IPOD TOUCH 5th GEN HELP!! Mine just stopped working a few months ago (randomly stopped turning on) and I have taken it in to get fixed but they cant do anything! Is there any way I could remove the memory from it to get my holiday pictures back please help! I had iCloud turned off and no back up. Thanks, Jane

I've just purchased my very first audiobook from itunes as I'm driving from the midlands to Newcastle this afternoon. I thought a book would make the journey more manageable. But now I can't find how to pay the book back! I can see it in my itunes library and play in on my computer, but not on my device (which I have synced since making the purchase). Just brought a new ipod touch 5th gen, and when i connect it with my cable on my windows 8 hp laptop it will recognise it on my laptop in my computer but it won't connect with itunes. I have the latest version of itunes, and have tried reinstalling it three times, along with following the apple help sections but nothing has worked. It connects on other mac, and pc's itunes however and believe it is a problem with windows 8. Anyone having this problem or know how to help? thanks
If you mean playing music from your computer's speakers that that work if you computer can act as a bluetooth receiver (like BT speakers and headphones) since the iPod can transmit music using the A2DP BT profile.
On the iPod go to Settings>General>Reset> Reset Network Settings and try again. You will also have to rejoin all wifi networks -

Jabber Client on iPod Touch 5th Gen
I'm running the Cisco Jabber client on an iPod Touch 5th Gen and running into an issue with call notification coming across when the jabber app is in background mode. I get a repeating pulsing on the device and visual notification of a call being presented, but no audible ringtone. If you bring the app to the forefront, you get the audible ringtone. Any help is greatly appreciated.
What does Settings > Notification Center > Cisco Jabber show? It needs an alert style of Banners or Alerts.

My iPod touch 5th gen can't play videos?
I've had my iPod touch 5th gen since Christmas Eve and I haven't had any problems with it, but a few days ago it stopped playing videos and now - even though I have turned it off and back on and turned the wifi off and back on again - it still can't play videos off any site, Facebook, dailymotion, YouTube, nothing. But I can view webpages and get Internet connection just fine!!
