia? Is it possible in anyway to get it? Will there be any extra costs etc.
Sorry I posted this in this forum, but I didn't find any e-mail's.. I only found phone-numbers, but calling to America is quite expensive for me.

They aren't sold anywhere in Europe yet from what I heard. Apple keeps delaying it, why :S ? Some Irishman said they don't sell them in Ireland yet, I can't find a single iPod Touch 4G in the complete Benelux (Belgium, Netherlands, Luxembourgh)(well I did get my hands on one via a reseller, but I got a broken one...) and you can't find one in Estonia. Sounds like they just don't care about the European market.

The reason i asked this question is because i have been wondering this a lot ever since i got an exchange on this ipod (and ive only had it for a few weeks now) because my last ipod had a lot of problems. so after i restored my ipod with my computer/itunes, i downloaded apps that i wanted, and then when i went to the storage to see how much storage was left, it said 0 bytes. i was freaking out because i didnt know how that could be, i mean, cause like, that is impossible when i just 'purchased' it, that the space was full but i looked and all my pictures were on this ipod and i already put them on my computer so i dont need them anymore thats why i wanna reset it now so there is nothing on it so i can have more space for stuff to do and download on it.
it is updated to iOS 8 but that happened when i purchased it, so i didnt have a choice to update it even though i didnt want to update to iOS 8...

Hey Sierra, You can do just what you have stated. My question, what is your "other"? If it is over 1.5 GB you most likely have corrupt files. Doing a Restore to New, Factory restore should correct it. Just make sure you make a full backup of all information on your iPod to your computer before you restore, so you don't lose your stuff, contacts, videos, pictures, non-iTunes music, etc, use the cable and connect with your computer. Then, via cable, connect to your computer, run the Restore to new, don't use your backup. Treat this iPod as if it was your first one ever. When restore is done, set up and add what info you wish to install on this iPod. The music apps etc you purchased should be on your computer, if not you should be able to retrieve purchased apps and music from iTunes. Any music, videos, apps not purchased from iTunes will be lost to you if you do not save them to your computer or the cloud first. When your done, make a current Backup and you should good to go. Only sync chosen songs. Even with that I had a bad song once that was corrupted and it blew the ipod touch's mind. Can't remember how I found the song, but deleted it off the computer and was able to get a fresh copy off this quite old CD. Also, settings-general-usage, you can see which files are gathering up in your memory. There are some surprisingly large programs.
