Ipod touch doesn't sync on Win 7 64 Bit

Hi all,
this is my first post, sorry for my english.
I have a big problem with the syncronizaztion with my ipod touch 32g 2gen firmware 3.1.2 and ITunes 9.0.2
When I put it into my usb port I encoured on several errors (error 0xE8000065, the ipod can't write & read at the same time and others messages); my laptop become very slow, my bluetooth connection doesn't work and the syncronization of my Itouch failed.
I read on various forums that this problem could be caused by an incompatibility of the combination of my processor (Intel I7), my chpset (Intel PM 55) and ITunes 9.
Does anybody know if there is some driver or some other solution that can solve this problem?
Now my ipod is empty and I miss it very much
Thanks in advance to the greast hero that will give me an answer!

    Not Charge
    - See:
    iPod touch: Hardware troubleshooting
    - Try another cable
    - Try another charging source
    - Look at the dock connector on the iPod. Look for abnormalities like bent or corroded contacts, cracked or broken plastic.
    - Make an appointment at the Genus Bar of an Apple store.
Apple Retail Store - Genius Bar
    and/or
    Try:
    - iOS: Not responding or does not turn on
    - Also try DFU mode after try recovery mode

    - If not successful and you can't fully turn the iOS device fully off, let the battery fully drain. After charging for an least an hour try the above again.
    - If still not successful that usually indicates a hardware problem and an appointment at the Genius Bar of an Apple store is in order.

  • Latest ipod touch doesn't sync with my itunes

I had an ipod touch 1st gen, after updating it, it failed to sync with my itunes which was updated to the latest version at the time that is about 6 months ago (June 2010), then finally my itunes stopped working and would not open, until one of the users advised me to disable the bonjour service and that was the only way I got to open my itunes, however still could not sync it to my ipod since then.
Recently, I bought the latest itouch Jan 2011, I thought it will fix the issue, however again it did not sync with my itunes (latest version)! I followed many advices on the discussions with regards of uninstalling and reinstalling the itunes and manually running the exe file and extracting the file then upating the ipod drive. When on my last attempt to reinstall itunes it erased more than 70% of my songs, I used to have over 5000 songs, now they are 1515 songs only!
So I lost my songs, cannot use my new ipod touch and my old one got lost too!
    I really need serious HELP!

If you're unable to do the Restore and you have IOS-6 or lower, go into Recovery Mode per the instructions here.  Also, if you have IOS-7, read this.

  • My ipod touch is not syncing, itunes store won't load, and icloud doesn't work!!!!!

My ipod touch is not syncing, itunes store won't load, and icloud doesn't work!!!!!

    Try the standard fixes:
    - Reset. Nothing is lost
Reset iPod touch: Hold down the On/Off button and the Home button at the same time for at
least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears.
    - Restore from backup
    - Restore to factory defaults/new iPod

  • IPod Touch no longer syncing with iTunes?

    Mac OS X v10.4.11
    - all software up to date
    - iTunes 9.2.1 (5); no later updates available on this machine
    iPod Touch v3.1.3
This iPod Touch used to sync to iTunes just fine and dandy. Now it won't. I'm seeing that *now* in order to sync I have to upgrade (i.e. get a new mac) to v10.5?
    What gives?
Both used to sync fine and now they don't. Did Apple pull a fast one on me?

But my point is that one day it worked fine, and now it doesn't. Why would it stop working, if it once was supported? Did Apple push an update to my iPod which made it not supported by my machine? If so, that's pretty low.
If I buy a device and it works fine with my mac, it should stay working fine with my mac.

  • Ipod touch will not sync with itunes 9

i have a large libary on my ipod touch that wont sync to itunes. Also will not load playlist. Just purchsed a few shows and i try and sync and i says its done but still not on the ipod touch. please help!!

Syncing on a touch is iTunes -> iPod, not the other way around. If you have a large library on your iPod that doesn't exist anywhere else (very bad practice) and need to move things to iTunes, you have two choices:
    1. Purchased items can be transferred by selecting, in iTunes, File > Transfer my purchases
    2. Music you have added from CDs you ripped yourself: Google "Pod to PC" for a freeware program that can do this for you.
As to your purchased shows, you most likely downloaded them in the wrong format. iTunes lists programs in HD (for the Apple TV) and regular definition for the iPod. Just go back and download the correct version.

  • Appointments made yesterday on iPod Touch calendar not syncing to iCal

I have been using my iPod calendar as the main source for all of my appointments. Periodically, I back that info up by syncing it (via iTunes) with iCal on my Mac Mini. Yesterday (12/29), I entered approximately 100 events into my iPod calendar, and when I synced the iPod with iCal on the Mini today, none of those events were copied onto iCal. I have repeatedly attempted to sync, but to no avail. However, events created on the iPod calendar previous to yesterday effectively synced, and events made today also sync. It would figure that I set all the events for 2010, and those are the ones that don't sync. Now, if I manually re-enter everything in iCal, I am worried that when I next sync with the iPod, the iCal dates would be removed, as it seems syncing doesn't recognize dates that I entered into the iPod calendar on 12/29. So, (1) is there any way that I can get the dates entered on 12/29 into my iPod calendar to automatically be entered on iCal on the Mac Mini? and (2) how do I safeguard my info on the iPod and iCal so that I don't lose anything in any syncing process? (P.S. I don't subscribe to Mobile Me.)

Having exact problem. iPod touch events not syncing with Mac Mini/iCal. I think I'm having some of the reverse problem. No MobileME account. Just starting grad school and it has caused some severe headaches.

  • Ipod touch doesn't appear under devices.  message - file not found.

My ipod touch doesn't appear under devices when I plug it into the computer.  My mac tried to sync with the ipod touch and then gave me the message "ipod touch could not be synced.  File not found."  This just suddenly started.  What file? and what happened to it? help, please.

PROBLEM SOLVED - I did not know that in itunes under "devices" there is a "hide" and "show" if you mouse over the area to the right of the word "devices".  My ipod touch was somehow hidden.  I still do not know why I got the "file not found" message.

  • IPod Touch 1G aborts sync

My ipod touch 1G starts syncing to itunes (12 and 11 - have tried with both) but stops without exchanging data.  I have tried all recommended troubleshooting including full system restore (had to use itunes 11).  Any suggestions?

The iPhone is competely different from the Touch 1G.
Maybe your sound system is not compatible with your iPod but Pioneer doesn't know this so they say its compatible...

  • IPod Touch does not sync any info

hey there, my problem is that my iPod Touch does not sync anything from the "info"-section shown in iTunes, neither Contacts nor Calendar nor Mail Accounts...
In contrast it's no problem with my iPod nano (1. gen).
i hope that someone can help me. thank you and excuse my shabby English. _
everytime i try to sync Contacts and so on, i get a message saying "iTunes cannot sync 'Contacts' to the iPod, because the Sync-Server can't sync the iPod" (i tried to translate the originally German message...)

Im having this problem as well and it really defeats the purpose of having a calendar on here if it won't work. Mine seems to only want to try to sync one of my 6 calendars I want to carry with me, but even then that one calendar doesn't update all events. It's very selective/random.
I also find that the odd photo album is randomly ignored. But the iCal sync is important for me. Why Apple just doesn't allow a direct link from iCal allowing multiple calendars is beyond me. If the iPod Touch is running a copy of OS X anyway, why not just make the Calendar app basically identical to iCal? And make it work!

  • IPod Touch No Longer Syncs After Upgrade to 10.8.3

I recently upgraded my computer from OSX 10.5 to 10.8.3. But while my iPad seems to sync fine, my iPod touch no longer syncs and it is not recognized by the Apple store. Please help!

When I plug in my ipod, a message pops up that says:
"This computer is no longer authorized to play purchased items that are on the iPod (my ipod name). Would you like to authorize this computer for items purchased from the iTunes Store?
         >If you do not authorize this computer, 191 songs will be removed from the iPod"
    I click "authorize"
Enter my apple ID (note that for some reason it keeps bringing up an apple id from 2006, even though the computer and ipod are from 2011 and 2010.)
Then it says "this computer is already authorized"
And every time I plug it in, the same thing happens.
    Sorry I wasn't clear before.
