IPod Touch 5th Gen charging cable wont work
So I got my iPod Touch last year around in November... about 3 months later my lightning to usb cable started playing up on me, (my cable was the one i got in the package BTW) it would only let me charge in a specific position for about 2 weeks and I noticed some little bumps on the pin point of the charger.. after 2 weeks my cable just completely stopped charging my iPod. So I went back to the Apple store and bought a new lightning to usb cable and i took very good care of it. Now its playing up on me AGAIN! It has only been about 2 motnhs since I bought it and yet again it has those little wrinkly bumps on it. Now my cable has little holes and I have absolutely no clue how it got there. I thought this was just my cable and that I just have bad luck but my friend had the same problem with her lightning to usb cable for her iPod 5 too. I dont think there is anything you can do but I just wanted to make sure Apple has been aware of this incident! Thanks!

How come my iMessages aren't sending anymore I have a iPod touch 5th gen. It was working and then like 5 minutes later it would not send any messages it always said not delivered even when I press retry and it doesn't send at all I even updated my iOS to iOS 7.04 to see if it will send my iMessages but it won't. Ipod touch 5th gen tilt function not working

I recently got a replacement (from apple) for my Ipod Touch 5th Gen 64gb due to the home button being broken. It is running the latest software which I believe is IOS 8.1.1
Note - other than the broken button I had absolutely no issues with my old Ipod.
When I received the Ipod only 3 days ago I did the normal process of restoring from back up etc but have noticed that the tilt function is not working.
I have tried all the obvious solution - first being checking portrait orientation isn't locked, then resetting the Ipod via holding down lock and home button and finally I have done a factory reset and still have had no luck with this issue. Is there an easy fix to this or am I going to have to go back to the Apple store?
ThanksIf you successfully restored (went through all steps without error) to factory settings/new iPod via iTunes (Not via Settings>General>Reset>Erase all Content and Setting) and still have the problem that indicates a hardware problem.

IPod Touch 5th Gen Overheating and Wont Turn On
I got my new iPod Touch 5th gen today from best buy. I turned it on, got it all set up, then left it charging for about 30-40 minutes. While I was looking through the features I felt it getting warmer and warmer. Eventually the touchscreen would stop responding for a minute and sometimes shut off. Now whenever I turn it on, it shows the apple logo and then shuts off completely. And when I put it on the charger, it just flashes the apple logo(I presume this is from the charger trying to turn it on, and the ipod turning itself off automatically).
I really want this to be fixed soon because I would like to use this over some long airplane trips i have.Please help. I cant do anythin!

Lately my Ipod 5th generatioon charger hasnt been working very well. I wanted to know if this is a problem in where if i go to apple they will give me a new charger in which i need to pay for or will i go to apple and they will give me a new one for free. I've already had to pay for 2 new chargers somewhere else so i really hope someone can give me an honest answer because to be honest i really dont want to pay for a new charger! Hurry please
If this is an Apple charger less than a year old, Apple will replace it under warranty.

I've only had my iPod touch a few days and the lightening pin connector isn't working. I bought it from currys, if I go into the apple store will they give me a new one?
If it is a genuine Apple cable like it came with the iPod, it is covered by the same Apple warranty that covers the iPod itself no matter from whome y purchased it.

Ipod touch 5th Gen App Store not working
I just reset my ipod touch and I am trying to login to the App Store, I am already logged into my icloud that I used before resetting my ipod, I tried to log in but it said it didn't exist, so I got on my laptop and made a new account, and when I tried to log in, again it said it didn't exist. So I decided to try and make a new one again on my phone, but everytime I typed in an email it said it existed already I even typed in random letters and numbers several times and it still says the ID is in use.I am going on a vacation soon and I want games to play
What was the exact working of the message? "didn't exist," does not seem like an error mssage.

New iPod touch 5th generation charger won't work with computers or USB power adapter?
I just got this charger less than two weeks ago and just yesterday it started saying "This cable or accessory is not certified and may not work on this iPod." It will only work on some occasions, but most of the time it won't. Other times it will show that it is charging, but when I select to "Trust" my computer it stops charging. When I plug it into the USB power adapter, it rarely works (even when I try it in different outlets.) Any way to solve this issue?

My front iPod touch 5th gen camera isn't working
It's been like that for several months now. When I used to go on it it would have coloured vertical lines on the screen and now if I try my front camera it would be blurry and freeze. I tried to restore it but it still didn't work it just deleted half my pictures -.-. If I have my warrenty which I think is online cause my ipod didn't come with one . Can I replace my ipod ? I Got this ipod and its been working great! But all of a sudden the front camera isn't working. I rest it and I rest the settings and its still not working. I really don't understand why it's not working when it was working just fine yesterday. I didn't mess with any of the settings at all its just not working and I don't know why. IPod touch 5th gen jack problem

So here's the problem. I have a 32gb iPod touch 5th gen and it's working fine until I plugged it into a portable speaker. (THe ones used in PC) The sound that came out had a static background. Now, every time I plug Apple's default earphones into the jack, the sound that comes out is too loud. Adjusting the volume doesn't help. It's as if the earphone had turned into a speaker. What's worse, there's still the static background. It's like tuning on an FM station with really bad reception.
I've done the ff, and nothing worked so far:
1. Reboot
2. Reset settings
3. Tried 3 different pairs of earphones.
What should I do. I would also like to add that I can play the music through the iPod's built in speakers without any problems. It's just the jack.- Try cleaning out/blowing out the headphone jack. Try inserting/removing the plug a dozen times or so.
